Providing and constructing 300mm thick dry rubble stone pitching with pin headers at 2 per sqm using stones and stone chips from approved source including cost of all materials, labour, hand packing / wedging stone chips, finishing etc., complete as per specifications with all leads and all lifts as directed by the Engineer-incharge.

Excavation for foundation in soft rock with-out blasting including boulders upto 0.6 m diameter ( 0.113 cum ) for dam, spillway, intake structure, surface power house and other appurtenant works and placing the excavated material neatly in specified dump area or disposing off the same as directed including cost of all materials, machinert, labour etc., complete as per specifications with all leads and all lifts as directed by the Engineer-incharge.

Providing rubble and sand filling in layers of 250 to 300 mm including cost of all materials,machinery, labour, watering, ramming etc.,complete as per specifications with all leads and all lifts as directed by the Engineer-incharge.

Providing and laying insitu vibrated M-15 (28 days cube compressive strength not less than 15 N/ sq mm) grade cement concrete using 40 mm down size approved, clean, hard, graded aggregates for plain cement concrete works including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, formwork, centering, scaffolding, cleaning, providing morter layer for lift joints,batching, mixing, placing in position, levelling, vibrating, finishing, curing etc., complete as per specifications with all leads and all lifts as directed by the Engineer-incharge. (Cement content: 240 Kg/ Cum with use of super plasticiser).

Providing and laying insitu vibrated M-20 (28 days cube compressive strength not less than 20 N / sq mm ) grade cement concrete using 20 mm down approved, clean, hard, graded aggregates for RCC works of spillway bridge blockout concreting such other similar structure with conjected reinforcement areas including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, formwork, scaffolding, cleaning, batching, mixing, placing in position levelling, vibrating, finishing, curing etc., complete as per specifications with all leads and all lifts as directed by the Engineer-incharge. . ( Cement content : 330 kg / cum with use of super plasticiser )

Providing, fabricating and placing in position reinforcement steel for RCC structures including cleaning, straightening, cutting, bending, lapping/ welding joints wherever required, tying with 1.25 mm dia soft annealed steel Wire, including cost of all materials, machinery, labour etc., complete as per specifications with all leads and all lifts as directed by the Engineer-incharge.

Providing and fixing chain link fencing consisting of 3 m long 65 x 65 x 6 mm MS angles with top 50 cm bent at 30 degree to vertical fixed at 2.5 m intervals in CC 1:3:6 proportion using 20 mm down graded coarse aggregate for 70 cm depth, fixing 50 x 50 mm opening 10 gauge GI chain link mesh upto 1.8 m height of poles using 8 gauge stretcher wire at top and bottom and 30 x 30 x 5 mm MS angles with bolts/nuts/ washers (4 bolts for each pole), fixing 3 rows of 12 x 12 gauge (4 barbs at 7.5 cm c/c) GI barbed wire for top bent portion of poles, including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, excavation of pit, mixing and laying concrete, curing, drilling holes in angles, cleaning angles, painting angles with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer etc., complete as per specifications with all leads and all lifts as directed by the Engineer-incharge.

Desilting Tank bed/Feeder Channel/canal in dry condition by excavating the diposited bed material and disposing off the same by stacking/formation of emakement or as directed including cost of all materials machinery,labour etc..complete as per specifications with all leads and all lifts as directed by the Engineer-incharge.

KSRRB M2100-1.1. Earth work in excavation in all kinds of Soil for foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specifications, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material including cost of al material labour,HOM complete as per specifications. MORTH Specification No. 304 complete as per specifications with all leads and all lifts as directed by the Engineer-incharge.

KSRRB M2100-10. Providing and laying Plain cement concrete of mix 1:3:6 with OPC cement @ 220kgs, with crushed 40mm and down size graded granite metal coarse aggregates @0.89 cum and fine aggregates @ 0.46cum, in foundation mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days including cost of all materials ,labour,HOM curing,form works,scaffolding and centering . complete as per specifications MORTH Specification No. 2100 complete as per specifications with all leads and all lifts as directed by the Engineer-incharge.

K8RRB M2200-5.9. Providing and laying Design mix M20 with OPC @ 320kgs, with 20mm and down size graded granite metal coarse aggregates @0.69cum and fine aggregates @ 0.46cum, with superplastisiser @31ts confirming to 189103-1999 Reaffirmed-2008 including cost of materials, labour, HOM curing, form works, scaffolding and centeringcomplete as per specifications with all leads and all lifts as directed by the Engineer-incharge.

KSRRB M2300-1.1. Providing and Placing Reinforced/Prestressed cement concrete in super-structure as per drawing and Technical Specification complete as per specifications. A. RCC - with OPC cement design mix M20 @ 320kgs, with 20mm and down size graded granite metal coarse aggregates @0.69cum and fine aggregates @ 0.46cum, with superplastisiser @3lts confirming to IS9103-1999 Reaffirmed- 2008. including cost of materials,labour,HOM,curing form work ,scoffolding, and centering complete as per specifications. MORTH Specification No. 1500,1600 & 1700 - Height upto 5 m complete as per specifications with all leads and all lifts as directed by the Engineer-incharge.

