M&L for plain cement concrete 1:5:10, type E2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling under sunken floors etc, including demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thick above or below ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation, filling, mass concrete, levelling courses and sub bases including demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thick above or below ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40mm grade stone agg) as in cement concrete in surface channel and drain including demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thick above or below ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone agg), in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thick above or below ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring with and including demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) as in ground floor, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded hard granite stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, finished even and fair without using extra cement including making construction joints in 3m interval and joint filled with sealing compound, with and including demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) as in ground floor, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel of 45cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms moulds mitred / stopped end etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete solid block masonry, exc 10cm width, blocks cast in PCC 1:3:6 type C1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate, set in CM 1:6, including demolition of stone/ bricks/PCC solid block masonry built in cement mortar pillars, etc. in any position below or above ground level etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing Solid PVC frame (Single Rebated) of size 60mm x 30mm made out of solid PVC foam with omogenous fine cellular structure having smooth outer integral skin with suitable metal stiffner and fixed with 100 x 8 sheet metal CSK screws complete all as specified and as shown on drawing (Note :- Door frame shall be water proof, termite proof, elegant and should have excellent screws holding strength to fix hinges and hold doors properly for a long life) etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing & Fixing Factory made soild PVC profiled panel door shutter 28mm thick with integral skin as frame & 3mm thick high pressure compact laminate on both side of approved colour as in fill, with 'C type Gl or 40 x 20 x19 of MS pipe as stiffner & supplying & fixing in frame at site etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Pressed steel frames of sizes 165 mm x 60 mm x 1.25 mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of 30 mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2 , modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S S screws shall be paid separately)

S&F 2nd class hard wood 30 mm thick glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass gauge etc (without sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc,sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a),fitted to chowkat etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for 30 mm thick flush shutters (two panel), solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides one face is covered with deco rative face veneer with lipping / frame to match etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in 300mm long mild steel helical door spring, ordinary rat tail pattern spring, including roller and roller plate complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in 200 mm long of Aluminium anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in 150 mm long aluminum anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded section complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in 150mm extruded aluminum alloy handles, cast type, anodized complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for in Aluminium alloy, anodised,sliding door bolt with hasp,staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast-aluminium alloy and fixed, length of bolt in 300 mm etc complete all as specified and directed.

S& fixed in for 150 mm length of Floor door stopper of aluminium alloy body and tongue, anodised, with hard drawn steel spring, fixed in floor complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement, etc all as specified and directed.

Repairs to loose hanging mild steel window/ ventilator shutters not exceeding 1sqm each including repairs to hardwares by welding for smooth functioning of the shutters including making good the welded surfaces to match with the existing window/ ventilator surface complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (i) Windows are to be fixed to the buildings upto 3 stories height. (ii) Hardwares wherever required to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this Schedule at respective item of BOQ as S&F.

M&L for 4mm thk sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty/ wooden beads in square exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane and extra over sheet glass, ordinary quality, incl hacking out old glass panes complete all as specified
