Supply and fix in replacement post top lantern LED type 40 watt conical in shape 230 volts AC outdoor type with decorative post top for 360 degree indirect light IP 65/66 protection with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete all as specied and directed.

Supply and fix in Replacement/ installation , connecting & testing pole mounted street light control switch/ Time switch box factory fabricated , prewired with appropriate size copper conductor cable made out of 3mm thick CRCA powder coated sheet of minimum size 60 x 50x 30 cm IP 54 protection dust vermin proof , powder coated externally and internally , having magnetic door locking arrangement fixed with clamps nut bolt and washer to accommodate in and including following : (a) Power contactor 3 pole with AC 1 rating 65 Amp -01, for conactor coil protection make INDOASIAN Cat TL065ASO, Legrand and Simens or equalent (b) MCCB three pole 63 Amp , 10KA , C series -01 No for (incomming and outgoing ) Make Legrand/ schneider /INDOASIAN . Supply and fix in replacement / installation of cable junction box made of high quality DK thermoplastic of size 300X200X125 mm including four number connection terminals suitable mouted on DN rail for alumn cables upto 25 sqmm 4 core with one single pole MCB 'C' curve type of current rating 6 amps and rupturing cap 10 KA complete with thermoplastic cable glands and fixed on GI Pipe and using pole clamps made out of appropriate material all as required at site or directed including inspection/ site testing (after installation at site) by company engineer. (Note: GI pipe measured separatally) Make: HENSEL /Sintex/ MECO or eqvivalent.

Supply and fixing in replacement / installation of erection of steel tubular swaged pole 9mtr long with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP 31, including painting with anti corrosive paint internally complete and externally up to planting depth, alternative green & white strips of 30 cm height upto 1.5 mtr above ground level all as required at site or directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for Painting to steel tubular pole swarn neck type/9/11 mtr long including cross arms, 'V' brackets, 'D' clamps, nuts, bolts, street light bracket complete including painting with five strips of 30cm each black/yellow and silver paint(as per existing paint) in alternate strips from the base of pole upto 1.5mtr height complete, marking the pole No, spray painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint of first quality silver paint over a coat of red oxide primer after and including complete removal of old paint by scratching, rubbing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing in replacement, connecting and testing of MCCBs in existing LT panel box / feeder pillar boxes (KIOSK) of capacity 400 Amps 4 pole breaking capacity 36 KA with thermal as well as magnetic balance adjustable type complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto- all as per Item No 13 but 350 Amps and 36 KA.

Ditto- all as per Item No 13 but 250 Amps and 36 KA.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exc 1.5 metre wide not exc 1.5 metre in depth; for laying of cables not exc 10 Sqm on plan and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out , trimming sides, forming bottom surface to required level complete all as specified and as directed .

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 3.0 mtr in depth for foundation in hard/dense soil and getting out all as directed.

Returning filling including spreading, levelling , watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm in soil as directed .

Removing of excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 m & depositing where as directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above starting point all as specified and as directed.

Screening excavated earth (passing through 12 mm square mesh), laying riddled earth in trenches for cable protection, under and above Cable all as specified in SSR Part - I (Clause No 19.75) and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Punned thickness of riddled earth of 18 cm will be measured and paid.

M&L for providing of new sub class 'B' bricks, old size, well burnt laid flat dry for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for coping of poles/plinth blocks of HT poles etc including fair finishing the exposed surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregrate for foundation filling as mass concrete including necessary form work complete all as specified.

Taking down existing 1100 Volts grade cable size up to 35 sqmm 3.5 core from in trench, wall, ceiling, culvert and pole and laying only XLPE insulated, tesing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement cable of XLPE insulated armoured LT cable 1100 volts grade of size 6 Sqmm 2 core, in tenches / on walls /poles including suitable MS clamps for fixing, connecting , testing and commissioning for building service connections including taking down the exisitng unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES :- Earthwork, sand filling, brick protection shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.

Supply and fix in replacement of light grade Galvanised mild steel pipe 32mm bore complete with all fittings, laid under roads, drain, paths, fixed to poles/ walls with suitable mild steel clamps , bolts , nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed as for cable proction . (Note:- Excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule )

Material and Labour for aluminium lugs up to 185sqmm as per site requirement complete all specified and directed.

M & L for Earthing in replacement complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmX60cmX6 mm thick buried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level, normal with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, earth plate connected to a galvanised earth lead wire 4mm dia bymeans of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR Part-I (2009) connected to earth test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion with and including 15 mm bore light grade GI protection pipe 7.5 meters long for earth including PCC 1:2:4 pit with pre cast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover 40 mm thick reinforced with 6mm dia MS bars @ 100mm both ways with lifting hook made out of 6mm dia MS bars watering arrange,ent with funnel wire, common salt and charcoal filling, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as specified.

