Supplying, delivery to worksite, loading, unloading, stacking and fixing of resilient seated soft sealing Sluice Valves with body, bonnet of ductile iron of minimum grade GGG50, wedge fully rubber lined with EPDM and seals of NBR and the valves should be of vaccum tight and 100% leak proof with face dimensions as per BS 5163-89/ IS 14846-2000/DIN 3202 F4/F5. The stem sealing should be with toroidal sealing rings (minimum 2 'O' rings), All the valves should be with electrostatic powder coating both inside and outside with pocket less body passage. The valves shall be supplied with suitable size galvanized bolts and nuts of required numbers, with all lead& lifts etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge. Supply, Converying to worksite, loading, unloading, stacking and fixing of single chamber triple function tamper proof (Both the orifces to be housed in the single chamber) Air valves with Body and cover in Ductile cast iron of minimum grade GGG 40. All internal parts such as float, shell etc., all cover bolts of austenitic alloy steel, Dn 50 float of HOSTAFLON and gaskets and seals of EPDM, Epoxy powder coating (EP-P) inside and outside colour blue RAL5005 etc. complete with all lead and lift etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge. Refilling the pipeline trenches and foundation with selected available earth from trench excavation and foundation including watering, consolidation in layers of 15 cms. Restoration of Macadum road:- Earth work excavation by manual means for roads, drains and similar works in hard soil excavated surface levelled and sides neatly dressed, the disposed earth to be levelled neatly after breaking of clods etc., with all lead & lift and as directed by Engineer in-charge

Construcion of Granular sub-base grading V as sub base drainage layer by providing coarse graded crushed stone aggregate of granite / trap / basalt material, mixing in a mechanical means plant at OMC, carriage of mxed material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader and prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the 98% proctor density, etc., complete with all lead & lift and as directed by Engineer in-charge

Cleaning the existing WBM road surface including removing of binding materials and other foreign matter with wire brushes and small picks, sweeping with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and/ or compressed air, to receive bituminous treatment including cost of all materials,labour, HOM of machineries etc., with all lead & lift and as directed by Engineer in-charge

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of granite/trap/basalt of specific sizes to water bond macadam specifications including spreading in uniform thickness,hand packing, rolling with 3-wheeled steel/vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, appying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregates, wateing and compacting to the required density etc., complete with all lead & lift and as directed by Engineer in-charge. Providing and fixing cold rolled prepainted steel windows of IS standards, made out of 0.6mm thick deep drawing quality galvanised on both sides 120gms/sq.mtr. Primer coat upto 5 microns with thermosetting epoxy resin and finish painted with a polyester based paint 20 microns thick. the size of profiles is approximately 46 x 52 mm for external frames, 46x46mm section. for shutters, 46x70mm section for mullion/transom and 18x31 mm section is for fixing glasses. the section should be cut to length joint mitred and assembling by means of corner bracket made out of cold rolled cold annealed strips of 1.2mm thick duly galvanised and fixed with nickle plated self taping scres the shutters are provided with approved quality of fixtures like handles made out of zamsc alloy die cast and powser coate, receiver made out of glass filled nylone and hinges made out of CRCA powder coated. 4mm thick glass should be fixed with EPDM gaskets, guared bars fabricated out of 10 mm square bright bars, bright bars shall be fixed horizontally at 125mm C/C by rivetting to the external frame./ The above frames are fixed to the concrete / masonary walls by means of self expanding screws- -do - with 4 mm tinted glass with gaurd bars etc., complete with all lead & lift and as directed by Engineer in-charge

Erection of pumpsets : - Formation fo suitable block machine foundation in CC 1:2:4 separately for each pumpset, (including stand by pumpsets) conforming to the latest ISS 2974/using all the required materials such as cement, sand, jelly etc. complete including necessary earth work excavation, refilling curing etc. complete Erection of the pumpset mounted on the common base plate on the above foundation using the required materials such as foundation bolts, key locks, self inter locking bolts, washers etc. complete, Levelling, aligning of the pumpsets on the foundation. Gounding and dynamic balancing of the pumpset on the above foundation using all the required materials including dewatering, construction of pump pit etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Laying and jointing of CI pipes and specials for suction and delivery connections of the pump using suitable size bolts, nuts, packing etc. complete including fixing foot valve, all types of valves, guages strainers, delivery and suction manifold. The work shall include providing pipe supports thrusts block in CC 1:2:4 prop. wherever necessary upto the end of the delivery manifold, using all the required materials such as sand, cement jelly including making holes in sump, pump house for laying suction and delivery pipes, packing of holes with CC 1:2;4 etc. complete with all lead and lift etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Erection of control panel board on CC foundation including formation of CC foundation in CC 1:2:4 prop. Using all the required materials such as cement, jelly etc. complete including erection of the panel board on CC foundation using required materials such as MS channel bolts, nuts, washers etc., complete with all lead and lift etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Laying of main side cable:- In new trenches : - The work shall include digging of trench 0.5 vide 0.6mtrs. Deep providing, murrum bedding laying the cable in trench, providing cable covering tiles, refilling, consolidation, providing cable route indicating CC blocks of size 15cmsx6x6cms at the appropriate locations etc. complete with all lead and lift etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

In GI Pipes : - The work shall include running the cable above ground using 2.9mm thick suitable dia GI pipe with necessary clamps, bolts, nuts, washers for fixing the pipe on the pole and drainage crossings etc. complete with all lead and lift etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Laying of load side cable : - Running the cable in existing ducts including properly securing cable in position etc. complete using all the required materials etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge. -do- 3x35 Sq.mm load side cable with all lead and lift etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supply and providing, earthing electrodes comprising of GI pipe 40mm dia 2.9mm thick 2.5 mtrs. The pit shall be filled with alternate layers of salt and charcoal 150mm thick around the pipe to the entire depth. 2) An inspection chamber of 300x300x300mm size shall be constructed with CC 1:3:6 prop. 150mm thick for sides and 100mm thick at bottom. The chamber shall be provided with CI/MS cover hinged to the frame. 3)The electrical equipment shall be connected to the earth pit through 25mmx11mm size pure electrolytic copper strip of 25x6mm size GI strip for equipment earthing (approximate length 60 meters).

Servicing and commissioning : - The pumpsets along with all other electrical equipments shall be serviced and commissioned in the presence of the Engineer-in-charge of work including trial running for a period of 90 days. The work shall include the following servicing and heat running of the pumpsets along with allied equipments with all lead and lift etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge. Calibration of switch gears relays and meters giving performance tests of all electrical equipments, Giving performance tests of the pumps such as discharge, effency and the power absortion etc, Providing operating and maintenance manuals of the pumps and allied equipments to the operating personnel, Giving trial run of the pumpsets for a period of 90 days from the date of successful commissioning, The contractor should employ personnel to operate and maintain the pumpset and accessories during the trial run period and should train the Board/Munciple staff to operate the pumpsets.

Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Testing of GPRS + GSM based EMI flow meters on the Bulk water connections ranging from 100 mm to 300 mm. Supply and fixing of DI resaliient seated soft sealing Sluice valves with body,bonnet of ductile iron of grade GGG40, wedge fully rubber lined with EPDM and seats of NBR and the valves should be of vacuum tight and 100% leak proof with face dimensions as per BS 5163-89/IS 14846-2000/DIN 3202 F4/f5.
