Supplying PVC ringtite pipes conforming to IS 4985:2000 with latest amendments and conveying to worksite, rolling and lowering into trenches, laying true to line and level and perfect linking at joints, testing and commissioning, including loading and unloading at both destinations and cuts of pipes wherever necessary including jointing of PVC pipes and specials (excluding cost of specials) with jointing of approved type, with all labour, with all lead & lift including encasing the pipe alround to a depth of not less than 15cms with soft gravel or selected earth available from the excavation etc. complete and giving necessary hydraulic test to the required pressure as per ISS (contractor will make his own arrangements for procuring water for testing). 90mm dia - 6Kg/cm2 ---- As per tender notification

Supply, delivery to worksite, loading, unloading, stacking and fixing of resilient seated soft sealing sluice valves with body, bonnet of ductile iron of minimum hrade GGG 40/50, wedge fully rubber lined with EPDM and seals of NBR and the valves should be of vaccu, tight and 100% leak proof with face dimensions as per BS 5163-89/ IS 1486-2000/DIN 3202 F4/F5. The stem sealing should be with torodial sealing rings (minimum 2 '0' rings). All the valves should be with electrostatic powder coating both inside and outside with pocket less passage. The valves shall be supplied with suitable size galvanized bolts and nuts of required numbers, etc, complete with all lead and lifts 80mm dia (PN-10) ---- As per tender notification

Refilling pipeline trenches and foundation with selected available earth from trench excavation and foundation including watering, consolidation in layers of 15 cms., thickness including disposing off the surplus earth with all lead and lift. ---- As per tender notification

Construction of un-reinforced, plain cement concrete for pavements using grade concrete M30 over a prepared base with OPC coarse aggregate at 0.69 cum, fine aggregates at 0.46 cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming ro IS:383-2016, with superplastizer at 3 ltrs conforming to IS 9103-2008 mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.6 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher as per approved mix design, laid in approved fixed sde form work (steel channel of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing). Spreading the concrete with shovels, rackers compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrator and finished with floators in a continuous operation including provison of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, including groove cutting charges, joint filler, separation lmembrane of impermiable plastic sheet of 125 micron, sealant primer, joint sealant, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades, textured with machine, and curing including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machineries, all lead & lift charges etc., complete as per specifications. - with OPC at 320 Kg/cum and GGBS 40 Kg/cum conforming to IS: 12089, coarse aggregate 0.69 cum, fine aggregate 0.46cum. ---- As per tender notification