S & F in replacement Street light bracket made out of 40 mm dia light grade GI Pipe not less than 1.5m length, bent to shape including 2 Nos, 50 x 6 mm FI Clamps nut,bolts washer etc complete including necessary painting work all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in replacement GI tubing light grade 50 mm bore for cable protection fixed on wall/pole/laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed

Supply, install, testing and commissoning LT panel made out of 3mm thick CRCA sheet, double door type with slopy canopy suitable for outdoor installation with with degree of protection IP 54, with angle iron frame made of 40 x 40 x 6mm at vertical corners & Medium Channel at base of Panel board floor mounted, dust and vermine proof, suitable for voltage 415 V 3 Phase 4 wire weather proof, with separate hinge door for each compartment with locking arrangement, with back door common openable (Screwed), grouted in PCC 1:2:4 complete incl painting the steel surfaces with two coats of zinc chromate primer & two coats of epxoy paint , type tested, with TPN copper bus bar chamber 250 Amp capacity and connections with spring loaded fix connect terminals with temperature resistance of 40 degree celcius to 120 degree celcius with cable entry suitable size of glands terminals & thimbles all as specified and prewired with suitable size of pvc insulated copper conductor cable duly mounted on angle iron frame fixed on PCC blocks fixed with grouted bolts nuts and washers complete including supply fixing and making provisions of the following:-(i) MCCB 63 Amp, 4 pole, 50 Hz 415V, rupturing capacity 25 KA, thermal/magnetic settings - 01 No as incoming.(ii) MCB 40 Amp SP, 50 Hz, 230 V, with rupturing capacity 10 KA - 03 Nos as outgoing for security lights.(iii) MCB 40 Amp 3 pole, 50 Hz, 415 V with rupturing capacity 10 KA, 'C' Curve type - 01 Nos as outgoing for winch motor. (iv) MCB 10 Amp single pole, 50 Hz, 230 V with rupturing capacity 10 KA, 'C' Curve type-01 Nos as outgoing for aviation lights.(v) Street light time switch multi functional digital for automatic switching on or off if street lights at a preset time model Astro time switch with USB key, 1 Channel all as directed = 01 Nos.(iv) Surge protection device 15 KA 2 Modules:- 01Nos.(vii) Indicator set LED type RYB 01 set of 3 pcs (vii) Contactor 40A 3 module having operating coil voltage 230V with auto/manual switching :- 02Nos (x) Digital Volt Meter (0-500 Volts) and Ampere Meter (0-100 Amps) With selector switch.(xi) Forward and Reverse switch for winch control of rising/Lowering the luminairs.

Supply and fix in replacement LED flood light fitting 210 Watts(with total lumen output not less than 20000 lumens and suitable wattage for efficiency not less than 100 lumens/Watt) with ingress protection IP 66 and external SPD of capacity 10 KV in addition to inbuilt SPD of electronic driver , having Pressure die cast housing with high efficient output emitter LED for better distribution, protection with heat resistant toughned glass with individual LED lenses complete including MS Clamps of suitable size for fixing on High Mast /Pole complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for maintain high mast lights, lower the ring assembly and replace lamps, fuses, fuse holders, photocells, ballasts and other work required to keep the lights operational, clean the glass cover(both inside and outside) and the reflector with an approved cleaning solution, maintain, repair or replace the circuit breaker at the base of the pole add oil to the winch and adjust the winch brake, make a visual inspection of the foundation, poles, anchor bolts, base plate, access door, winch, wire rope including cable attachment plate and cotter pins, electrical power cable and fixture mounting ring. Repair, maintenace and servicing the existing motor and keep it in working condition. repair and repalcement of ring assembly, electrical service, photo electric control, breakers, fuses, contactor, hand auto switch, alluminium rope complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L in replacement for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6 mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel, all as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of SSR Part - I, including necessary excavation and earth work, P.C.C (1:3:6) type C-I with 50 mm thick Pre-cast R.C.C. (1:2:4) type B-I cover slab (reinforced with 8 mm dia deformed bar @ 15 cm C/C both ways and suitable handle of 10 mm dia round bar), including providing charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm compacted thickness all around the earth electrode, with funnel and 20 mm bore galvanized iron watering pipe (light grade), wire mesh, aluminium lugs, complete in all respect, GI earth strip protected by 40 mm bore (medium grade) galvanized iron pipe and other end connected with main switch board or Earthing test point as directed, including necessary earth work and disposal of spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and necessary testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
