Providing two coats of water proof cement painting of approved colour and shade over one coat of primer including necessary scaffolding and scraping of old paint and stain with wire brushes and cleaning of paint stains wherever necessary for old R.C.C over hea tank etc., complete with all lead & lift as directed by the Engineer Incharge

Concrete Encasement for severely distresseed RC Columns:- Providing temporary supports underneath the slab/beams using appropriate telescopic tubular supports with cross bracing prior to commencement of restoration work. as Cost inclusive of hire charges of 'H' frame / steel pipes scaffolding, platform, labour, transportation, etc., complete with all lead & lift as directed by the Engineer Incharge. Surface preparation of concrete Existing:- loose &delaminated/dislodged cover concrete/plaster to be removed for 12 No's of severly distressed RC colums of size 2.5mX0.5mX0.5m and 3 No's of size 1.2mX0.5mX0.5m by gentle chipping until hard and sound concrete is exposed with hammer & chisel. Further, for same columns surface to be cleaned with air and water jet. exposed reinforcement to be thoroughly cleaned with wire brush/buffing wheel to remove rust/scales as per manufacturer's specification. etc., complete with all lead & lift as directed by the Engineer Incharge. Providing and applying two coats of anticorrosive coating for exposed, cleaned rebar’s for 12 No's of severly distressed RC colums of size 2.5mX0.5mX0.5m, 3 No's of size 1.2mX0.5mX0.5m and addition of 50sqm surface is to be done as per manufacturer’s specification Cost inclusive of all materials, tools and tackles, labours, lead & lift etc., complete. Providing & applying a coat of corrosion inhibitor over a cleaned surface of concrete for 12 No's of severly distressed RC colums of size 2.5mX0.5mX0.5m and 3 No's of size 1.2mX0.5mX0.5m as per standard practice. Cost inclusive of all materials, tools and tackles, labours,etc., complete with all lead & lift as directed by the Engineer Incharge. Drilling 360No's of 12mm. Dia. 75mm depth hole in concrete for 12 No's of severly distressed RC colums of size 2.5mX0.5mX0.5m and 3 No's of size 1.2mX0.5mX0.5m for fixing shear connectors, using rotary-cumhammering drilling machine with concrete drill bits. The drilled holes shall be cleaned thoroughly by water & air jet. etc., complete as per the sketch, specification Cost inclusive of hire charges for machineries, all consumables, electricity, labour, scaffolding, transportation, tools and tackles,etc., complete with all lead & lift as directed by the Engineer Incharge. Drilling of 36No's of 20mm. Dia. 200mm depth hole in footing concrete for fixing 16 mm dia reinforcement using rotary-cum hammering drilling machine with concrete drill bits. The drilled holes shall be cleaned thoroughly by water & air jet. etc., complete as per the sketch, specification. Cost inclusive of hire charges for machineries, all consumables, electricity, labour, scaffolding, transportation, tools and tackles etc., complete with all lead & lift as directed by the Engineer Incharge. Providing and fixing of Shear connectors of dia 8mm shall be fabricated and fixed into the drilled holes for 12 No's of severly distressed RC colums of size 2.5mX0.5mX0.5m and 3 No's of size 1.2mX0.5mX0.5m using polyester resin anchor grout of approved make as per specification, standard practice. Cost inclusive of hire charges for machineries, all consumables, electricity, labour, scaffolding, transportation, tools and tackles,etc., complete with all lead & lift as directed by the Engineer Incharge. Providing, fabricating and placing of Fe 415 grade reinforcement in position and fixing / tack welding to the existing shear connectors for 12 No's of severly distressed RC colums of size 2.5mX0.5mX0.5m and 3 No's of size 1.2mX0.5mX0.5m as detailed in sketch, specification . (Total Steel qty- 1.00 Tonne) Providing and placing 75mm thick M30 grade concrete encasement for 12 No's of severly distressed RC colums of size 2.5mX0.5mX0.5m and 3 No's of size 1.2mX0.5mX0.5m as per specification and compacted using Vibrator as per standard practice when the epoxy is tacky. Concrete mix design. Cost inclusive of all materials, machinary hire charges, labour, staging, shuttering,tools and tackles,etc., complete with all lead & lift as