11 KV XLPE Cable : Supply and laying of GESCOM approved 3 Cores 95 Sqmm Alluminium 11 KV HT XLPE cable having stranded compact circular aluminium conductor, screened insulated, insulation screened with extruded semiconducting compound in combination with copper tape, core laid up inner sheathe of PVC tape GI flat strip armoured and overall PVC sheathed confirm to IS 7098 Part-II/ 1988 or its latest for the purpose of connecting from 2 pole structure to metering cubical and metering cubical to Air LBS and from there to transformer with all lead and lift etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Cable End Seals : Supply and fixing of 11 KVA Indoor and Outdoor type RAYCHEM/M-Seal Push on Type make or any other make approved by the board heat shrinkable cable and seals with all required materials including copper lugs and terminals etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge. Suitable for : a) 3 x 95sqmm 11 KV XLPE Cable, earthed, outdoor type.

b) 3 x 95 sqmm 11 KV XLPE Cable, earthed, indoor type.

Chain linked wire fencing : Supply and providing chain linked wire fencing for 11 KV transformer sub-station. The chain linked fencing should be with 2" x 2" x 8 SWG wire welded to angle iron frames of size 2.5 m x 2.5 m using angle of 50 x 50 x 6 mm. The frame be fixed to the supporting channels spaced at 2.5 M of size 100 x 50 mm 3.1 M height fixed in CC (1:2:4) at bottom etc., including cost of all materials transportation and labour for fixing, silver painting etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge. with door of 2.5 m size at suitable places (including cost of construction of Masonry wall -0.45 m width alround fencing with minimum foundation ).

Erection of Transformer Sub-Station : Formation of suitable CC platform using all the required materials as directed by Engineer in charge such as cement sand, jelly with MS rails embeded in platform for the errection of transformer and errecting trasnformer on the above platform using all the required materials spreading & consolidation of 40 m down size jelly allround the transformer sub-station. The job includes errection of pole structures, GOS, DOLO, Lightening arrestor etc. in a complete manner to receive power from the supply side and transmit to the load side. etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Construction & Erection of Metering Cubicle : Construction of platform of 1.5 x 1.5 x 1.2 m size stone masonry in Cement Mortar 1:6, Earthwork excavation for foundation, laying CC 1:4:8 for foundation, pointing to SSM with CM 1:3, Plastering the Concrete surface in CM 1:4 curing etc. complete and erection of HT metering cubicle on platform.

Erection of Pump Sets : Erection of DWT pumpset on the existing main girder including formation of machine foundation using suitable size MS channels, cross griders, plate girders, bolts and nuts, washers etc., complete. Lowering of bowl assembly, column pipe assembly into the jackwell and fixing of discharge head in position true to line, maintaining the VSS motor vertical alignment, dynamic balancing and linking to delivery line using delivery pipes from jackwell. Proper packing of the holes in the walls of jackwell after laying pipe with cement concrete 1:2:4 etc., complete. Shaft allignment check shall be done by Laser allignment tools( preferably) or using dial gauge. Parallel, axial and angular misallignment should be within the tolerance as per applicable ISS or Board allowable.

Laying and Jointing of MS Pipes and Specials for suction and delivery connections of the pump using suitable size bolts, nuts, packing etc., complete including fixing foot valve, all types of valves, gauges, strainers, delivery and suction manifold. The work shall include providing pipe supports, thrusts block in C.C. 1:2:4 porp. wherevery necessary upto the end of the delivery manifold, using all the required materials such as sand, cement jelly including making holes in sump, pump house for laying suction and delivery pipes, packing of holes with CC 1:2:4 etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

a)Laying of main side cable in new trenches : The work shall include digging of trench 0.5 vide 0.6 mtrs deep providing, murrum bedding laying the cable in trench, providing cable covering tile, refilling, consolidation, providing cable route indicating CC blocks of size 15 cms x 6 x 6 cms at the appropriate locations etc., complete. 3X95 sqmm-11 KV XLPE cable

b) In GI pipe : The work shall be include running the cable above ground using 2.9 mm thick 100 dia GI pipe with necessary clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc., for fixing the pipes on the pole and drainage crossing etc., complete. 3 x 95 Sqmm 11 KV XLPE cable

Laying of Capacitor Cable : Running the cable in existing ducts including properly securing cable in position etc., complete using all the required materials etc., complete. 3 Core 35 Sqmm (Capacitor side Cable)

Cable Terminations: Termination of cable using tinned copper lugs (Long barrel) to the terminal end for solderless crimping to aluminimum conductors by adopting crimping tool and using suitable die. 3 Core 95 sqmm 1100 volts class cable load side

3 Core 95 sqmm 11000 volts class XLPE cable.

3 Core 35 sqmm 1100 volts class capacitor cable.

Power shunt capcitor:- Supply and delivery at site brand new make approved by Board low loss high efficient, 2 banks of 20 KVAR or suitable KVAR power shunt capacitors conforming to ISS 2834,suitable for operation on 3 ph 50 Hz 380/440 volts AC supply required for maintaining the power factor of the installation at not less than 0.95 lagging. a) the capacitor shall be provided with a suitable discharge device to reduce the voltage between the terminals to allowable level within one minute. b) Terminal covers on all the units and bank shall be provided.

