Manufacturing, providing, transporting, rolling, lowering, laying and jointing, testing, commissioning of ERW (Electric resistance welded) / SAW (submerg Arc welded ) MS PIPES (Fe410 grade) confirming to IS 3589:2001 with latest ammendments including perfect linking and welding of joints to correct position including cost and conveyance of pipes and materials with all led and lift, cost of all labour and giving stisfactory hydraulic test as per IS 3589;2001 with latest ammendments for test pressure and working pressure both at factory and site etc complete as per detailed specifications with inner side cm 1:1.5 linning of minimum 10mm thick upto 610mm OD & minimum 12mm thick beyond 610mm OD and outside minimum 25mm thick coating in cm 1:3 over 50x50mm weld mess of 13 gauge, including loading and unloading of pipes for the following diameters and specified thickness of plate as noted below, including bailing out of water where ever neccessary ( contrctor will make his own arrengment for procuring water for testing )

Manufacturing, providing, transporting, rolling, lowering, laying and jointing, testing, commissioning of MS specials, conforming to IS 7322:1985 with latest amendments, perfect linking and welding of joints to correct position including cost and conveyance of materials with all lead and lifts, cost of all labour and giving satisfactory hydraulic test as per IS 3589: 2001 with latest amendments for test pressure and working pressure both at factory and site etc. complete as per detailed specifications with inside lining two coats of food grade epoxy painting pf approved make with each coat minimum 250 microns thick (after dry) over one coat of food grade epoxy primer of approved make with minimum of 50 micron thick (after dry) and outside 25mm thick coating in CM 1:3 by providing 50mmx50mm weld mesh including loading and unloading of pipes for the following category to suit PSC/MS/DI/AC/CI/PVC/HDPE pipes etc., complete with all lead and lifts and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of single chamber triple function tamper proof (Both the Orifice to be housed in the single chamber) Air valves with body and cover in ductile Cast iron of grade GGG50. All internal parts such as float, shell etc. all cover bolts of austentitic alloy / SS 304 steel, DN 50 float of HOSTAFLON / SS 304 and gaskers and seals of EPDM, Epoxy powder coating (EP-P) inside and outside colour blue RAL5005. The valve should be designed for all the three functions etc.

Providing and fixing in position air valve shaft including providing and fixing GI Medium class or 6 mm thick MS pipe shaft 2.70 M long over branch flange of air valve tee, providing PCC block of M-150 concrete, 150 mm thick around the air valve tee, including encasing of vertical shaft in PCC M-150 as shown in type design together with providing and making flanged joint wherever required and fixing air valve tee, etc. complete as per type design and as directed by Engineer - in - charge for following diameter of pipelines ( type design attached)

Refilling pipeline trenches and foundation with selected available earth from trench excavation and foundation including watering, consolidation in layers of 15 cms., thickness including disposing off the surplus earth complete with all lead and lift and as per the directions of engineer in charge

Providing and laying insitu vibrated M-20 (28 days cube compressive strength not less than 20 N/Sq mm) grade cement concrete using 20 mm down approved, clean, hard, graded aggregates for Sub Structures including cost of all materials, machinary, labour, formwork, scaffolding, cleaning, batching, mixing, placing in position, levelling, vibrating, finishing, curing etc., complete with all lead and lift and as per the direction of engineer in charge.(Cement content: 330kg/cum with use of super plasticiser)

KSRRB M400-14.1 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting crushed stone aggregates of granite / Trap / basalt of specific sizes to water bound macadam specifications including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel / vibratory roller 8-10 tones in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. Complete as per specification. A. By Manual means MORTH Specification No. 404 using crushable type such as Moorum or Gravel for Grading - II complete as per specification by manual means.complete with all lead and lift and as per the direction of engineer in charge.

KSRRB M500-7. Providing and applying tack coat using 80/100 grade bitumen (VG-10) in boiler fitted with spray set distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the existing prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. Complete as per specifications including cost of all labour, HOM of machineries complete as per specifications complete with all lead and lift and as per the direction of engineer in charge.

KSRRB M500-11. Providing and laying bituminous macadam on prepared surface with crushed course aggregates as per design mix with formula for base /binding course including loading of aggregates of F.E. loader, hot mixing of stone aggregates and bitumen in hot mix plant, transporting the mixed material in tipper to paver and laying of mixed materials with paver finisher to the required level and grade, rolling by power roller to achieve the desired density, but excluding cost of primer /tack coat with lead upto 1km including cost of all materials, labour, HOM of machineries complete as per specifications. complete with all lead and lift and as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Providing and Laying 20mm thick mix seal surfacing type 'B' on prepared surface in a single course composed of specified graded crushed aggregates 5.6mm to 13.2mm size 0.027 cum/sqm premixed with bitumen binder at 1.90 kg/sqm of VG-30 (60/70) in a minimix plant 6/10 tone capacity, laying manually and rolling with power roller 8-10 tone excluding cost of primer/tack coat including cost of all materials, labour, HOM of machineries with 80/100 grade bitumen complete as per specifications omplete with all lead and lift and as per the direction of engineer in charge.
