construction of wet mix macadam by providing laying, spreading and compacting of graded stone aggregates as per table 400-12&13, including premixing the materail with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material tipper to site paver, laying in uniform layers in sub base/ base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density of 98% including protection of edges of WMM layer, cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, lighting, guarding, barricading, maintenance of diversion road, loading & unloading all lead and lift etc., complete With all lead and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in charge of work. ( compacted thickness) laying using grader.With all lead and lifts & as directed by the Engineer in charge of work.

Providing and applying primer coat with slow setting (SS1) bitumen emulsion complying with IS 8887 on prepared surface of granular Base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per table -500-3, including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, loading, unloading etc., complete, including lead for emulsion. as directed by the Engineer in charge. With all lead and lifts & as directed by the Engineer in charge of work.

Providing and applying Tack Coat with Bituminous Emulsion(RS1) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom & dusting by Air compressor, and spraying, including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, loading, unloading stacking, etc complete, including lead for emulsion. (PNo-54, INo 5.02(II) B of NH Zones SR 2022-23) With all lead and lifts & as directed by the Engineer in charge of work.

Providing and laying Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates as per table 500-7 of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 grade paving bitumen as per clause 504.3.1 complying with IS -73-2013 of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder at 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler,transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with the hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause no. 505 complete in all respects including cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, all lead, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, transporting etc complete, including cost of primer/tack coat. (Compacted thickness), 50 - 75 mm compacted thickness (Grading 2) with 4.50% Bitumen using 60/70 (VG-30) as With all lead and lifts & as directed by the Engineer in charge of work.

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates as per table 500-7 of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 grade paving bitumen as per clause 504.3.1 complying with IS-73-2013 of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4% of mix and filler @2% by weight of aggregate, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects including cost of all materials, all labours, usage charges of all machinery, all lead, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, transporting etc., complete, excluding cost of primer / tack coat. (30 - 40 mm compacted thickness). With all lead and lifts & as directed by the Engineer in charge of work.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads at 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes, including, barricading, traffic diversion as per IRC-35, cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foriegn matter, demarcation at site, traffuc control,cost of all materials all labour, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., complete.-5.50 kg per Sqm, 2.5 mm thick. Supplying solar Raised pavement markers made of polycarbonate moulded body with circular shape, solar powered, LED self illumination in active mode , 360 degree illumination and refeltive panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal relection of the light entering the lens face in paasive mode. The marker shall support a load of 20000kg tested inaccordance to ASTM D 4280. The marker shall be resistant to dust and water ingress according to IP 65 standards and should withstand temperature in the rage of 0 C to 70 C . Colour of lighting could be provided in red or yellow(amber) as per requirement and typical freuency of blinking in 1 Hz. Thier should be current losses of less than 20 microamperes at 2.4 V in sleep charging mode to enhance the life of the marker and a full charge should provide for a minimum autonomy of 50 hours.The height width and length should not be less than 10mmx100mmx100mm. Also , the surface diameter of the marker shall not be less than 100mm respwctively.The weight of the marker shall not exceed 0.5 kilograms. Fixing will br by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside,without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive and complete as directed by engineer, including cost of materials all labour, lead , lifts,loading, unloading transporting etc complete. Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67 made of Class-B Type IV retro reflective sheeting fixed over 2 mm thick aluminium sheeting vide clause 801.3, 4mm thick Aluminium composite material sheet including lettering depending on the size of the sign fixed over back support frame of min 25 x 25 x 3mm Angle mounted on a mild steel circular pipe 65 NB 3.60mtrs high (min effective height 1.30 mtrs), 3.2 mm thickness firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M25 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing. Providing and fixing Renforced cement concrete M15 grade Kilometre stone of standard design as perIRC 8-1980 and IRC:26, excavation and fixing in position in M-15 concrete, plastering the exposed faces with CM 1:2, curing, painting and printing letters, necessary reinforcements etc,. including cost of all materials, labour, loading unloading lead lift , transporting etc., complete.
