code07 - Supply, installation & commissioning of new 6.6KV, 1000HP Neutral Soft Starter Panel comprise of following conforming to detailed specifications below: Brand new any Board approved make fully automatic push button operated 3phase soft starter suitable for 1000HP 6.6 KV 3 Ph. 50 Hz supply and suitable for connection to phase segregated neutral terminal box on neutral side of HT motor Soft starter panel should also include. The reactor provided shall be for 3 phases. 400 A Vacuum contactors of any Board approved make- 1 Nos Surge suppressors. CT's- one set, Timers, P.B.s & Indicating lamps of any Board approved make. 2 Nos. Aux. Relay VAA-33 or equivalent for alarm and trip system of motor winding, motor bearing temperature detection. 1 No. of Multi function meter for mearuement of current, voltage, P.F, KWH, KVAR etc., of any approved make or equivalent. Control supply should be 110 V D.C/230 V AC Space heaters with switch plug and socket, panel lamp working on 230 V A.C Busbars should be of aluminium of size 40mm x 10mm min, etc., Complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. NOTE: 1. The Soft starter shall be rated equivalent to the motor rated power and shall be capable of operating satisfactorily with the motor under the various loading and starting conditions of the motor over the entire range of operation. 2. The Soft starter shall reduce, the starting current of the motor atleast to 80% of the directed line starting current of the motor. The soft starter shall have facility to further reduce the current upto 50% of the direct on line starting current if the motor and the pump torque speed curved permit. 3. The soft starter shall work on the principle of unsaturated core in the working zone and shall not lead to generation of Harmonics. 4. Soft starter shall be so rated as to allow two consecutive starts from cold or one hot start per hour. 5. Soft starter shall be designed for supply voltage of + OR - 10% and Frequency Variation of + OR - 3%. 6. The winding of the soft starter shall be with insulation class 'F' & maximum temp of winding shall be limited to that of Class 'B'. 7. The soft starter shall be housed in a sheet steel enclosure of thickness not less than 14 guage and painted with corrosion resistive paint such as epoxy or Polyurethene. The degree of protection shall be IP 41. 8. The starter shall not contain any active electronic components.9. the starter shall have a built in facility for run bypass so that the incoming voltage to the motor is equal to the supply voltage. 10. The the unit should be Air cooled. 11. The soft starter shall be dust and vermine proof and suitable for indoor mounting. 12. The Soft starter shall not remain in circuit , if the control supply to the circuit fails and it shall trip the tripping device of the motor

code08 - Repairs and replacement of following materials in the existing 110V DC 200Ah Battery Charger panel: for Meters on DC side - Voltmeter at Charger output and load side ammeter for battery charger current and DC load current. indicating lamps for: a) AC mains fail, b) Float charger fail, c) Float / cum booster charger fail, d) Batter under voltage, e) Batter over voltage, f) Annunciation circuit, and Control Card and Control Transformer checking and other essential works to be carried out for smooth functioning, etc., Complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

code09 - AC/DC Control Cable re rooting and reconnection checking for 6.6 KV main panel and neutral soft starter panels & LT panels. Old control cabels 3 core & 4 core cables all re-rooting for main panels 6.6 KV VCB, 3 phase, 50Hz, 3 nos. of main incommers & 3 Nos. of outgoing VCBs for motor controler & 2 Nos. of Bus couplers VCBs & neutral soft starter shall be checked & cables re-rooted including labour charges & transportation and other essential works to be carried out for smooth functioning, including replacement of damaged control cable and termination necessary for sucessful operation of panels, etc., Complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