KSRB 4.9.2 : Providing T.M.T steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, placing in position, lapping and / or welding wherever required, tying with binding wire and anchoring to the adjoining members wherever necessary complete as per design (laps, hooks and wastage shall not be measured and paid) cost of materials, labour, HOM of machinery complete as per specifications. Specification No. KBS 4.6.3 - TMT bars Fe 500 complete as per specifications with all leads and all lifts as directed by the Engineer-incharge.

KSRRB M2200-8.1. Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing and Technical Specification including cost of materials, labour, HOM of machineries, complete as per specifications. A. Granular material MORTH Specification No. 2204 & 304 complete as per specifications with all leads and all lifts as directed by the Engineer-incharge.

KSRRB 300-3. Earthwork excavation and forming in embankment by manual means in all types of soils (When earth is taken from bank cutting or from soil deposits) including breaking of clods, spreading to required line and level, forming, and cost of all labour complete as per specifications. ( excluding watering and compaction of earth ) (with all lead and lift) MORTH I Chapter 3 complete as per specifications with all leads and all lifts as directed by the Engineer-incharge.

KSRRB 300-Compaction KSRRB 300-58. Compaction of original ground by mecanical means including filling in depression occuring during rolling including cost of all labour, HOM of machinery complete as per specifications. MORTH / Chapter 3 complete as per specifications with all leads and all lifts as directed by the Engineer-incharge.

KSRRB M300-53. Construction of embankment with approved material Gravel/Murrum with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement Table 300- 2 complete as per specifications.(Including cost of gravel / murrum, watering charges & compaction by vibratory roller to 95% of proctors density) MORTH Specification No. 305 complete as per specifications with all leads and all lifts as directed by the Engineer-incharge.

Construction of granular sub-base Grading-V as Sub-base and drainage layer by providing coarse graded crushed stone aggregates of granite/trap/basalt material, mixing by mix in place method by rotavator at OMC, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the 98 % proctor density, complete as per specifications. Clause 401 of MORTH V Revision. complete as per specifications with all leads and all lifts as directed by the Engineer-incharge.

KSRRB M600-1.Providing and Constructing dry lean cement concrete mix CC 1:5:10 base with OPC 25mm and down size graded granite metal coarse aggregate at 0.86cum and fine aggregates @0.58cum over a prepared sub-base, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383-2016,aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, Aggregate gradation after blending to be as per Table 600-1,optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver, compacting with 8-10 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing and curing complete as per specifications. Clause 601of MORTH V Revision and IS 456 Table-5 with OPC at 150 kg/cum and coarse aggregate 0.86cum, fine aggregate 0.58cum using Concrete Batch mix Plant at 75 cum/hr capacity with Slip form paver with electronic sensor. complete as per specifications with all leads and all lifts as directed by the Engineer-incharge.

Constructing un-reinforced, plain cement concrete for pavements using Grade concrete M30 over a prepared base with OPC coarse aggregate at 0.69 cum, fine aggregates at 0.46 cum,Coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383-2016, with Superplastizer at 3 Its conforming to IS 9103-2008. mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.6 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher as per approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing). & Spreading the concrete with shovels, rackers compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrator and finished with floaters in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints,including groove cutting charges, joint filler, separation membrane of impermiable plastic sheet of 125 micron, sealant primer, joint sealant, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades, textured with texturing machine, and curing including cost of all materials, labour,hire charges of machineries,all lead & lift charges etc., complete as per specifications. with OPC at 360 kg/cum and coarse aggregate 0.69cum, fine aggregate 0.46cum. complete as per specifications with all leads and all lifts as directed by the Engineer-incharge.

KSRRB 300-1. Earthwork excavation by manual means for roads ,drains,&other similar works in ordinary soil excavated surface leveled and sides neatly dressed, the disposed earth to be leveled neatly after breaking of clods complete as per specifications. MORTH / Chapter 3 complete as per specifications with all leads and all lifts as directed by the Engineer-incharge.

KSRB 4-1.3 : Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 with OPC cement @ 180kgs, with 40mm and down size graded granite metal coarse aggregates @0.85cum and fine aggregates @ 0.57cum machine mixed, machine mixed, concrete laid in layers not exceeding 15 cms. thick, well compacted, in foundation, including cost of all materials, labour, HOM of machinery, curing complete as per specifications. Specification No. KBS 4.1, 4.2complete as per specifications with all leads and all lifts as directed by the Engineer-incharge.

Providing and laying plain/reinforced cement concrete for side drains using M20 nominal mix concrete with OPC at 300 kgs. with 20mm and down size granite metal coarse aggregates at 0.69 cum and fine aggregates at 0.43 cum machine mixed, well compacted for walls and bottom including centering, shuttering, cost of materials, HOM of machinery, curing etc., complete excluding cost of steel as per MORTH specification No. 1500, 1700, 2200. including cost of materials, labour, HOM complete as per specifications.
