KSRB 4-1.3 : Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete of mix 1:2: 4 using 20mm and down size graded granite metal, machine mixed, concrete laid in layers not exceeding 15 cms, thick, well compacted, in foundation and plinth, including cost of all materials, labour, HOM of machinery, curing complete as per specification.

KSRB 14.14-5 : Providing Ceramic tiles of size 30x30 cms approved make, shade and size for flooring, treads of steps and landings laid on a bed of 12mm thick, cement mortar 1:3 mix, flush pointing with white cement using colour pigment, including cost of materials, labour, curing, complete as per specifications.

KSRB 14.14-4 : Providing colour glazed tiles of all sizes 10mm thick for flooring, treads of steps and landings laid on a bed of 12mm thick, cement mortar 1:3 mix, flush pointing using white cement with matching colour pigment, including cost of materials, labour, curing, complete as per specifications.

Providing and fixing flush door shutter made out of solid core black board type well seasoned chemically treated hard wood battens and internal frame with minimum 45mm wide wooden frame all- round door shutters covered with cross bonded wooden sheets hot pressed and fastened on both sides of the door using liquid phenol foraldehyde resin as per IS specification 2202 (Part-1) 1991. from manufacturer ( factory) complete as per specification

KSRB 8.7-1 : Providing and fixing in position 10 mm thick plaster of Paris (Gypsum anhydrous) for ceiling flat surface upto a height of 5 m above floor level over first class teakwood strips 25 mm / 6mm with 10 mm gap in between and reinforced with rabbit wire mesh fixed to wooden frames including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications.
