Taking out deposited sludge from manholes upto 3.00 mtr depth from GL (height of lift) by means of mechanical compressor sewage cleaning machine and cleaning the entire internal sewage with water to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge and disposed of wastes outside MD land and depositing where desired. Note :-(i) The mechanical sewage cleaning compressure machine shall be arranged by the contractor from is own cost and arrangement. (ii) The sewage cleaning machine shall be arranged by the contractor as and when informed by Enginner -in-Charge for desludging the MH. (iii) The quantities will not be given in full for cleaning.The same may be in part or full for cleaning.The same may be in part of full as available.As such contractor will not have any claim for cleaning the MH in part. (iv) Quoted rate deemed to be inclusive for arranging cleaning machine any number of times.

Desilting/ Decloging of sewage lines of any dia by means of mechanical hydro jet pressure sewage cleaning machine and cleaning the entire internal sewage with water and dispose off the sludge outside MD land and depositing where desired. Note :-(i) The mechanical sewage cleaning pressure machine shall be arranged by the contractor from is own cost and arrangement. (ii) The sewage cleaning machine shall be arranged by the contractor as and when informed by Enginner -in-Charge for desludging the septic tank. (iii) The quantities will not be given in full for cleaning.The same may be in part or full for cleaning.The same may be in part of full as available.As such contractor will not have any claim for cleaning the ST in part. (iv) Quoted rate deemed to be inclusive for arranging cleaning machine any number of times.

Opening and cleaning of obstruction/blockage in water closet,including trap,soil waste pipe,upto 1st manhole incase of ground floor or upto tee junction for other floors including removing access door and refixing in position after removing mud,sludge/silt,liquid mud and foreign materials etc and removing/depositing the same outside the premises and flushing with water complete all as specified and directed.

Opening and cleaning of obstruction/blockage in floor trap for urinal or wash hand basin or sink including waste pipe and gully trap in case of ground floor or up to tee junction for other floors including removing access door and refixing in position after removing mud,sludge/silt,liquid mud and foreign materials etc and removing/depositing the same outside the premises and flushing with water complete all as specified and directed.Notes for BOQ item Nos 1 to 7 : (i). These complaints are to be attended on day to day basis with sufficient manpower and tools. (ii)Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of earthwork & excavation, sprinkling sufficient bleaching powder including transporting the sludge & other materials in closed veichle. (iii). The repairs can be under taken as and when required basis accordingly site will be available in piecemeal wise and as directed by Engr-In- charge . (iv) Quantity of cleaned dry solid per cum shall be measured and paid. The stack measurements are to be taken as final quantity.(v).One Supervisior alongwith Four Conservency staff to be detailed to report daily at Complaint cell of ASC &College and Vannarpet/Domlur Complaint Cell to collect complain slip from Complaint Cell and returned back the same after completed the work daily. (i) 02x conservency staff for ASC &College, ASC South (ii) 02x conservency staff

Cleaning of Man holes / Chambers by removing muck/ sludge / liquid mud etc (in foul condition) upto 1 Mtr depth after taking off manhaole covers to the utmost satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge and removing/depositing the same outside the premises and flushing with water complete including refxing the MH cover position complete all as directed.

All same as per item No 8 here-in-above but depth exceeding 1 Mts but not exceeding 2 Mts -do-

Taking down cement plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etcand removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

Demolition of brickwork , precast concrrete block walling or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etcand removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any description and in any location (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) including removing of debris to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed.

Demolition and breaking up 150 mm internal dia drain pipes (PVC, cast iron, Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar including removal and deositing of debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

All as per item No.15 here-in-above but 200 mm bore pipe.

Excavation in trenches and not exe. 1.5 m wide and not exe. 1.5 m in depth for foundation of drain, man hole , laying of cables , stay etc. not exe. 10 Sq. m on plan and not exe. 1.5 m depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft rock complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance exceeding 250 mts but not exceeding 500 Mts and depositing where directed .at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as directed.

M & L for PCC 1 :4 : 8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L for precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes, drains etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including placing in position and set in CM (1:6) complete all as specified & as directed..

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded, chamfered angle and throating as directed including use and waste of form work (straight or curved) all exposed surface of concrete finished fair complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L factory made pre cast PCC 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20 mm graded granite aggregate) as in block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

S & F 10 mm dia and over TMT bars cut to length bent to shape required cranking including bending , hooking ends etc and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished the surface fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for DWCPE(SN4) pipes nominal dia 172.50 (OD)/148.50(ID) mm diameter Pipes) laid on any depth of trenches including jointing/cutting as required length pipes with jointing with socket/spigoht with elastomeric sealing as per manufactutrers instruction to make the sewer line functional including testeong on completion to entrire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge Make: Supreme pipes or equivalent as approved.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in bedding to DWCPE drain pipes, including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete for 150 mm bore pipe all as specified and as directed
