Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers of 25 cm thick after the cables etc. are laid, jointed and tested complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/ pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 25 x 3 mm aluminium strip complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron wire 4 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check-nuts, and washers of galvanized iron or steel besides welding at all joints as shown in drawings and including excavation and earth work, GI pipe light grade 15 mm bore for protection of GI wire from earth electrode to and including the earth test point of galvanized Iron/steel of size 75 x 75 x 25 mm, supplying and laying charcoal dust, common salt, PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 chamber and MS angle iron frame 40 x 40 x 3 mm and RCC cover 40 mm thick (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 6 mm dia round bars @ 75 mm C/C both ways with MS handle 12 mm dia, PGI funnel and wire mesh, 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade for watering all as shown in Plate No. 3 of SSR Part I of 2009 and connected to earth test point including testing complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

NOTES for item No. 6.00 - The high mast lighting system shall include the following: (a) Complete manufacturer, including shop testing & supply of all materials/ equipment from the approved vendor or from his manufacturing units. (b) Providing Engineering drawing, data, operational manual etc for approval by GE before incorporating in the work. (c) Receipt, storage, preservation and conservation of equipment at the site. (d) Pre-assembly, if any, erection testing and commissioning of all equipment. (e) Reliability tests and performance and guarantee tests on completion of commissioning. (f) Loading, insurance, unloading and transportation as required. (g) Commissioning of 16 m GI High Mast Tower with lantern carriage. (h) Erection of LED lighting fixture of High Mast Tower (08 Nos/ tower). (j) Erection of earthing for High Mast Tower. (k) Connection from outdoor feeder panel board to in the tower motor itself including necessary wiring. (l) Necessary earth work and RCC foundation as per OEM instructions.

Description all as per item No. 9.00 herein above but Chemical earthing with copper earth plate 90 cm x 60 cm x 5 mm & copper earth strip 50 x 6 mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Description all as per item No. 9.00 herein above but using copper plate 60 cm x 60 cm x 3.15 mm thick electrode and 20 x 3 mm copper strip as earthing lead including 40 mm dia GI pipe light grade for watering complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, installation and commissioning of 16 m height, ground mounted high mast light tower system manufactured with hot dip galvanized steel plates / tubes delivered in multiple sections of suitable length. It will have a weather proof junction box made of galvanised steel from which inter connections to the 8 sets of luminary fittings fixed on the carriage (hot dip galvanized) shall be made. A suitable winch arrangement of both motor and manual operation with a specific gear ratio for raising and lowering is to be fixed at the base of the mast with the specially designed head frame assembly (galvanized both internally and externally) at the top. Suitable size of flexible tailing cable for the electrical system of reputed make for the out going from the bottom to the top will be provided. The connection from weather proof top junction box to individual luminaries will be made with 3 core flexible PVC cable of suitable current carrying capacity as per need. Aviation obstruction light at the top and suitable earth terminals at the base of Mast will be provided. Cabling connection from LT panel (feeder pillar) to outgoing terminals & connectors for reversing the motor including necessary wiring (A test certificate shall be furnished by the contractor from the manufacturer for each winch in support of maximum load operated by winch) all complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Description all as per item No. 16.00 herein above but 25 x 4 mm galvanised iron strip complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying sand cushioning for cable protection in trenches 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm deep over the cable all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay un-reinforced pre-cast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1, flat, size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm complete all as directed.
