013 - Design, fabrication, supply, erection and commissioning of embedded parts consisting of sill beam, slide tracks, seal seats, guide rails,dogging sets for storage of stoplog elements with all accessories for spillway stop log gate elements including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cutting, aligning, welding, anchoring, finishing, cleaning, applying one coat of zinc rich epoxy primer and four coats of cold applied coal tar epoxy paint and all other ancillary operations complete as per specifications and approved drawings as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1. Wt of 1 set embedded parts in tonnes = 0.0025 x ( L2 x H x h )0.716 Where ( L ) is length = Clear distance between piers + 0.65 m = 7.6 + 0.65 =8.25 m ( H ) is total height of stoplog gate in m = FRL - Sill level + 0.20 m = 344.00-339.5 + 0.20 =4.70 m ( h ) is head of water above sill of gate in m = FRL - Sill level =344.00 - 339.5 = 4.50 m

014 - KSRRB M800-21 Tubular steel railing on Precast RCC posts, 1.20 M high above ground level : Providing, fencing and erecting 50 mm dia painted steel pipe railing in 3 rows on precast M-20 grade RCC certical posts 1.80 meters high (1.20M above GL) with 3 holes 50 mm dia for pipe, fixed 2 meter center to center as per approved drawing as per specifications, MORTH Specification No.808.With all lead and lifts as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

015 - Providing and fixing RCC precast fencing pole of size 0.15mx0.15mx2.0m casted in M 20 with 20mm down size aggregates making holes for drawing barbed wire at 30 cm c/c using 8 mm dia vertical 4 TMT steel rods and 6 mm dia stirups at 15 cm c/c fixed 1.5 m above Ground level using steel moulding , curing , transportation to work spot including excavation in all types of soil, fixing in plain cement concrete M15 using 20 mm downsize aggregate including aligning to plumb and line providing including cost of all materials and machinery complete with all lead and lifts as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

016 - Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineerin-charge. (Made of G.I. wire of dia. 4 mm, PVC coated to achieve outer dia not less than 5 mm in required colour and shade) including cost of all materials and machinery complete with all lead and lifts as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
