code01 - PART A : PROVIDING AND LAYING OF UGD PIPELINE IN DAMAGED SEWERLINES IN VARIOUS WARDS, CANAL CROSSING AND RISING & REPAIR OF MACHINEHOLES Providing, laying, jointing, testing and Commissioning of UPVC-SN8 pipes and DI K-7 pipe at different locations in Maddur town pipes as per approved design for approximate length of 6300 mts, Providing and laying of 600 mm dia MS casing pipe by trenchless technology for road crossing and railway crossing, providing and laying 350 mm dia DI pipeline by trenchless technology for canal crossings, the rising of existing machine holes, desilting of existing sewerline and machinehole, replacement of damaged medium duty & heavy duty manhole covers in various wards. works includes earthwork excavation in all strata to the required depth, cutting of existing CC/ Asphalt road surface,removing and replacement of existing pavements, providing and filling of murrum/gravel soil around the pipes wherever necessary, refilling of pipeline trenches, Carting of excess soil etc. Restoration of existing utilities like water supply pipelines, storm water drains, power cables, communication cables etc.,Restoration of asphalt roads, concrete roads, paver blocks, WBM roads which are damaged during installation of sewer pipeline with proper levelling, compaction, watering, cleaning, providing sub base layer, wetmix macadam, waterbound macadam, Primer Coat, Seal Coat, Bituminous macadam, Semidense bitumen concrete for Asphalt road and Lean concrete bed and Concrete for CC roads. etc., reconstruction of structures, shifting of public utilities and any other components required for technically completing the works as per specification and system design criteria etc., complete with all lead and lift as directed by the Engineer-In-charge.(Shall be read in conjunction with Section 7:Specifications, Special specifications for all the items)

code02 - PROVIDING HOUSE SERVICE CONNECTIONS - 1000 No's Providing PVC-U INDIVIDUAL U.G.D House service connection (which shall be laid from inside the customer property ) which includes: a) Supply of PVC-U pipe (b) providing and fixing of 315 mm dia the PE Inspection chambres with lid consisting of inlet & outlet arrangements with base, riser of min. 0.42 m depth which includes earth work, fixing in CC-1:2:4 with appurtenances., complete. (c) civil works like Earthwork excavation for the pipeline trenches for laying of PVC-U pipes for the house connections in all types of soils , disintegrated rock,soft rock, hard rock, including cutting of any road using , crossing drains, compound, Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, c.c. wood work, steel work, including T & P and scaffolding wherever necessary sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead , restoring the damaged portions inside or outside the property premises, refilling the portions of trenches that are dug open including linking to existing sewer network with appurtenances. complete - 110 mm dia and any other components required for technically completing the works as per specification and system design criteria etc., complete with all lead and lift as directed by the Engineer-In-charge.(Shall be read in conjunction with Section 7:Specifications, Special specifications for all the items)

code03 - RISING OF EXISTING WETWELL, CONSTRUCTION OF DG ROOM, PROVIDING & LAYING OUTFALL SEWERLINE, CONSTRUCTION OF APPROACH WAY, SUPPLY, ERECTION, ELECTRIFICATION AND COMMISSIONING OF PUMPING MACHINERIES & DG SET AT KOLLI CIRCLE Demolishing of roof, side wall & removing of chequered plate above floor level of existing 5.0 m dia wetwell and DG room. Jacketing of existing wetwell below the existing floor level, Re - Construction of demolished wetwell and DG room of 4x6m size or suitable size for raising the floor level 1 mtr above HFL, Approach way from main road to wetwell and DG room, Providing and laying of damaged DI outfall sewer pipeline & rising main. Supply, erection, electrification and commissioning of 1No. of 25KVA DG set or suitable capacity and 2 No's of 5HP & 1 No. of 15HP or suitable No's & capacity Non clog Sewage pumpsets including electrification and lighting works at Kollicricle and any other components required for technically completing the works as per specification and system design criteria etc., complete with all lead and lift as directed by the Engineer-In-charge.
