Construction of Service Reservoirs to meet the storage requirements with minimum 2.5 LL ELSR's on 12 M staging - 1 Nos in Zone-4 as per tender requirements, design criteria and specifications etc complete as directed by the Engineer Incharge (Shall be read in conjunction with Section 7 Specifications Special specifications for all the items)

Distribution Network : Survey, design,Providing ,laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of DI K7/HDPE PE100 PN8 class (Min 75mm) Pure water Distribution system from Reservoir in different zones of Kembhavi town along with fixing of all kinds of valves, Extension spindles, dismantling of CD works and reconstruction, Surface Box with RCC cover, construction of valve chamber & Thrust block, all kinds of road restoration, Carting of excess soil etc. wherever necessary complete with all lead and lift as directed by the Engineer Incharge and as per system design criteria (Shall be read in conjunction with Section 7 Specifications Special specifications for all the items)

House Service Connections : Providing minimum 5103 House Service Connections with meters as per tender requirements, design criteria and specifications etc complete as directeed by the Engineer Incharge (Shall be read in conjunction with Section 7 Specifications Special specifications for all the items)

Construction of Compound Wall constructon of 30x30mtrs size 2 No's of compund wall alround the OHT's and 90x90mtrs size 1 No's of compund wall alround the Zone-2 OHT of WTP as per tender requirements, design criteria and specifications etc complete as directeed by the Engineer Incharge (Shall be read in conjunction with Section 7 Specifications Special specifications for all the items)

Providing Online monitoring system:- Providing Online monitoring system to Water Supply Scheme to Kembhavi town. as per tender requirements, design criteria and specifications etc complete as directeed by the Engineer Incharge (Shall be read in conjunction with Section 7 Specifications Special specifications for all the items)

Part B: Operation & Maintenance during the 1st year i.e., during the defects liabiliuty period of Providing Water supply Scheme to Kembhavi Town in Shorapur Taluk, Yadgir District with Narayanpur dam in Jaladhare Scheme water as source. which includes maintenance of Pure Water pumping main, Service level resorvoir - 3 No's, distribution pipeline and HSC's and compound wall with accesories, pressure and quality management using specialised techniques & personnel, etc., including transportation, man power, etc., The minimum supervisory staff as per specifications, also includes Communication system includes usage charges of Mobiles -3 Nos, The material cost in case of breakdown & repairs within the defect liability period shall be borne by the contractor. The rate includes Internet charges & office stationaries for the office established by the contractor at Kembhavi town with all lead and lift as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Also includes Cost of chemicals,consumables & service charges within DLP The rent and House keeping & security arrangements for the offices established by the contractor borne by the contractor.
