(e) Cost of any admixtures required to achieve the desired properties of concrete shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for PQC nothing shall be paid on this account.
(f) Surface vibrators, vibrating screed and needle vibrators shall be usde for laying and compacting of PQC materials, PQC plant (weigh batching) shall be used for construction work at site.
(g) No price adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of ordinary Portland cement grade 43 content used in the work as approved in the design mix exceed 360 kg.
(h) The rate quoted shall be inclusive of use and waste of formwork for total thickness.
