Providing and placing sand bags consisting of empty cement bags filled with 35 to 40 kg locally available sand for forming ring bund including plugging the joints with selected earth, cost of all labour, materials etc, complete with lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.50m

Filling clayey soil between two rows of sand bags placed for forming ring bund including tamping, plugging leakage points etc., complete with lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m

Attending leakages in 400/ 600/700 mm dia MS pipe using DG set, Gas cutting set by cutting, welding, grinding, finishing including transportion charges for carrying the materials to work spot and bringing back the materials from work shop etc., complete as per the directions of Engineer-in charge. ( Unit in no. is the number of times the job of attending leakage & associated work is taken up)

Dismantling the power-pump and hand-pumps fitted to the borewells, transporation including loading, unloading, rewinding, replacement of wornout spares, re-erection and commissioning with all necessary safety measures, barricades, all lead and lift, transportation, materials etc. complete and shifting the released materials to the divisional store yard premisses as specified in section-7 , " Specification" in the tender for a period of 1 month.

Dismantling India Mark III hand pump from position, releasing GI pipes, rods, pump, cylinder and strainer. Overhauling of the components, replacement of the wornout parts and re-erecting in position etc. with cutting, threading wherever necessary, adjusting the rod and giving satisfactory test etc. The replaced materials to be returned to the departmental stores.

Dismantling existing damaged stand assembly from the Hand pump set, supplying and fixing new Stand assembly to the borewell fitted with hand pump and returning the released materials to the divisional store including all lead and lift, etc., complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Supply, Errecting and commissioning of new Hand pump including fixing of GI pipes, fixing of Hand pumps to borewell and giving satisfactory test etc., complete with India Mark - II Hand Pump with all lead and lifts etc., complete.

Providing and construction of platform in M15 Cement Concrete using hard granite or basalt or trap jelly of 20mm and down size for India Mark-III (VLOM) hand pump as per approved drawing enclosed to the S.R according to IS 13056 - 1991 (UNICEF standard), including machine mixing, laying, tamping, curing and smooth finishing of exposed faces in CM 1:3 with necessary moulds, including earth work excavation with all leads & lifts etc. complete.

Supply & installation of chlorine safety equipment set consisting of a)self-contained breathing apparatus or oxygen mask (45 min backup)- 1 no. b) Canister gas mask- no. & c) Tonner emergency safety kit (set of 42 items)- 1 no., to WTP premises near Ragimuddanahally as specified in section-7 " Specification" in the bid document etc., complete with all lead & lift as directed by the Engineer-incharge.

Providing Multipurpose water sample parameter field testing equipment for measurement of water quality such as Colour, odour, pH, turbidity, fluoride, residual chlorine etc., as specified in section-7 "Specification" in the tender etc., complete with all lead & lift as directed by the Engineer-incharge.

Arranging water tanker of 5000 Ltrs capacity supply of drinking water to consumers of various parts of Mandya city on demand along with required fuel, crew having valid driving license, Valid RC, FC or EC to tanker vehicle including maintenance of tanker vehicles, salaries of crew, taxes and duties etc. The water tanker should be painted with food grade epoxy paint inside so as to carry drinking water and the vehicle and tanker along with the crew should have adequate risk coverage life insurance etc. The water will be filled to the tanker by the Board and the work should be carried out as per instruction and direction of the Engineer in charge of the work. (Unit Nos. means number of trips)
