Code 01 - Conducting Topographical GIS survey for the proposed Water Supply / UGD scheme to the Sagar city with total length of around 200 km with latest total station survey equipments. The work shall include collection of field data from local body, conducting detailed survey showing the all important land marks, existing water supply lines, sewer lines, all roads, levels, nature of roads, L-section survey for transmission main/ feeders/sub-feeder/ rising main from Jack well to WTP and WTP to OHT’s and distribution network inlcuding clearing the obstructions, with all survey staff required covering all the developed & newly developed layouts or L-section survey for Sub-Main/Mains/Trunk Sewer/Rising main from wetwell to STP inlcuding clearing the obstructions, with all survey staff required covering all the developed & newly developed layouts with submission of Soft copy of drawings along with source file and Hard Copy in 3 sets for the following: Water Supply /Sewer work main pipes

Code 02 - Preparation of detailed hydraulic design, report including analysis, design for providing 24 x 7 Water Supply System to Sagar city with total length of around 200 km. The job involves analysis and hydraulic design using software program incorporating requirements as per CPHEEO norms and design of distribution network should be made in Water Gem software. The design report should include population projection, design criteria, water demand, design sheet with full details such as node numbers, length of pipe, Size of pipe, RL’s of ground and pipe numbers and all other relevant data. The report should also contain tentative Quantity of all the items, statement of pipe diameters and required quantity of pipe specials etc. The estimate to be prepared by the board. Also correction of designs as per requirement of CPHEEO for approval. Note: 1. Hydraulic design to be carried out by retaining the PVC pipes with suitable diameter with pressure requirement and condition of the pipe to be analyses for future use. 2. Existing WSS to be cross verified with proper Hydraulic design.

Code 03 - Conducting door to door coustomer survey to ascertain the existing water tap connections. the agency has to collect details such as data in the specified format also collected data may be provided to the board in the both soft copy and hard copy format. submit Ward wise houses ,Tap connected houses and shop’s etc The rate quoted shall include all man power charges. TA & DA charges., complete, excluding GST
