Coffer Dam: Diversion of water course by providing coffer dams or ring bunds or islands as may be necessary for intake well, connecting pipe line, Jackwell etc for foundation bailing out by pumping water during excavation and until completion of foundation and dismantling of coffer dam or ring bund or Island after completion of work and any other components required for technically completing the works as per specifications and system design criteria etc., complete with all lead and lift as directed by the Engineer Incharge. Intakewell: Consrtruction of RCC Intake Well near Gulbal village, at the deepest location of the Krishna river, ladder for access etc. and any other components required for technically completing the works as per specifications and system design criteria with all lead and lift as directed by the Engineer Incharge. (Shall be read in conjunction with Section 7:Specifications, Special specifications for all the items)

Connecting Main: Providing and laying of RCC NP-3 pipes to connect Intake well to Jackwell, construction of RCC Inspection chamber etc and any other components required for technically completing the works as per specifications and system design criteria with all lead and lift as directed by the Engineer Incharge. (Shall be read in conjunction with Section 7:Specifications, Special specifications for all the items)

Jack well cum pump house: Construction of 10m dia RCC Jackwell structure cum pumping station near Gulbal village, Krishna River including Gantry Girder, electrical panel room, LT room, EOT crane, electrical control room, electrification, etc. and any other components required for technically completing the works as per specifications and system design criteria with all lead and lift as directed by the Engineer Incharge. (Shall be read in conjunction with Section 7:Specifications, Special specifications for all the items)

Connecting /foot Bridge: Providing and RCC construction of connecting bridge 90m x5m from jack well to embankment and to connect the main road as per the requirement etc and any other components required for technically completing the works as per specifications and system design criteria with all lead and lift as directed by the Engineer Incharge. (Shall be read in conjunction with Section 7:Specifications, Special specifications for all the items)

switchgear room near jackwell : Construction of switchgear room near jackwell - 12 Mtr x15 Mtr size, electrification and any other components required for technically completing the works as per specifications and system design criteria with all lead and lift as directed by the Engineer Incharge. Construction of pump house: Construction of 12 m x 6 m size Pure water Pump house at the Existing WTP and any other components required for technically completing the works as per specifications and system design criteria with all lead and lift as directed by the Engineer Incharge. RAW WATER RISING MAIN FROM JACKWELL TO WTP :Providing, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of MS Raw water rising main from Jackwell at Head works to existing water treatment plant including required Thrust block/Anchor blocks, suitable surge protection measures, air valves, sluice / scour valves, pressure relief values, pressure gauge, valve chambers, Electromagnetic flow meters, line valves with RCC valve chambers, pipe support bridges, pipe support structures, ducts, concrete encasing wherever required, trenchless at SH / NH / railway crossings, canal /nala crossing restoration of water supply / UGD utilities restoration of roads etc. and any other components required for technically completing the works as per specifications and system design criteria with all lead and lift as directed by the Engineer Incharge. (Shall be read in conjunction with Section 7:Specifications, Special specifications for all the items)

Pure water Rising Main: Survey, design, Providing ,laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of MS/DI K9 Pure water rising main from WTP to Reservoirs in different locations of Mudhol city along with fixing of valves, construction of support pillars, valve chambers & Thrust block / Anchor blocks, Trenchless crossing, road restoration, restoration of water supply / UGD utilities etc. wherever necessary complete and any other components required for technically completing the works as specifications and system design criteria with all lead and lift as directed by the Engineer Incharge. (Shall be read in conjunction with Section 7:Specifications, Special specifications for all the items)

CONSTRUCTION OF Shaft type OHTs- 2 Nos : Construction of new OHTs including approach road, Chain link fencing with gate, etc. including all accessories as per requirement of operational point of view, valve chambers, down take pipes, installation of Electromagnetic Bulk flow meters at both existing OHTs and New OHTs. etc. and any other components required for technically completing the works as specifications and system design criteria with all lead and lift as directed by the Engineer Incharge. Distribution system : Providing ,laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of MS / DI K7 / HDPE PE100 PN8 class (Min 75mm) Pure water Distribution system from Reservoir in different locations of Mudhol city including feeder mains along with fixing of valves and CI valve box, construction of RCC valve chambers & Thrust block / Anchor blocks, road restoration,Carting of excess soil,dismantling joints,flanged adopters, dismantling and restoration of existing structures , etc. and any other components required for technically completing the works as specifications and system design criteria with all lead and lift as directed by the Engineer Incharge. House Service Connections: Supply,installation,testing and commissioning of water connections of about 3450 Nos with water meter,meter protection box,ferrule,fittings, ball valve including earth work excavation,crossing drains & compound,restoring the damaged portions inside or outside the property premises etc., complete and any other components required for technically completing the works as specifications and system design criteria with all lead and lift as directed by the Engineer Incharge. RAW WATER & PURE WATER PUMPING MACHINERIES: Providing and installation of pumping machineries with all allied accessories for the raw water pumping station at Headwork & pure water pumping station at WTP as per requirements including Internal & external Electrical Works as per specifications and any other components required for technically completing the works as specifications and system design criteria with all lead and lift as directed by the Engineer Incharge. (Shall be read in conjunction with Section 7:Specifications, Special specifications for all the items) Providing pumps at Jackwell : 2 Nos. of 400 HP/ suitable HP Vertical Turbine Pumps at Jackwell RAW WATER PUMPING MACHINERIES: Supply, Erection, Electrification , testing and Commissioning raw water pumping machineries with allied accessories which includes manifolds , valves , dismantling joints , HT& LT secondary control switch board panels ( indoor type ) , starters, capacitor panels , Power transformers , auxiliary transformer, primary control switch boards ( outdoor type ) , control & relay panel ,2 / 4 pole structures with GOS , LA & GI mounting structures for CT & PT , HT metering box , chain link fencing , earthing , HT, LT cables & control cables , DC battery bank with distribution board , pressure relief valve etc all civil , electrical& mechanical works, electrical panel, HT & LT power, EOT crane , for the raw water pumping station at Headwork to WTP as per requirements including Internal & external Electrical Work, yard lighting as per specifications as detailed in tender document any other components required for technically completing the works as per specifications and system design criteria (Shall be read in conjunction with Section 7:Specifications, Special specifications for all the items)

Operation & Maintenance of 1st Year of Improvment of water supply scheme to Mudhol city and after assessment of existing distribution network, which includes pressure and quality management using specialised techniques & personnel, billing etc., including transportation, man power, etc., The minimum supervisory staff with 5 years of experience shall include; Site Engineer (Graduate-Civil)-1 No., Diploma Holder in Engineering,-1 No, Electrical supervisor(ITI)-1 Nos, Pump Operator(ITI)-2 Nos, Water analyst (BSc. Graduate)-1no, water Analyst (Assistant) - 1 Nos., Typist cum cleark - 1 No, Lab Assitant - 1 No, Watchman-2Nos. Helper-8Nos., Fitter -3 Nos, water man-3Nos, meter reader - 2No,meter repairer -1No. The administrative staff shall include House keeping & security arrangements for the offices established by the contractor shall include Communication system includes rent and usage charges of Mobiles -10 Nos, The cost ( material & labour ) in case of breakdown & repairs within the defect liability period shall be borne by the contractor. The rate includes Internet charges & office stationaries for the office established by the contractor at Mudhol city, Supply of chlorine gas-0.5 Ton, PAC powder-0.5 Ton, Information, Education and comunnication(IEC), Internet charges etc,and system design criteria with all lead and lift as directed by the Engineer In charge.
