I01 - Work to be Under Taken During Maintenance of garden (i)Watering: the plants and lawns in the garden should be watered frequently as required looking to the climate, soil and plant conditions. If Sprinklers are made availbale it can be used other wise hose pipe can be used for watering problems regarding pipeline damage during watering/ maintenance should be repaired and taken care. (ii) Weeding:-Weeding has to be done reguraly in the entire garden area including extra weed growth in the pathways and other remaining areas in the park. Weeding should be done reguraly once in a fortnight and the weeds collected should be used for preparing manure or it should be disposed from the garden appropriately. (iii) Sweeping:-Sweeping of the garden area has to be done daily. The pathways entire garden area should be swept and kept free of fallen leanves branches ,flowers, dusts, etc. and should be made for the public. Dust bins in the garden area should be emptied and disposed propperly and reguraly. Any dead rodent pets or animals area founds should be removed immediately and the garden spaces should be free from foul smell. Gezeboo, Chairs and other Adomments shouldbe be cleaned daily. (iv) Maintenance of shrubs, Hedges, Ground covers and other area by reguraly pruning so as to maintain the garden aesthetically. (v) Lawn mowing should be done reguraly every fortnight. (vi) Digging of soil around plants in the garden, should be carried out. Soil basins should be prepared around the Hedges/edge/trees/shrubs/ground covers by digging the soil so as to maintain retention of water. This should be done before and after monsoon. (vii) Pruning of plants in the garden, such as the hedges, Trees, Shrubs, Ground Cover plants Topiary plants Rose plants, etc should be carried out as and when required. (viii) Transportation of plastic and other materials should be removed from the garden, must be taken care. The swept leaf materials only should be used for preparation of compost manure in the garden itself and the compost manure should be used in the garden. All dead plants, branches, and other waste materials should be removed regularly and transported outside the garden. In the garden area dried leaves and other waste materials should be regularly removed from the garden at the risk of contractors. (ix) Garden Labour accommodation and any other accidetns, is soley responsible of contractor. And all other works i.e. protection of garden works to be done as per the direction of the officer incharge and to the satisfaction of the officer incharge. I02 - Supplying of Experienced Man Power of Unskilled labour and with necessary tools (Torches, Whistles etc) and equipments for protection of the gardens.

I03 - Procuring of Biofertilizer/ Neem cake/Neem powder @100 Kg/Acre Soil Application. (100 kg X 1 times/Acre).