directed by the Engineer Incharge. Providing, placing, compaction of ready to use free flow micro concrete of different mix proportion i.e., powder: 6 mm down coarse aggregate viz., 1:0.25 / 1:0.5 / 1:0.75 / 1:1 as specified in the sketch, specification, standard practice .Cost inclusive of all materials, machinery hire charges, electricity, labour, form work / scaffolding, curing, wastage, tools and tackles, lead and lift etc., complete. Inlcuding necessary core cutting in the existing slab for the concreting etc., complete with all lead & lift as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Removal of 55 sqm surface of existing loose concrete / plaster on Beam & Slab concrete of walking way, staircase waist, landing beam and landing by gentle chipping until the hard concrete is exposed, followed by sand blasting as per specification and cleaning the surface with air and water jet . Cost inclusive of scaffolding, labours, equipment hire charges, tools and tackles etc., complete with all lead & lift as directed by the Engineer Incharge. Providing & applying 55sqm a coat of corrosion inhibitor over a cleaned surface of concrete of Bracings, walkway, staircase waist, landing beam and slabs as per standard practice. cost inclusive of all materials, tools and tackles, labours,etc., complete with all lead & lift as directed by the Engineer Incharge. Providing and fixing 771 No's of shear connectors of 8 mm dia and fixing in existing holes of Bracings, walkway, staircase waist, landing beam and slabs with quick setting anchor grout of approved manufacturer as per approved drawing including cost of anchor grout for fixing and cost of steel for shear connectors and labour charges etc., complete with all lead & lift as directed by the Engineer Incharge. Providing and fixing 55sqm weld mesh of size 50 x 50 x 3 mm weld mesh (coated with anticorrosive chemical) to the shear connectors / exposed bars using binding wire as per sketch and directions of engineer in charge. Cost inclusive of materials, labour, tools and tackles, etc., complete. Welding of additional rebars with lap length of 10 times the dia of rebar on either side as detailed in the sketch . Cost inclusive of material, labour, equipment, scaffolding, tools and tackles, consumables etc., complete with all lead & lift as directed by the Engineer Incharge. Providing 55sqm of 20 mm thick shotcrete followed by 10mm finishing coat as per specifications using 6 mm down size dust free coarse aggregate, Micro silica, Polypropylene fibres and river sand (1:2:2) as per IS: 9012 - 1978-(Reaffirmed 1997) and directions of engineer in charge. Cost inclusive of material, labour, equipment, scaffolding, tools & tackles, consumables etc., complete with all lead & lift as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Treatment for moderately distressed RC members :- Removal of 108sqm of existing loose concrete / plaster on Beam & Slab concrete of walking way, staircase waist, landing beam and landing by gentle chipping until the hard concrete is exposed, followed by sand blasting as per specification and cleaning the surface with air and water jet . Cost inclusive of scaffolding, labours, equipment hire charges, tools and tackles etc., complete with all lead & lift as directed by the Engineer Incharge. Providing and applying 108 sqm two coats of anticorrosive coating for exposed rebar’s, of walk way, bracings, staircase waist and landing beams after rebars shall be cleaned thoroughly to remove corrosion scale using buffing wheel and emery cloth as per manufacturer’s specification. Cost inclusive of material, primer, labour, painting brush, tools and tackles, staging etc., complete with all lead & lift as directed by the Engineer Incharge. Providing & applying 162sqm a coat of corrosion inhibitor over a cleaned surface of concrete of Bracings, walkway, staircase waist, landing beam and slabs as per standard practice. cost inclusive of all materials, tools and tackles, labours, etc., complete with all lead & lift as directed by the Engineer Incharge. Providing 108sqm 20mm thick structural grade polymer/ latex modified mortor for RC members after treating the exposed reinforcement with anti-corrossive chemical as per manufacturer's specification etc., complete with all lead & lift as directed by the Engineer Incharge.
