Providing and laying C.C. 1:1.5:3 proportion for foundation (Screed layer) with 20 mm and down size of approved gradation hard broken granite, trap basalt or with any other approved hard aggregate including cost and conveyance of all materials with an all lead & lifts including plywood / steel form work, machine mixing, laying, tamping, curing etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying viberated M25 design mix for RCC works (excluding cost of reinforcement ) with 20 mm and down size of approved gradation hard broken granite, trap basalt or with any other approved hard aggregate including weight batch mixing plant cost and conveyance of all materials with an all lead & lifts laid in 15cms thick, layers well consolidated vibrating curing smooth finishing the exposed faces wherever necessary plywood / steel form work, centring etc., completefor independent/ combined footing, raft, beam below ground level (Cement @360Kgs) etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

-do- smooth finishing the expose faces in CM 1:4,12 mm thick etc., complete for beams below GL (Minimum Cement content shall be 360Kgs)-Raft beams.

Providing and laying vibrated M30 design mix for RCC work (excluding cost of reinforcement) with 20 mm and down size of approved gradation hard broken granite, trap, basalt or with any other approved hard aggregate with smooth finishing the exposed faces in CM 1:3 12 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials with all lead & lift, including weight batch plant mixing,ply wood/steel form work, centering scaffolding, curing as per design etc., complete as directed by the Engineer incharge. For columns, braces, landing and ring beam above ground level. (Cement @400Kgs) For upto 6 Mtr height.

Providing and laying vibrated M30 design mix for RCC work (excluding cost of reinforcement) with 20 mm and down size of approved gradation hard broken granite, trap, basalt or with any other approved hard aggregate including cost and conveyance of all materials with all lead & lift, plywood / steel form work, centering scaffolding, smooth finishing the exposed faces in CM 1:3 12 mm thick and CM plastering 1;3 proportion 20 mm thick for inside with an admixture of water proof compound of requisite proportion of approved quantity including weight batch plant mixing curing etc., and reservoir given satisfactory water proof testing as per directions, etc., complete, for conical shell portion, bottom dome/slab, side wall and ribs over the staging etc., complete as directed by the Engineer incharge. (contractor will make his own arrangements for procuring water for testing). (Cement @400Kgs) For Bottom slab, Walkway, Top ring beam & Landing.

Providing and laying vibrated M30 design mix for RCC work (excluding cost of reinforcement) with 20 mm and down size of approved gradation hard broken granite, trap, basalt or with any other approved hard aggregate including cost and conveyance of all materials with all lead & lift, above staging including weigh batch plant mixing, centering plywood / steel form work, scaffolding, tamping, curing cement mortar plastering 1:3 proportion 12 mm thick for both inside and outside surface etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge. (Cement @400Kgs) For Top bome.

Supply and fabricating TMT steel bars of all sizes for reinforcements for RCC work including conveying steel to work spot with all lead including cleaning, straightening, bending, fabricating, placing in position and tieing as per design including cost of binding wire hoisting etc. with all lead and lifts etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. ladder between landing 45 cms. Wide using angle iron of size 65mmx65mmx8mm and 20mm M.S. bars at 25cms. Centre to centre with necessary supports of same angle iron as directed including hand railing on both sides with 25mm dia GI pipes with angle iron props. at 2mtr. interval and 0.5mtr, height including mixing in ground with C.C. 1:2:4 and two coats of nonpoisonous anticorrosive bituminous paint with all lead and lift etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing R.C.C. finial and ventilators as per approved design and specification with form work and ventilating cowls and 100mm dia CI pipes including cost of ventilating cowls and 100mm dia meter CI pipes and protected with copper mesh. The plinth to be of RCC circular pillars and canopy with an ornamental finish at top. The first 22.50 Cms. height to be covered with RCC panelling as per detailed drawing with all lead and lift etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and mixing M.S. inspection door of size 60cms. X 60cms. Including MS frame, size 50x50x6mm and shutters 0.3mm thickness with hinges at top and locking arrangements painting with all lead and lift etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing guage with iron sheet of 3mm to 4mm thickness, 0.23mtr. Width with copper floats indicators and flexible nylon wires, painting figures with approved enamelled paint with all lead and lift etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge. For 4 Mtr depth

Supplying and fixing C.I. puddle flanges in position for RCC walls including hoisting and conveying them to work spot with all lead and lift etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge. For 80mm dia.

Supplying and laying of flanged pipe true to line / hoisting of CI flanged pipe in position and aligning to correct plub including conveying to work spot with and Fixing of lightening arrestor all lead and lift etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge. For 80mm dia.

Supply and fixing of lightening arrestor of aluminium strip 25mm x 3mm size including finial and grounding aluminium strip is to be embeded in one of the columns in an independent GI conduit of 40mm dia pipe suitably jointed by collars with all specials with all lead etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and two coats of water proof cement painting of approved colour and shade over one coat of primer including scraping the surface with wire brushes etc., before removal of scaffolding for new R.C.C. over head tanks and cleaning of paint stains wherever necessary with all lead etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Suppling and fixing 40mm dia GI medium duty pipes hand railing 3rows fixed to 1:2:4 (M-150) vibrated R.C.C. post of size 100 x 160mm at top and 150 x 150mm at bottom placed at 2 Mtr. Intervals for a height of 750mm including curing, painting G.I. pipes with two coats of anticorrosive steel paint over a primer coat with all lead and lift etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supply and delivery to work site, loading, unloading, stacking and fixing of Resilient seated soft sealing Sluice Valves with body, bonnet of Ductile Iron of grade GGG 40/50, wedge fully rubber lined with EPDM and seals of NBR and the valves should be of vacuum tight and 100% leak proof with face dimensions as per BS 5163-89/ IS 14846-2000 / DIN 3202 F4/F5. The stem sealing should be with Toroidal sealing rings (minimum 2 'O' rings). All the valves should be with electrostatic powder coating both inside and outside with pocket less body passage. The valves shall be supplied with suitable size galvanized bolts and nuts of required numbers as per relevant IS. etc., complete with all lead and lifts as directed by the Engineer in charge. For 80mm dia.

Supplying and Laying of HDPE pipes conforming to IS 4984:1995 with latest amendments and conveying to work site including loading and unloading at both destination and rolling, lowering into trenches, laying true to line and jointing of pipes and specials including encasing the pipe alround to a depth of not less than 15cms with soft gravel or selected earth available from the excavation, etc., complete giving hydraulic test as per relevant ISS with all lead and lift testing and commissioning. The rate is inclusive of required specials and fittings etc., complete (Contractor will make his own arrangement for procuring water for testing) with all lead and lift as directed by the Engineer in charge. -do- 90 mm dia HDPE pipeline PE 100, PN 8

Refilling the pipe line trenches and foundation with selected available earth from trench excavation including watering, consolidation in layers of 15cms. thickness including disposing off the surplus earth with all lead and lift etc., complete as directed by the Engineer incharge.
