M&L for cutting, racking out existing ceiling compound from joints of rigid pavements including raking spilled out sealing compound from the edges of existing joints and removing the raked out sealing compoound and forming joints 6 to 12 mm width and removing the debris and other foreigh materials to a distance exceeding 50m and not exceeding 150m and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge Including cleaning the side and bottom of joints by compressor air (Diesel driven compressor of suitable capacity), preparing joints to receive polyurethane joint filling and primed with primer & polyurethane sealant of approved with minimum 10mm depth of sealent all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting, racking out existing sealing compound from joints of rigid pavements including raking spilled out sealing compound from the edges of existing joints and removing the raked out sealing compoound and forming joints 12 to 15 mm with and 30 to 40mm depth where required width and by diamond cutter and removing the debris and other foreigh materials to a distance exceeding 50m and not exceeding 150m and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge including cleaning the side and bottom of joints by compressor air (Diesel driven compressor of suitable capacity), preparing joints to receive polyurethane joint filling and primed with primer of approved make , sealed with polyurethane sealant of approved. Make and minimum depth of sealent above backup rod shall be 10mm along with back up rod of suitable size as per manufacturers complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per SI Item No 5 above but forming of joints 25 to 30 mm width and 25-30mm average depth.

M&L for 25 to 30 mm thick pre-formed synthetic fillerboard in rigid pavements after taking down the existing old/out lived filler board and claning the side and bottom of joints by compressor air (Diesel driven compressor of suitable capacity) all as specified and as directed.

Preparation and cutting of old surface of cracked top surface of concrete slab on runway/ Taxi Track/ dispesal area with wire brushes and manually if required using diamond but blade mechanicaly driven and cleaning with air compressor to remove all loose dirt, dust, scalling, grease etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying primer NG CHEM 121 for the cleaned existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L for applying Epoxy Den mort / NG MORT trowelling compound on primed surfaces with thickness form 2mm to 5mm including filling of small holes up to 10mm to 25mm depth and levelling the surfaces to match the existing surfaces level of runway / taxi track etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing joints by cutting, racking out existing cracks from joints of flexible pavements including raking spilled out dust blow or sweep out cracks, removing all vegetation, dust, debries and laying of 'RUN PATCH' fixed with suitable adhesive to achive required strength all as per manufacture instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for making good of craks, joint, pot hole stuffer in slabs (exposed rigid pavement) by 'ASPHA-FLO' or its equivalent Streaming concrete Crack suffer complete all as specified and directed as per manufacture instructions. Note : Material shall be approved by Engr-in-charge in consultation with user. Contractor shall have no claim whatsover on this account. Make : Srijan System Pvt Ltd or its equivalent.

Material and labour for neatly cutting the cracks on flexible pavements by chiselling machine/ diamond cutter including cleaning the cracks by using with wire brushes for removing caked mud and using air blower for removing loose dirt, debries etc and providing "RUNPHALT" bitumen tubing rope, elastomeric, liquefiable self levelling sealent, by inserting the same into the cleaned cracks by suitable means like screw drivers and subsequently melting it using heating process/ torching it continiuously (without removing the plastic wraps) until it liquified and fills in the voids of cracks fully until the pavement suface, complete all as per manufacture's instructions and all as specified and as directed, for the following crack widths : Make : M/s Sirijan System Pvt Ltd. Note : The application must be in the presence of the rep of the manufacturer and stricly as per manufacturers instructions.

Width of crack 1/2 inch or 12.7mm black colour

Width of crack 1/4 inch or 6.35mm, black colour

Scraping, removal of old paint deposits on runway, taxi tracks and air field pavement using scraping tools and removal of scraped paint from airfield area complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of road / runway for bituminious pavements, flexible pavings,aprons and the like and painting lines,dashes,arows ,letters etc. exceeding 10cm width with two coat of aqua based road marking paint of tint white or golden yellow or orange or as required over a coat of primer, including complete removing of old paint on concrete / bituminious surface at site complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concreate/old PQC of any discription and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removed demolition material from site including cleaning of area as per direction complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Pavement quality concrete (PQC) of minimum 28 days field Flexural strength of 45Kg/ Sqcm or 4.5 Mpa, aggregate gradation as per Table 3 of IRC 15 2017, coarse aggregate of clean , hard strong, dense non-porous and durable pieces of crushed stone or gravel, fine aggregates of clean natural sand or crushed stone sand or combination of both using minimum 360 kg/cum of cement with non-circular virgin synthetic fibre of 12-18 mm length, specific gravity 1.34 to 1.39, UV stable, alkali resistant, with equivalent dia 15-40 micron, minimum melting temperature as 240°C and minimum tensile strength of 300 Mpa and at the rate as specified by the manufacturer. PQC laid, spread and compacted with slip-form paver of minimum 7.50 m width , including curing and tining by Texturing cum Curing Machine complete all as specified and directed. Required surface texturing to be done as specified in Clause - 10 1 14 and Tabl~ 9 of IRC' 15-2017 complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Quated rate included for Ser item No 1 to 17 of BOQ are in restricted hours and as per site availibity according to flying schedule.
