Supplying, lowering and fixing into bore175mm(07")inch nomial bore,MS casing pipe as per IS-4270 having 6mm wall thickness ERW duly welded both side socketed ends complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supply, lowering, installation PVC(RMS) pipes with ribs (slotted pipes)125 mm dia 10 kg/sqcm, ISI marked heavy duty conforming to IS: 12818 including all connected accessories and fixing arrangement duly reaming bore hole with T&P / machinery fixed in vertical position in bore well upto 400mtrs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply,and fixing of MS reducer,ball plug, well cap,MS strip for centring,MS Iron clamps,electric logging ang sample strata box etc complete all as specified and directed.

Yield test for bore well by continuously pumping for 16 hrs for 3 days to determine the safe pumping yield and determine the capacity of the submerssible pump.etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , lowering, installing, testing and commissioning of Submersible pump set, into bore well of capacity 100 LPM at 250/300 Mtr head 5 to HP directly coupled with electric driven motor 3 phase 50 hz 415 V AC supply electric motor for 200mm dia bore well(casingpipe should be of size 150/200mm) and electic connections, starter having dry run, over current and phase reversal safety features complete all as specified and directed. Note: Contractor shall submit techincal literature of submersible pumpset for approval of GE.

Supply and filling of gravel packing of size 10mm to 20mm thick provided all arround casing etc complete all as specified and directed

M aterial and labour for development of tube well with compressed air and after with 25% extra capacity pump by pumping muddy water.etc complete all as specified and directed

Supply and laying of High density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) 40mm dia of pressure rating 16 kg/cm to lowering into bore well all as directed

S & F GI pipe medium grade 50mm dia including taking down old pipe complete including fittings all as directed.

Ditto all as per item no 11 above but 40 mm dia.etc complete all as specified and directed

S & F Gun metal gate valve 40mm dia including taking down old one etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Gun metal gate valve 50mm dia including taking down old one etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Non return valve 50mm dia including taking down old one complete.

Supply, connecting, testing and commissioning cable submersible with copper conductor 3 core 1100 volts grade 06 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area stranded conforming to relevant IS including taking down old one complete as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement cable of XLPE insulated armoured LT cable 1100 volts grade of size 35 Sqmm 3 1/2 core, in tenches / on walls /poles including suitable MS clamps for fixing, connecting , testing and commissioning for building service connections including taking down the exisitng unserviceable cable including taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES :- Earthwork, sand filling, brick protection shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr depth for laying of GI pipe lines/UG cable etc getting out including forming bottom surface to required level and gradient in loose/dense soil.etc complete all as specified and directed

Returning and filling in excavated soil including spreading leveling, watering, well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated materials not exceeding 50 Mtrs and depositing where directed by Engr- in-Charge at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtrs above the starting point.

Screening excavated earth (passing through 12 mm square mesh), laying riddled earth in trenches for cable protection, under and above Cable all as specified in SSR Part - I (Clause No 19.75) and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Punned thickness of riddled earth of 18 cm will be measured and paid.

M&L for providing of new sub class 'B' bricks, old size, well burnt laid flat dry for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, lowering installation PVC casing Pipe 250mm dia 10 Kg /sqcm,ISI Marked heavy duty confirming to IS 12818 including all connected accessories and fixing arragement dully raming bore hole with T&P/machinery upto 40 Mtrs from ground levelfixed in vertical pisition in bore well and paking with pea gravel of size 5 to 10mm in the annular space between the pipe assembly and the bore hole complete all as specified and directed.

Fabricate, install and testing factory made L T Panel, outdoor type, weather proof having both side openable hinged door shutters with locking arrangement, size of chamber 60cm x 45cm x 45cm made of 3mm thick CRCA sheet, powder coated paint inside and outside, welded with 4 Nos angle iron legs of size 40 x 40 x 6mm, 1mtr long duly painted with two coats of black enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer and errected in PCC 1:3:6, type C2 foundation at suitable depth and having the following accessories:- (a) MCCB, Four pole, 415 volts, 16 kA, 63 Amps Cap with fixed thermal magnetic release (In coming) -01 Nos (b) MCCB Four pole 415 V,16 KA 32 Amps Cap with fixed thermal magnetic release (out going) -01 Nos (c) Bus Bar chamber with aluminium strip 200 A capacity,with heat shrinkable insulating sleeve, size 40x5mm, 4 Nos of required length supported on FRP insulators, internal wiring for indicators with 6.0 sqmm copper cable single core of required length. (d) Star Delta starter suitable up to 15 HP submersible pump set - 1Nos (e) Single Phase preventor, 415 volts, 50 Hz - 1 No (f) Dry run trip relay set-01 Nos (g) Digital type Voltmeter and Ammeter - 1set (h) Phase Indicator lamps with LED bulbs for R,Y,B with copper cable wiring - 1 set

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmX60cmX6.3 mm thick buried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level, normal with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, earth plate connected to a galvanised earth lead wire 4mm dia bymeans of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR Part-I (2009) connected to earth test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion with and including 15 mm bore light grade GI protection pipe 7.5 meters long for earth including PCC 1:2:4 pit with pre cast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover 40 mm thick reinforced with 6mm dia MS bars @ 100mm both ways with lifting hook made out of 6mm dia MS bars watering arrange,ent with funnel wire, common salt and charcoal filling, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil including taking down old onecomplete all as specified.
