Item04 - Providing Mathi orNandi wood frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows, ventilators and other frames, wrought, framed or assembled including making plaster groves (excluding cost of cement concrete and side clamps ), but including cost of materials, labour, usage charges complete as per specifications.

Item05 - Providing and fixing in position fully panelled Mathi orNandi wood shutters for doors with stiles and rails of 40mm. thick with bottom and lock rails 180mm wide top rail and stiles 100mm wide as per drawing and panels of 25mm thick including cost of materials, labour, usage charges complete as per specifications. (excluding cost of fixtures)

Item06 - Earth work in surface excavation for stripping, seating of bund, Road way, by manual means for lowering and leveling the ground for all works other than foundation and depth in all kinds of soil not exceeding 300mm as per drawing and technical specifications, including setting out, shoring, strutting, barricading, caution lights, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter including dressing of excavated surfaces, disposing off or levelling the excavated earth or sorting and stacking the selected earth for reuse in a radius of 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m including cost of labour, tools, usage and other appurtenances required to complete the work.

Item07 - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver orgrader in sub base or base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Item08 - Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete paver block of approved shape and colour of M -30 grade made of CandD wasteby block making machine with vibratory compaction laid in required pattern and including over 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Item09 - Conveyance including loading and unloading per quintal for distance upto 5.00 km

Item10 - Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : Old work (Two coat applied at 1.67 ltr or 10 Sqm) on existing cement paint surface including preparing the surface after thoroughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and foreign matter, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge.

Item11 - Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade :Old work (one coats applied at 2.20 kg or10 Sqm) over priming coat of primer applied at 0.80 litrs or10 Sqm complete including cost of Priming coat including preparing the surface after thoroughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and foreign matter, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Item12 - Painting with oil type wood preservative of approved brand and manufacture: Old work (one coats) as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge.

Item13 - Finishing with Epoxy paint (two coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturers specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete. On steel work including preparing the surface after thorougly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and foreign matter, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Enginer-in-charge.

Item14 - Providing and fixing Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished welded type tubes including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Item15 - Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 pecentage) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per m2 as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 m or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling orself tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal or vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.