Tool Kit : Supply and delivery at site best make or Taparia make and other reputed make tool sets for operation and maintenance of the above pumpsets comprising of the following : a) Double end spanner 1/4" to 1" 1 set b) Screw driver insulated 11" - 1 No. c) Screw driver insulated 8" - 1 No. d) Cutting puller insulated 8"-1 No. e) Hammer with handle 1 Kg - 1 No. f) Pipe wrench 24" 1 No. g) Pipe wrench 18" 1 No. h) Pipe wrench 12" 1 No. i) Hammer with handle 5 kgs 1 No. j) Grease gun - 1 No. k) Ring spanners 1/4" to 1" - 1 set. l) Digital Clamp meter or Tang tester of Agilent /Fluke/Yokogawa make or any other Board to be approved make (10A to 1000A upto 660V, measurable) 1No. m) Megger - 500V of MECO or any other Board approved make 1 No. n) Digital Multimeter of Agilent/Fluke/Yokogawa make or any other approved make (upto 0.1mV to 1000V, 0.1A to 10A, miliohm to Giga ohm, temperature, Etc measures ) 1No.

Earthing : Providing earthing as per latest IS 3043, and the work shall include the following : Supply and providing, earthing electrodes comprising of GI pipes 40 mm dia 2.9 mm thick 2.5 mtrs long, the pipe shall have 16 through holes of 12 mm dia staggered along the length of the pipe as per ISS suitable length 19 mm dia GI pipe provided with mesh covered funnel GI bolts, nuts washers, check nuts, at one end and coupled to main electrodes through a 40 mm x 19 mm GI conduct at the other end. Digging 300 mm dia earthing pits to suitable depth for buring the main electrodes in the pit. The pit shall be filled with alternate layers of salt and charcoal 150 mm thick around the pipe to the entire depth. An inspection chamber of 300 x 300 x 300 mm size shall be constructed with CC 1:3:6 prop. 150 mm thick for sides and 100 mm thick at bottom. The chamber shall be provided with CI / MS cover hinged to the frame. The electrical equipment shall be connected to the earth pit through 25 mm x 11 mm size pure electrolytic copper strip or 25 x 6 mm size GI strip for equipment earthing. (Appoximate length 60 meters).

Servicing and Commissioning : The pumpsets along with all other electrical equipments shall be serviced and commissioned in the presence of the Engineer in-charge of work including trial running for a period of 180 days. The work shall include the following servicing and heat running of the pumpsets along with allied equipments etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge. Calibration of switch gears relays and meters giving performance tests of all electrical equipments. Giving performance tests of the pumps such as discharge, effency and the power absorbtion etc. Providing operating and maintenance manuals of the pumps and allied equipments to the operating personnel. Giving trail run of the pumpsets for a period of 180 days from the date of successful commissioning. The contractor should employ personnel to operate and maintain the pumpset and accessories during the trail run period and should train the Board / Municiple Staff to operate the pumpsets. Note:- 1) The energy and water will be porvided by the Board free of cost. 2) The pumpsets along with all the electrical equipments shall be commissioned only when the performance of switch gears, relays are wittnessed by the Executive Engineer in charge of the work and Asst. Execuitve Engineer (Electrical) of the Board and Certified regarding the performance of relays / switch gears.

Erection of Soft Starter -1Nos: On CC foundation including formation of CC foundation in CC 1:2:4 prop. Using all the required materials such as cement, jelly etc., complete including errection of the panel board, on CC foundation using required materials such as MS channel bolts, nuts, washers etc and giving connections to the panel board, starter motor etc., complete for errection and labour etc., complete with all lead and lift.

Erection of Control Panel Board on CC foundation including formation of CC foundation in CC 1:2:4 prop. using all the required materials such as cement, jelly etc, complete including errection of the panel board, on CC foundation using required materials such as MS channel bolts, nuts, washers etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Fabrictaion and supply of floating pontoon with following specifications. to serve the purpose the floating platform will carry the pumpsets, pipeline leading to bank and other equipment as required. The floating barge is designed to carry the weight of the following. Pump-motor set. M.S Skeleton frame. PVC oil drum Chequerred plate used for flooring on platform Delivery pipe, enlarger, bend, valve etc. M.S fabricated frame for hoisting arrangment Chain pully block / Hoist. Power cables. Installation crew- 03 Nos. Cost is also inclusive of installation and commissioning charges etc., completed as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Erection of pumpset on portion etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.
