Cleaning of septic tank, filter bed/ soakage well and inspection chambers of any size and depth not exceeding 1.5Mts deep, getting out sludge (solid/semisolid), bailing out water by mechnical equipement or manual and other accumulated materials complete, washing with the water and disposal of sludge to distance outside MOD land complete all as directed. Note : Quantity of cleaned dry solid per cum shall be measured and paid. The stack measurements are to be taken as final quantity.

All same as per item No 4 here-in-above but depth exceeding 1.5 Mts but not exceeding 3 Mts -do- Notes for BOQ item Nos 1 to 5 : (i). These complaints are to be attended on day to day basis with sufficient manpower and tools. (ii)Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of earthwork & excavation, sprinkling sufficient bleaching powder including transporting the sludge & other materials in closed veichle. (iii). The repairs can be under taken as and when required basis accordingly site will be available in piecemeal wise and as directed by Engr-In- charge . (iv) Quantity of cleaned dry solid per cum shall be measured and paid. The stack measurements are to be taken as final quantity.(v).One Supervisior alongwith two Conservency staff to be detailed to report daily at Complaint cell at Old & New Domur Md Accn & JBC , 598 ORs Qtrs to collect complain slip from Complaint Cell and returned back the same after completed the work daily. (i) 2 Nos conservency staff for Old & New Domur Md Accn & JBC , 598 ORs Qtrs .

Taking down cement plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etcand removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

Demolition of brickwork , precast concrrete block walling or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etcand removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any description and in any location (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) including removing of debris to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed.

Dismantling RCC posts or struts any section embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry etc including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground. Note : Dismantling of existing GI barbed wire / Chain link fencing / wire mesh etc shall be measured & paid for separately.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh of any type of any description fixed to any type of fencing posts.

Demolition and breaking up 150 mm internal dia drain pipes (PVC, cast iron, Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar including removal and deositing of debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

All as per item No.12 here-in-above but 200 mm bore pipe.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 m and making good surface in soft/ loose soil.

Excavation in trenches and not exe. 1.5 m wide and not exe. 1.5 m in depth for foundation of drain, man hole , laying of cables , stay etc. not exe. 10 Sq. m on plan and not exe. 1.5 m depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft rock complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance exceeding 250 mts but not exceeding 500 Mts and depositing where directed .at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as directed.

M & L for PCC 1 :4 : 8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

M & L for PCC 1 :3 : 6 type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains and benching including finishing the top of benching even and smooth using extra cement. Note : Forming fair finished channel for drain using extra cement shall be measured and paid for separately

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in benching, bed plates, coping and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles as directed including formwork and finishing all exposed surfaces complete all as specified and directed .

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.

M & L for Precast Reinforced cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 type B1 using 20 mm aggregate stone aggregate as in cover slab to Man holes set and jointed in cement mortar 1 : 4 complete all as directed (Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately.)

M&L factory made pre cast PCC 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20 mm graded granite aggregate) as in block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

All same as per item No 24 here-in-above but except blocks -do-

Supply only Integral Water Proofing Compound (ISI Marked) of Make : CICO , Acco Proof , Impermo , Aqua flex as approved.

S&F mild steel work as in angle iron in posts & struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) and similar works conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290), complete, all as specified & directed.

S & F 10 mm dia and over TMT bars cut to length bent to shape required cranking including bending , hooking ends etc and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of binding wire. Note :- Supply only chain link fencing & line wire shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing 3.15mm dia of mesh wire, mesh size 100x100mm complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Flat iron, round tie bars, nut bolts and washer shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L MS round bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, painted with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of primer and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, not exc 5 cm long and dia of neck 5 to 10 mm complete all as specified.

M & L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floor and finished the surface complete all as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floor and finished the even and smoth without using extra cement complete all as directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick plain cement conctere 1: 3 : 6 type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection finished the surface fair and even complete all as directed.

M&L for Machine pressed factory made chequered cement concrete tiles, 40cm x 40cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement & pigment, laid over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6, complete all as specified & as directed (Note : i) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cement screed. ii) Colour of tiles shall be got appproved before incorporation in the work)

M&L for factory made 60mm thick machine pressed precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of Grade M-35 conforming to IS 15658-2006 of shape and size as directed with grey cement and no pigment laid over & including 50mm thick sand cushioning, joints of blocks filled with dry sand and compacted with mechanical vibrator complete all as specified & directed(Note : Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of sand cushoining).

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces mixed with WPC as per manufacturer instruction , and finished the surface fair and even complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

M & L Two coats of 1st quality synthetic enemal paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer over any description of new steel surface over 10 cm in width or girth including necessary preparation of new steel surface complete all as directed.

M & L for DWCPE(SN4) pipes nominal dia 172.50 (OD)/148.50(ID) mm diameter Pipes) laid on any depth of trenches including jointing/cutting as required length pipes with jointing with socket/spigoht with elastomeric sealing as per manufactutrers instruction to make the sewer line functional including testeong on completion to entrire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge Make: Supreme pipes or equivalent as approved.

Supply and fixing factory made FRP manhole cover of size 900x900mm of 2.5 to 3Tonne compressive strength including necessay fixing in existing manhole chamber with PCC (1:2:4) including taking existing manhole cover of any type complete all as specified. Make -King or equivalent

M&L for cutting into existing manhole for connecting 150 mm bore (internal dia ) new drain pipe, making good to pipe and rendering, cuttingout existing benching for forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregrate, smooth finished and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and directed.
