Supplying Unplasticised PVC pipes confirming to IS 15328: 2003 with latest amendments ended with integral sockets with ISI mark and conveying to worksite, rolling and lowering into trenches, laying true to line and level and perfect linking at joints, testing and commissioning, including loading and unloading at both destinations and cuts of pipes wherever necessary including jointing of UPVC pipes ( with cost of elastomeric sealing rings) and specials (including cost of specials) with jointing of approved type, with all labour, with all lead and lift including encasing the pipe alround to a depth of not less than 15 cms with soft gravel or selected earth available from the excavation etc., complete and giving necessary hydraulic test to the required pressure as per ISS (contractor will make his own arrangements for procuring water for testing) etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge. -do- 160mm dia UPVC Pipes SN 8.0

Providing and constructing of Man hole Chambers conical in shape at top with CC 1:3:6 foundation using 40 mm and down size graded metal of approved quality and with an offset of 0.15 Mtr. alround the chamber and brick masonry in CM 1:4 plaster with bricks of approved quality and CM Plaster 1:3 proportion 12 mm thick inside and out side except for the conical surface outside where the thickness of plaster shall be 20 mm thick with 1 to 6 slope in the concrete towards the central drain, finished smooth and fixing of pipes in CC 1:2:4 with graded metal of 20 mm and down size including supplying and fixing SFRC man hole frame and cover conforming to IS 12592( Part-1): 1988 & IS 12592 (Part-II): 1991 with latest amendments in CC 1:2:4 , supplying and fixing of plastic foot steps staggered at 30cms apart as directed, watering, curing, barricading, danger lighting, pouring tar over MH frame and cover, cost of tar, shoring, strutting, dewatering, engraving Manhole No. on the inner of conical surface etc.,. as per drawing with all lead and lift for various diameters and depths noted below etc., completed as directed by the Engineer in charge. -do- with table moulded bricks of approved quality and Heavy duty SFRC man hole frame and cover for 1.20 Mtr dia, 1.00 Mtr depth.

Refilling pipeline trenches and foundation with selected available earth from trench excavation and foundation including watering, consolidation in layers of 15 cms thickness including disposing off the surplus earth with all lead and lift etc., completed as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying PVC/Bell ended pipes upto 140 mm and PVC Ring tipe pipe from 160 mm pipes conforming to IS 4985:2000 with latest amendments and conveying to worksite, rolling and lowering into trenches, layiang true to line and level and perfect linking at joints, testing and commissioning, including loading and unloading at both destinations and cuts of pipes wherever necessary including jointing of PVC pipes and specials (including cost of specials) with jointing of approved type, with all labaour, with all lead & lift including encasing the pipe alround to a deopth of not less than 15 CMs with soft gravel or selected earth available from the excavation etc., complete and giving necessary hydraulic test to therequired pressure as per ISS etc., completed as directed by the Engineer in charge. (Contractor will make his own arrangements for procuring water for testing) -do- 25mm dia 10 kg / sqcm.

Supplying HDPE pipes conforming to IS 4984:1995 with latest amendments and conveying to work site incl.loading & unloading at both destination and rolling lowering into trenches,laying true to line and jointing of pipes and specials by elecrofusion welding, including encasing the pipe arround to a depth not less than 15 cm with soft gravel or selected earth available from the excavtion etc.complete giving hydraulic test as per ISS with all lead and lift incl.testing and commissioning.The rate is exclusive of required specials and fitting etc., completed as directed by the Engineer in charge. -do- 75mm dia.

Culvert Crossings:- Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lead and lifts etc complete as directed by the Engineer in charge. -do- Cement Concrete Flooring.

Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete of mix M10 with OPC cement @ 220 Kgs, with 40 mm and down size graded granite metal coarse aggregates @ 0.892 Cum and fine aggregates @ 0.465 Cum machine mixed, Machine Mixed, concrete laid in layers not exceeding 15 Cms. Thick, well compacted, in foundation and plinth, cost of all materials, labour, HOM of machinery, curing erc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and constructing granite / Trap / Basalt size stone masonry in basement with Cement mortar 1:6, edges of stones chistle dressed in courses not less than 15 cms high, bond stones at two m. apart in each course including cost of materials, labour, curing etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete of design mix M20 with OPC cement @ 320 Kgs, with 20 mm and down size graded granite metal coarse aggregates at @ 0.878 Cum and fine aggregates @ 0.459 Cum, with superplastisiser at 3Lts confirming to IS 9103 - 1999 re-affirmed - 2008 machine mixed, concrete laid in layers not exceeding 15 cms thick, vibrated for all works in foundation plinth and ground floor level for roof slabs, staircase, Lintels, retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, Pillars, posts, struts, buttress, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, Plain Window cills, Fillets etc., including cost of all materials, labour, HOM of masonry, curing, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and Fabricating mild steel or tor steel/ TMT bars of all sizes for reinforcement of RCC works including conveying steel to workspot with all lead including cleaning, straighteing, bending, fabricating, placing in position, tieing as per designs including cost of binding wire hoisting all lead and lift etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge. (Inlcuding Cost of Steel)
