Sch 'A' Part - VII : Fittings / Fixtures & Misc items.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Supply and fix High Density Poly Ethylene Pipes (HDPE) of PN 10 of size 200mm dia laid in trenches, fittings include for jointing and jointing materials all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix PPR Gate Valves (Brass Insert) of outer dia 75 mm bore as per requirement of the site all as specified and directed

Construction of valve chamber with inner clear dimension 600 x 600 x 600mm with 200mm thick PCC block masonary walls built in CM 1:6 over 100 mm thick foundation concrete in PCC 1:4:8 type D2, (Using 40 mm graded coarse aggregate) with 100 mm off sets, 15mm thick complete internal plaster and external plaster up to a depth of 15 cm below GL in CM (1:6), 3 mm thick MS sheet cover, double door welded to 50 mm x 50 mm x 6mm MS angle frame fixed with hold fasts, 20mm x 6mm flat iron hinges with locking arrangement including lock sixty five mm, brass and keys (Make : Godrej / Shell or its equivalent), MS handles and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer to all steel surfaces including excavation & earth work in any type of soil /soft disintegrated rock and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning Monoblock pump 30HP/22KW 415V,2930RPM, 50Hz, Cast Iron Body, Casing, Impeller with maximum discharge upto 28LPS, Head range upto 65m, ISI Certified inclusive PCC foundation as required all as specified and directed (1No running + 1 Standby) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Foot Valve of 150mm (6inch) dia ,IS 4038, PN0.2 , Cast Iron Body ,Cast Iron Door along with necessary fittings etc all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of High density poly ethylene (HDPE) Perforated pipes of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 laid in trenches fittings in trenches or laying in floors including all connected fittings, accessories complete; HDPE pipes are produced with slots or perforations to convey subsurface water to a more favorable location for discharge. The perforations shall be approximately circular and arranged in rows parallel to the axis of the pipe. 10 mm dia perforated hole at suitable distance to discharge water equally on surface throughout the pipe of 50 mm dia HDPE Pipes in staggered style should be placed as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Fabricate, supply ,install, testing and commissioning of LT panel for the following:- (i) Switch Gear Panel : LT Switch gear panel shall be outdoor type totally enclosed dust and vermin proof, free standing, fully compartmentalized in design suitable for outdoor use with bottom cable entry with suitable cable glands made out of front framed structure of rolled folded steel channel section of minimum 3.15 mm thickness rigidly bolted/welded together with angle iron frame works with suitable legs of ISA 40x40x5mm with four legs grouted PCC (1:2:4) type B1, foundation block with suitable mounting arrangement suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz, 4 wire AC system conforming to IS : 375 all as specified herein after. Degree of protection shall not be less than IP-51 as per IS : 2147 and it shall be suitable to withstand a Fault level of 50 KA (rms) for one second. A rear cable chamber housing the cable and connections and power/control cable terminations shall be provided. The design shall ensure generous availability of space for ease of installation & maintenance of cabling & adequate safety in working in any vertical section with out coming in accidental contact with the live parts in the other. The top most doors in each vertical section shall house ventilating louvers where necessary. All louvers shall be covered with perforated sheet having holes of diameter less than 1 mm to prevent the entry of vermin. Front and rear door shall be fitted with Neoprene gaskets with fasteners designed to ensure proper compression of the gasket .All sheet metal work incl. frames etc shall be with anti corrosive coating and finally epoxy polyester powder coating of flint grey shade (RAL-7032) all as specified in relevant ISS.LT Panel should have hinged door at front with suitable locking arrangement, CPRI approved, and with following accessories suitable for incoming/outgoing arrangements .

(ii) Busbar : Aluminium bus bars of size with 240 Amp capacity.All the Busbars shall be air insulated and will be codified in Red, Yellow, Blue and Black colours as per the standard practices using heat shrinkable sleeves. Aluminium busbars shall be made of 63401 WP grade aluminium alloy. All the busbars shall have full round edges and shall be suitably braced with non-hygroscopic SMC supports of 660 volts grade. Minimum clearance of 25mm and 19mm respectively shall be maintained between phases/phase to neutral/phase to earth and between neutral to earth. When for some reason, these clearances are not available, suitable insulation shall be provided complete all as specifed and directed. (iii) Switch Gear and Instrumentation:- (a) 4 Pole MCCB 80 Amp, 50 Hz, 415 V Incomer -1 No (b) 4 Pole MCCB 80 Amp, 50 Hz, 415 V Outgoing -2 No (C) Fully Automatic Star Delta Starter for 50HP -2No (e) Digital Volt meter (0-500 V)-01 No (f) Digital Ammeter (0-300A)-01 No (g) CT's 100/5- Set of 3 (h) LED type Indication lamps (RYB)-one set (j) Voltmeter and ammeter selector switch- 1 Each (iv)Testings: The switchgear panel shall be tested for the following and test results for the same from manufacturer shall be submitted to GE (a) Electrical and Mechanical operation test. (b) Insulation test at 2.5 KV for one minute. (c) Heat run test at rated current. (d) Megger test by 1000V megger.

Supply, laying and testing Stranded Copper conductor , XLPE Insulated PVC Inner sheathed, Armoured d Cable 35 sq mm 3 Core 1100V Copper Conductor all as specified and directed by EIC
