Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads at 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. Road Delineators: Supplying and installation of delineators (road way indicators, hazard markers, object markers), 80-100 cm high above ground level, painted black and white in 15 cm wide strips, fitted with 80 x 100 mm rectangular or 75 mm dia circular reflectorised panels at the top, buried or pressed into the ground and conforming to IRC-79 and the drawings, including cost of all materials all labour, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., complete, and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work and all other incidental charges.

Supplying and Fixing of Molded Shank Raised Pavement Markers / Cat's eye made of polycarbonate and ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to Specifications of Category A of MORTH Circular No RW/NH/33023/10-97 DO III Dt 11.06. 1997. The height, width and length shall not exceed 50 mm, 100 mm and 102 +/- 2 mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 cm2 on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/- 5 degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 +/- 2 mm and height not less than 30+/- 2 mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 Kg. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer's recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer.The contractor shall submit a two year warranty for satisfactory field performance including stipulated retro-reflectance of the reflecting panel, to the Engineer, and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work and all other incidental charges.

Chevron Boards. Supply and installation of retro- reflective Chevron signboards of 600x450mm made out of cube corner micro prismatic grade sheeting confirming to Type XI standards of IRC:67:2022 & ASTM D 4956-09 specification & fixed over 3 mm thick Aluminium Composite Panel sheet having minimum 0.30 mm thick aluminum skin on both sides & fixed over back support frame of 25x25x 3mm MS angle frame. Supported on 75 mm dia OR 75x75x6mm Mild steel with clear height of not less than 2.1 m from the ground level to the bottom of the Sign board & 60 cm below ground level. Providing and erecting Project Display Board of size 1.80 verticalx1.60M Horizontal made of Cold Rolled Coil Sheet 16 Guage (1.6mm thickness) sheeting sthrenghtened by welding to MS angle of size 35x35x5mm iron framework on all sides, extra cross vertical angle fixed using nuts and bolts, base of the board shall be cleaned, applying red oxide and black paint by sprayer on both sides of the board and all MS iron frameworks, background of the facing side of the board painted in traffic yellow, project information written in English/Kannada/Hindi, painting letters and numerals in black, fixed on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm, 2 Nos. firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level and the board 2.8M from ground level as per approved drawing (Excluding cost of lettering) including cost of all materials all labour, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., complete. and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work and all other incidental charges.

Excavation in soil using Hydraulic Excavator and Tippers with Disposal: Excavation for roadwork in soil by hydraulic excavator including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location, with all lifts and lead, including all labour, usage charges of all machinery etc., complete. and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work and all other incidental charges.

Scarifying the existing bituminous surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material within all lifts and leads metres including all labour, load, unload, usage charges of all machinery etc., complete. By Mechanical Means using Hydraulic excavator , and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work and all other incidental charges.

Preparation and surface treatment of formation: Preparation and surface treatment of formation by removing mud and slurry, watering to the extent needed to maintain the desired moisture content, trimming to the required line, grade, profile and rolling with 8-10 tonne smooth wheeled roller, complete as per clause 310, including all labour, usage charges of all machinery, materials etc., complete, and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work and all other incidental charges.

Construction of Embankment with Material Deposited from Roadway Cutting: Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2. laid in layers not exceeding 250 mm loose thickness, spreading, breaking clods, removal of roots and other organic materials to the required line, grade and cross section including watering, spreading, grading by motor grader and consolidation by roller with desired field density not less than 95% of maximum dry density within a lead, including all lead, lifts, loading, unloading, all labour, usage charges of all machinery etc., complete, and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work and all other incidental charges.

Construction of embankement with material obtained from borrow pits: Construction of embankement with material obtained from borrow pits in layers not exceeding 250 mm loose thickness, spreading, breaking clods, removal of roots and other organic materials to the required line, grade and cross-section including watering, consolidation by vibratory road roller to the desired field density not less than 95% of maximum dry density including all lead lifts,loading, unloading, all labour, usage charges of all machineries etc., complete as per table 300-2. and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work and all other incidental charges.

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders: Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2 laid in layers not exceeding 250 mm thick and compacting it by mechanical means after adding water to its OMC, so as to achieve 97% compaction of maximum dry density and finish the surface to the required camber, grade and cross section etc., speading, grading by motor grador, consolidation by roller including all lead, lifts, loading, unloading, all labour, usage charges of machinery etc., complete. (New road formation) and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work and all other incidental charges.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 including protection of edges of GSB layer, cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, lighting, guarding, barricading, maintenance of diversion road, loading & unloading all lead, lifts etc., complete withall lead of mixed material (Compacted thickness) Grading-II Material (close graded), and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work and all other incidental charges.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate as per table 400-12 & 400-13, to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub- base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density of 98% including protection of edges of WMM layer, cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, lighting, guarding, barricading, maintenance of diversion road, loading & unloading all lead, lifts etc., complete, with lead of mixed material (Compacted thickness), and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work and all other incidental charges.

Prime Coat over WMM/WBM - Providing and applying primer coat with SS1 bitumen emulsion complying IS-8887 on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means.as per table-500-3, including cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, loading & unloading etc., complete, and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work and all other incidental charges.

Dismantling of Structure: Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead including all labour, usahe charges of all machineries etc., complete.-By Mechanical Means/Dismantling/ Brick/Tile work/Rubble masonry/ pitching/ets, and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work and all other incidental charges.

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material, including cost of all labour, material usage charges of machinery, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., complete.Ordinary soil - Mechanical Means, and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work and all other incidental charges.
