Construction of minimum 8 mtr diameter Wetwell cum pump house and PTU includes Screen Chamber, Grit Chamber along with screens, common collection chamber near wetwell, Bypass Chamber, including internal electrification and external lighting with fixtures, providing Approach road and walkway path, barbed wire fencing as per tender requirements, design criteria & specifications, etc., complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge with all lead and lifts. (Shall be read in conjunction with Section 7:Specifications, Special specifications for all the items)

Construction of Diesel generator room with suitable capacity DG Set for wetwell as per tender requirements, design criteria & specifications etc., including internal electrification with fixtures complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge with all lead and lifts. (Shall be read in conjunction with Section 7:Specifications, Special specifications for all the items)

Construction, supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation work of 3.87 MLD capacity Sequential Batch Reactor (SBR) technology Sewage Treatment Plant including Electro-mechanical equipments, Piping, valves, electrical items, DG set as per tender requirements, design criteria & specifications etc., including external lighting, Approach and internal roads, walkway, barbed wire fencing,etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge with all lead and lifts.(Shall be read in conjunction with Section 7:Specifications, Special specifications for all the items)

Design, Supply, Erection, Electrification and commissioning of suitable HP capacity pumping machineries @ wetwell including suction & delivery piping, valves, panels, starters, transformer with two pole Structure, capacitors, cables, transformer substation, as per tender requirements, design criteria & specifications etc., complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge with all lead and lifts.(Shall be read in conjunction with Section 7:Specifications, Special specifications for all the items)

Providing PVC-U INDIVIDUAL U.G.D House service connection (which shall be laid from inside the customer property) to the existing / newly constructed house during the period of execution in the entire town which includes: a) Supply of PVC-U Pipe b) Civil works like Earthwork excavation for the pipeline trenches for laying of PVC-U pipes for the house connections in all types of soils, disintegrated rock, soft rock, hard rock, including cutting of any road, crossing drains, compound, dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, CC, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary sorting the dismantled materials disposing of unserviceable and stacking the serviceable material witha all lifts and lead resortinng and damaged portions inside or outside the property premises refilling the portions of trenches that are dug open including linking to existing sewer network etc., complete as per specifications with all lead and lift as directed by Engineer Incharge as per tender requirements, design criteria & specifications etc., complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge with all lead and lifts. (Shall be read in conjunction with Section 7:Specifications, Special specifications for all the items)

Supplying, Installation, testing & commissioning of 11KV UG Cable/ ACSR Conductor from MUSS at Sankeshwar Road in Hukkeri town to Wet Well Site & STP Site along with 11 KV breaker and allied accessories at MUSS as per tender requirements, design criteria & specifications etc., complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge with all lead and lifts. (Shall be read in conjunction with Section 7:Specifications, Special specifications for all the items)

PART-B: Operation & Maintenance of Hukkeri UGD System Operation & Maintenance during the 1st year i.e., during the defects liabiliuty period of PROVIDING UGD SYSTEM TO HUKKERI TOWN. which includes maintenance of Sewer Network, HSC, Wet well cum pump house, Rising main and STP and assets created using specialised techniques & personnel, including transportation, man power, etc., The minimum supervisory staff with 5 years of experience shall include; Site Engineer (BE)(Civil)-1 No., Junior Engineer(Diploma in Civil/Mech)-1 No, Electrical supervisor(ITI)-2Nos, SCADA operators(Graduate in CS), water analyst (BSc. Graduate)-1no,Watchman-8Nos. Helper-10Nos. Fitter-3Nos, also includes office staff with Office Assistant- 1no, DEO-1 no., and Peon 1 no., Communication system includes usage charges of Mobiles -3 Nos, The material cost in case of breakdown & repairs shall be borne by the contractor. Purchase of Sucking cum Jetting Machine. The rate includes Internet charges & office stationaries for the office established by the contractor at Hukkeri town. with all lead and lift as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Also includes Cost of chemicals,consumables & service charges within DLP The rent and House keeping & security arrangements for the offices established by the contractor borne by the contractor. (Shall be read in conjunction with Section 7:Specifications, Special specifications for all the items)
