Taking down rolling shutter , hood cover and guide channels etc complete width of rolling shutter upto 3 metre , incl complete servicing , greasing , oiling and strengthening of guide channels and refixing all arrangements in proper alignments for smooth functioning,complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Mild steel plain sheet 0.63 mm thick, cut to size , made to shape of hood cover of rolling shutters ,incl painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable tension spring of rolling shutter and provision of new tension spring of approved quality complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable locking arrangement of rolling shutter and provision of new locking arrangement with mild steel safety lever locks 4 levers , complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs Ball bearing for rolling shutter complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs Collapsible steel gates , top hung , consisting of channels pickets , pivoted flat bars , top and bottom runners , brass handles etc erected in postion and securing runners with holdfasts and brackets including taking down collapsible steel gate of any description , complete all as specified and directed . Note : The rate quoted shall incl for provision of suitable size of bed blocks in PCC 1 : 2 : 4 type B1 for securing of runners hold fasts

Repairs to existing Collapsible steel gates of any type and description incl oiling and greasing complete for smooth functioing complete all as specified and directed . Note : The rate quoted shall incl for replacing of old fittings / fixtures such as wheels , handles and locking system with new fittings / fixtures .

Demolition of brick work / stone boulder masonry , built in cement mortar incl all quoins , arches pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings etc complete all as specified and directed . Note : All debris and rubbish shall be removed from MOD land during or at the end of each working period at his risk and cost in accordance with all applicable federal , state , and local regulations.

M&L Precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks in PCC 1 :3:6 Type C1 (20mm graded aggregate) exc . 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1 : 6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling CGI / asbestos cement/polycarbonate ( corrugated , semi - corrugated , etc ) sheet in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Prepainted galvalume aluminum zinc coating Gl based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall , fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 2 mm thick ordinary quality colorless cast acrylic sheet with light transmittance of 92% including fixing with necessary screws, and aluminium beading complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete ( un reinforced ) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness ( below or above ground level ) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1 : 4.8 type D - 2 ( 40mm graded aggregate ) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling / breaking out existing cement block pavers of any description and thickness complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick ( compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size) or of grading3 (50 to 20 mm size) with granite trap or basalt stone) spread rolled and consolidated as required including rolling with hand rollers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc.,of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto same as above item no. 26.00 but Except tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors , aprons etc. laid , bedded and pointed in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 300mm x300mm of size and 20-22mm thick rubber moulded coloured chequered cement concrete tiles jointed with grey cement and pigment laid in floor over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete Type B0 , 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) cast in situ in cills and other similar bands, plinth courses, parapets, copings, hold fast ,bed plates ,filling hollow section of pressed steel frame and the like including use and waste of form work,weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall , concrete surface etc. including racking out joints , hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed. M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , finished even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1 : 6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , finished fair and even etc including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed

M&L rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1 : 3 on ceiling of brick or concrete surfaces , finished even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for Preparing new plastered suface of walls and applying two coats distemper oil emulsion , white or tinted using mechanical means over a coat of primer with including necessary scaffolding up to 6th storey complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparing new plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint using mechanical means over a coat of primer including necessary scaffolding up to 6th storey complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparing of new steel surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer , complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Preparing of plastered or un plastered old decorated surfaces of walls by brooming down or with steel wire brushing , scraping down smoke soot's , moulds , moss & efflorescent salts & treating oily & greasy spots & filling holes & cracks with suitable material like white cement or Plaster of Paris and applying one coat of cement base paint , including necessary scaffolding upto 6th storey complete all as specified and as directed

Design, and S&F in repairs at site of the TRAY PANEL SCREW type system with aluminium composite panel of approved colour on exterior walls, coloums, MS structure, ceiling, coping, slab, projectons at all heights and elevation including neccesary aluminium framework. The aluminium composite panel should be 4mm thick consist of 3mm thick thermoplastic core of antioxidant LDPE sandwitched between 2 skins of 0.5mm thick aluminium alloy sheet making a total panel thickness of 4mm. The external surface shall be finished with PVDF based coating on the top side and service coating on the reverse side shall be with a polymer paint. NOTES:- The system shall be designed to withstand a wind pressure of 190 kg/Sqm with necessary Alu. sub frames, cleats and shall be fixed to the masonry/ RC walls/ MS structure with necessary clamps, galvanized M.S brackets and anchor fasteners. All clamps and brackets shall be Hot dip galvanized minimum 80 microns thick and shall conform to IS: 4759-1996. Any other acessories such as fastening straps, nuts, bolts, rivets, washers, etc. other than anchor system shall be in Indian standard grade. all joints of ACP must be sealed with approved sealent of approved colour. şealant make DOW CORNING 789 weather sealant. Rate shall include to provide open cell polyethylene backer rods, weather sealant etc, all materials and labour complete.

S&F in repairs 300mm size stainless steel letters, in Hindi / English/Kannada and fix with stainless steel screws complete all as specified and as directed.
