M & L for cleaning the swimming pool of capacity 2000 cubic meter and diving pool of capacity 1800 cubic meter using suction sweeper fitted with nylon brushes and chemical on maintenance day with extra dosage of chemical on preceding day complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs the following spares for centrifugal pump 20 HP Set capacity:

Manning & operation and routine maintenance of swimming pool and diving pool at Arga area for two shifts of 08 hours each including sundays and holidays for entire system comprising of 20 HP centrifugal pump sets, filter plants, suction sweeper, chloronome plant with all fittings all as specified and directed in respect of swimming pool. The plant comprises of the following:-

S & F in repairs nylon rope 15 mm dia for moving suction sweeper brush holder including removal of existing unserviceable rope all as specified and directed.

(k) The contractor shall pay the wages to the Skilled operator through e payment i.e Aadhar linked bank accounts(Credit to their bank account). Engr-in-Charge shall ensure that e-payment made to Skilled operator and their wages shall not be less than minimum wages fixed by state Govt or central Govt whichever is more. Monthly e-banking statement shall be furnished by the contractor to the Engineer-in-Charge and the same shall be kept in record duly verified. (l) It is responsible of contractor to deposit the employees provident fund (EPF) to the concerned authority as per the prevailing scales as laid down by the Ministry of labour for all Electrician/operator/helper (as applicable) and necessay proof to this regard shall be submitted to Engr-in-charge for verification and records. The quoted rate shall be deemed to be included of above provisions. In case contractor fails to produce the proof of EPF, shall be liable for action as deemed fit. Decision of GE in this regard shall be final and binding. (m) The contracotr shall maintain all the registers under various labour law rules, 2017 and shall be produced to GE and as well as officers detailed by labour department.

Notes for item No 3.00 & 4.00: (i) Suction sweeper, electric driven 3 phase 415 V with nylon rope and brush will be supplied by the deptt initially. Any subsequent required brush & rope will be measured under respective item of this schedule. (ii) Required electricity will be supplied by the department free of cost. (iii) Chemicals will be measured and paid seperately

M & L strip opening of motor cutting and removing burnt winding and rewinding the motor with super enamelled copper conductor of same gauge and weight and turns including necessary insulating materials etc keeping the same into the hot air oven till the insulation resistance improves to the satisfactory level for the following capacity:

M & L for servicing suction sweeper pump set by cleaning thoroughly the inner portion, replacement of gland packing, bearing, lock nut, washer & ball bearings etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs brass hose clamps suitable for 50 mm dia PVC pipe including taking down unserviceable clamps all as specified and directed.

Supply only O-T odoline solution in 500 ml bottle.

M & L for cleaning the swimming pool balancing tank 3 Lakh litre complete with iron brushes, bleaching powder, taking out mud/ sludge and then finally with fresh water till cleaned surface obtained complete all as specified and directed.

(d) The Contractor shall not employ same tradesman continuously for more than 11 months. (e) The contractor shall provide 02 uniforms to each operator & helper and design of uniform shall be got approved from Engineer-in-charge. In case contractor fails to provide the uniform, recovery @ of Rs 1200/- per uniform will be recovered. (f) The rate quoted shall deemed to be inclusive of safety gear & required tools for minor maintenance. In case of failure to provide tools kit & safety kit (Gum boots-02 pairs, hand gloves), a penalty of Rs 3000/- will be recovered and levied (g) Stores required for maintaining the services shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule. (h) In case of failure due to absence of operative staff, the contractor shall be liable to pay compensation at twice the cost of a day’s Manning & Operation derived from pro rata rate of Sch ‘A’ quoted rates (j) The operator must be well converant with functioning of the plant and shall be ompetent enough to routine maintenance of the installation incl main electric panel.

M & L for cleaning the swimming pool of capacity 2000 cubic meter and diving pool of capacity 1800 cubic meter using suction sweeper fitted with nylon brushes and chemical on alternate day complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only the following chemical materials:

S & F in repairs 3 core multistranded copper conductor cable of size 6 sq mm 1100 volts grade PVC insulated including removing the existing unserviceable cable all as specified and directed.

NOTES for item No. 1.00 above: (a) Contractor shall employ One No skilled operator having minimum ITI qualification in Fitter general machines trade from Govt recognised institute with minimum 2 years experience in maintenance & operation of swimming pools or similar in nature, in each shift of 8 hrs (total - 02 shifts per day). The operator must be competent to carryout the routine maintenance & check of swimming pool & installation including maintenance/check/ inspection of electrical panel board. (b) The rate is deemed to be inclusive of maintaining necessary records and documents for operation and maint of plant specified.Contractor will maintain proper records of all kinds of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly, yearly or whatsoever maintenance is carried out during contract period as per format issued by Engr-in-Charge in a binded book/register and will obtain the signature of Engineer-in-Charge every fortnightly. (c) The rate quoted deemed to include for daily routine maintenance like checking and rectification of loose connection, attending minor leakages,mixing of the chemiclas cleaning and general upkeep of plant room and swimming pool complex, removal of weed and vegetation in the complex. The contractor will ensure general area cleanliness and upkeep of the installation on daily basis. In case of failure, a penalty of Rs 2000/- per installation per month will be levied and recovered from dues.
