The door frame to be fixed to the wall using M.S. Screws of 65/80mm size complete as per manufacturers specification complete with all lead, lifts, loading unloading, transportation, labour, hire charges of machinery, cost and convene of all material, and all other such incidental charges necessary for successful completion of works as per the detailed technical specification and direction of Engineer - in –charge of this work.

Providing & fixing 30mm thick factory made rigid foam Prelam Panelled Door Shutters made from M.S. tube of 19x19mm, 19 gauge for stiles and 15x15mm for top & bottom rails, covered with heat moulded Prelaminated PVC C Channel of 5mm thick sheet & 30x50mm wide to form stiles & 5mm thick & 75mm wide Prelaminated PVC Sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & 5mm thick, 20mm wide cross PVC sheet as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, Panelling of 5mm thick PVC sheet Prelaminated on either side fitted in the M.S. frame, Sealed to the stiles & rails with PVC Designer beading on either side & joined together with solvent cement adhesive etc., Complete as per manufacturers specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge fixed to frames with 3 nos of 75mm Aluminium hinges.do- with one side prelam complete with all lead, lifts, loading unloading, transportation, labour, hire charges of machinery, cost and convene of all material, and all other such incidental charges necessary for successful completion of works as per the detailed technical specification and direction of Engineer - in –charge of this work.

The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machineries, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed floor tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per m2 including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete with all lead, lifts, loading unloading, transportation, labour, hire charges of machinery, cost and convene of all material, and all other such incidental charges necessary for successful completion of works as per the detailed technical specification and direction of Engineer - in –charge of this work.

Providing and fixing water closet squatting pan (Indian type W.C. pan ) with 100 mm sand cast Iron P or S trap, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required: White Vitreous china Orissa pattern W.C. pan of size 580x440 mm with integral type foot rests complete with all lead, lifts, loading unloading, transportation, labour, hire charges of machinery, cost and convene of all material, and all other such incidental charges necessary for successful completion of works as per the detailed technical specification and direction of Engineer - in –charge of this work.

Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I. brackets, 15 mm C.P. brass pillar taps, 32 mm C.P. brass waste of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever require: White Vitreous China Wash basin size 630x450 mm with a pair of 15mm C.P. brass pillar taps complete with all lead, lifts, loading unloading, transportation, labour, hire charges of machinery, cost and convene of all material, and all other such incidental charges necessary for successful completion of works as per the detailed technical specification and direction of Engineer - in –charge of this work.

Supplying PVC ringtite pipes conforming to IS 4985:2000 with latest amendments and conveying to worksite, rolling and lowering into trenches, laying true to line and level and perfect linking at joints, testing and commissioning, including loading unloading at both destinations and cuts of pipes wherever necessary including jointing of PVC pipes and specials (excluding cost of specials) with jointing of approved type, with all labour with all lead & lift including encasing the pipe alround to a depth of not less than 15 cms. with soft gravel or selected earth available from the excavation etc. complete and giving necessary hydraulic test to the required pressure as per ISS (Contractor will make his own arrangements for procuring water for testing) etc. for:PVC pipes 110mm dia., 6 kg/sqcm & class 3 complete with all lead, lifts, loading unloading, transportation, labour, hire charges of machinery, cost and convene of all material, and all other such incidental charges necessary for successful completion of works as per the detailed technical specification and direction of Engineer - in –charge of this work.

Providing and fixing Chorinated Poly Venyl Choride (CPVC) pipes conforming to IS 15778, having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply including all CPVC plain and brass threaded fittings including fixing the pipe with clamp at 1.00 mtr spacing. This includes jointing of pipes and fittings with one step CPCV solvent cement and the cost of cutting chases & making good the same including testing of joints complete.(concealed work including cutting chases and good the walls etc.,) 20 mm nominal OD pipes complete with all lead, lifts, loading unloading, transportation, labour, hire charges of machinery, cost and convene of all material, and all other such incidental charges necessary for successful completion of works as per the detailed technical specification and direction of Engineer - in –charge of this work.

Providing and placing on terrace, polyethylene water storage tanks with manhole lid and suitable locking arrangements, making holes of suitable diameter for inlet, outlet and over flow pipes, including cost of all materials, labour, transport charges, HOM of equipments and testing complete as per specifications. (For 1000 litre capacity) complete with all lead, lifts, loading unloading, transportation, labour, hire charges of machinery, cost and convene of all material, and all other such incidental charges necessary for successful completion of works as per the detailed technical specification and direction of Engineer - in –charge of this work.

Providing and fixing C.P. brass long body bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS standards and weighing not less than 690 g complete with all lead, lifts, loading unloading, transportation, labour, hire charges of machinery, cost and convene of all material, and all other such incidental charges necessary for successful completion of works as per the detailed technical specification and direction of Engineer - in –charge of this work.

Providing and fixing P.V.C. waste pipe for sink or wash basin including P.V.C. waste fittings complete with all lead, lifts, loading unloading, transportation, labour, hire charges of machinery, cost and convene of all material, and all other such incidental charges necessary for successful completion of works as per the detailed technical specification and direction of Engineer - in –charge of this work.

Providing and fixing C.P. brass stop cock (concealed) of standard design and of approved make conforming to IS:8931 complete with all lead, lifts, loading unloading, transportation, labour, hire charges of machinery, cost and convene of all material, and all other such incidental charges necessary for successful completion of works as per the detailed technical specification and direction of Engineer - in –charge of this work.
