Earth work in excavation for pipeline trenches upto 600 mm trench width as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring, strutting, barricading, danger lighting, bracing, using sight rails & boning rods at every 100 mm whevere necessary as directed, removal of slumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and levelling the bottom of trench to the extent required , utilising the available excavated earth locally for the work etc., complete in the following strata. (Depth upto 3m)-Hard rock - Any rock or cement concrete or RCC, excavation by using mechanical plant / machinery as directed by Engineer incharge.

Providing and constructing of Manhole chambers conical in shape at top with CC 1:3:6 foundation using 40mm and down size graded metal of approved quality and with an offset of 0.15 Mtr. alround the chamber and brick masonry in C.M. 1:4 plaster with bricks of approved quality and CM plaster 1:3 proportion 12mm thick inside and outside except for the conical surface outside where the thickness of plaster shall be 20 mm thick, with 1 to 6 slope in the concrete towards the central drain, finished smooth and fixing of pipes in C.C 1:2:4 with graded metal of 20 mm and down size including supplying and fixing SFRC manhole frame and cover in C.C. 1:2:4, supplying and fixing of plastic foot steps staggered at 30 cms apart as directed, watering, curing, barricading, danger lighting, pouring tar over M.H. frame and cover, cost of tar, shoring, strutting, dewatering, engraving Manhole No. on the inner conical surface etc. as per the drawing with all lead and lifts for various diameters and depths (Cost of each man hole including frame, cover and plastic foot steps) noted below as directed by Engineer Incharge.1.20 m dia. Supplying Unplasticised PVC pipes conforming to IS 15328:2003 with latest amendments ended with integral sockets with IS1 mark and conveying to worksite, rolling and lowering into trenches, laying true to line and level and perfect linking at joints, testing and commissioning, including loading and unloading at both destinations and cuts of pipes wherever necessary including jointing of UPVC pipes (with cost of elastomeric sealing rings) and specials (excluding cost of specials) with jointing of approved type, with all labour, with all lead & lift including encasing the pipe alround to a depth of not less than 15cms with soft gravel or selected earth available from the excavation etc. complete and giving necessary hydraulic test to the required pressure as per ISS (contractor will make his own arrangements for procuring water for testing).Supply & lay ng of PVC - U Pipes as per IS 15328 SN 8 - Ring tite:200mm dia as directed by Engineer Incharge.

Refilling pipeline trenches and foundation with selected available earth from trench excavation and foundation including watering, consolidation layers of 15 cms., thickness including disposing off the surplus earth with a lead of 200 metres as directed by Engineer Incharge.

Individual house service connection Providing PVC-U INDIVIDUAL U.G.D House service connection (which shall be laid from inside the customer proterty ) which includes:(a) providing and fixing the PE Inspection chambres of 315 mm dia 0.42 m depth.(b) civil works like Earthwork excavation for the pipeline trenches for laying of PVC-U pipes for the house connections in all types of soils , disintegrated rock,soft rock, hard rock, including cutting of any road using , crossing drains, compound, Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, c.c. wood work, steel work, including T & P and scaffolding wherever necessary sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead , restoring the damaged portions inside or outside the property premises, refilling the portions of trenches that are dug open including linking to existing sewer network etc. complete.110 mm dia as directed by Engineer Incharge.

KSRRB M400-14.1 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. Complete as per spacification. A. By Manual means MORTH Specification No. 404 Type-B 11.2mm for grading III as directed by Engineer Incharge.

KSRRB 500-6. Providing and applying primer coat with SS bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base such as WMM including clearing of road surface & spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg / sqm using mechanical means complete as per specifications no. 502 as directed by Engineer Incharge.

KSRRB M500-7. Providing and applying tack coat using 80/100 grade bitumen (VG 10) on the prepared black topped surfases at 2.5 kg per 10 sqm, heating bitumen in boiler fitted with spray set (excluding cleaning of road surface) including cost of all labour, HOM of machineries complete as per specifications as directed by Engineer Incharge.

KSRRB M500-11. KSRRB 500-11. Providing and laying bituminous macadam on prepared surface with crushed coarse aggregates as per design mix formula for base / binding course including loading of aggregates with F.E. loader, hot mixing of stone aggregates and bitumen in hot mix plant, transporting the mixd material in tipper to paver and laying mixed materials with paver finisher to the required level and grade, rolling by power roller to achieve the desired density, but excluding cost of primer / tack coat including lead, lift and cost of all materials, labour, HOM of machineries complete as per specifications. MORTH /Chapter 5 - using 120 TPH capacity Asphalt batch mix plant with sensor paver Gr-II (50 mm to 75 mm) with 3.4 % VG-30 Bitumen as directed by Engineer Incharge.
