Corrective maintenance 1. Troubleshooting and rectification of any faults or performance issues. 2. Replacement of damaged or malfunctioning components (Note: Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately) 3. Emergency response services for major breakdowns with the help of guidelines of OEM of the equipments.

Other services: 1. Training of on-site personnel for basic maintenance and safety protocols 2. Compliance with all safety regulations and standards, including (specify any relevant loca or national regulations) Note: Manned at solar plant shall be 02 shifts/day and provide 02 skilled solar plant operator/mechanic per shift and one supervisor for general shift. Experty engineer support of solar Plant in all respects shall be provide as and when required to continue operation and maintenance.

Design, Supply and installation Solar Module panel capacity not less than 530 Wp or above MNRE approved, mono crystalline Type, 60 Cell (minimum) /72 Cell duly connected using solar DC cables 1.1 KV, 4 Sqmm alongwith miscellaneous components like termination kits, lugs, sign boards, conduits etc.(cost of these items shall be deemed to be included in the cost the modules) comprising of following technical specification and as specified in PS complete all as specified and as directed. (l) Certification - The PV modules must conform to the latest edition of any of the following IEC/equivalent BIS Standards for PV module design qualification and type approval as per IEC61215/BIS14286

M&L for repair/maint and servicing of of Solar Grid Connected inverter/power condition units (PCU)/string inverter with maximum power point tracker/tracking (MPPT) feature certified by MNRE of capacity 1000 KW, 3 phase, 440 Volt, AC operated, 50 Hz duly reference taken from OEM drawings . Note: 1. minor spares like lugs,terminals and internal wiring incl in quoted rates. 2. Spares shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for repair and servicing to module mounting structure each row of having 60 panels,AC combination box, AC distribution board, earthing kit, junction / combiner boxes and providing reqd fasteners, DC cables, MC connectors, AC cables and installation accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Redundancy Design: Backup control system to drive DC motor and PCB unit for tracking system to be provided along with lithium battery 24 Volts, 20 AH and the rates quoted to be inclusive of lithium battery/each tracking unit complete.

M&L for MC connectors for one modules shall be as per SPV modules string combinations.

M&L for combiner boxes (such as module junction box, string junction box, array junction box and main junction box equipped with appropriate functioning, safety including fuses, grounding etc) shall be as per SPV modules string combinations .

S&F cable copper shall conform to IEC-60227 and shall be of 650 V / 1.1 kV grade. The cable size 1x4 sqmm DC 1500 volt single strand copper conductor for Module Interconnections, array to junction boxes, junction boxes to DCDB, DCDB to PCU etc will be suitable to keep the voltage drop and losses to the minimum.

S&F cables shall conform to IEC-60227 and shall be of 650 V / 1.1 kV grade of size 300 sqmm XLPE armoured single core aluminium conductor. The cables for transformer to Inverter yard and SMB to Inverter Module Interconnections, array to junction boxes, junction boxes to DCDB, DCDB to PCU etc will be suitable to keep the voltage drop and losses to the minimum.

S&F cables shall conform to IEC-60227 and shall be of 650 V / 1.1 kV grade of size 240 sqmm XLPE armoured single core aluminium conductor. The cables for SMB to Inverter will be suitable to keep the voltage drop and losses to the minimum.

M&L ceiling foam to concealed the ends of the flexible conduit, nuts bolts and all connections as required at site deemed for satisfactory completion of the job .

M&L for servicing/upgradation/configuration software of SCADA system which should be capable of communicating with all string invertors, energy meters, protection control and relay panels, transformers alarm and trip signals, circuit breaker status, weather station with server which should be a PCU with latest chip set technology and storage > 1 TB and supply and integration of mini RTU / Telemetry-data communication, state load despatch centre (SLDC) - (Telemetering unit interface scope) via GPRS / GSM /Suitable MODEM etc and provide information data logs of the entire solar PV grid connect power plants for the local monitoring at plant control room at site as well as remote monitoring via internet with suitable protection as per IEC standards.The SCADA shall be invertor level monitoring compatible and shall have features of remote access (control through WEB / App based control through mobile / PC) to the real time data and combination of wired / wireless technology as per design by the OEM complete all as specified and as directed:-

M&L UPS of suitable capacity with all connected accessories including Batteries and charging unit for The SCADA system to meet the existing system run complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for servicing/repair/maint of CCTV camera existing with solar plant complete all as specified and as directed:-

Repair/maint/servicing to Weather station sensor:- All in one Model (Ambient temperature, Relative Humidity, Air pressure, wind speed, wind direction, Solar radiation and all other weather parameters required) alongwith RS 485 convertor - 01 No

Repair/maint/servicing to Module temperature sensor:- PT 100 or equivalent-01 No

Repair/maint/servicing to Silicon Irradiance sensor for PR calculation-01 No

Material and labour for mother board tracker control panel alongwith associated accessories of make Scorpius tracker of 24 V DC to drive tracker motor of solar panel mounting structure complete all as specified.

Supply and fix 12 v 150 AH, DC battery back up to solar panel mount trackers complete all s specified. Make : Amaron Quanta Model No 12 AL-150 or technocommercial equivalent approved make.

Supply and Fix tracker battery charger of solar mounting structure of make Scorpius trackers having 3 stage battery charger with battery fush and power on/off switch control selector switch duly fixing in existing junction box complete in all respects.

Supply and fix Solar PV charge controller of make Su-Kam having bulk absorn and float indication as per existing mode complete all as specified

Supply and fix solar tracker motor operating voltage DC 24 V, Cat Part No 92106210000 of existing capacity to dirve the tracker shaft to moving panel mounting structure complete all as specifeid.
