HMD05 - PART E: Ugradation of existing 6.0MLD WSP type STP to 8.0 MLD NEBR type STP: Upgradation of existing 6 MLD WSP type STP to Natural Endogenous Bio Reactor (NEBR) type STP of 8.0 MLD capacity, and with allied works. With 10 years O & M by technology provider. a) Supply, Erecting, testing and commissioning with all necessary components viz., (1)NEBR Filter media units of minimum 260 units/MLD, (2) Wetland rafts of minimum 220 units/MLD and (3) Hydroxidiser of minimum 18 units/MLD with necessary civil, electrical items to make the Natural Endogenous Bio Reactor (NEBR) type STP to bring the treated water to satisfy NGT norms. b) Providing the following appurtenance/Allied works applicable as per the site conditions and design requirement 1.Sinking of minimum 150 dia bore well of minimum depth of 200 mtr and providing suitable Submersible Pump of minimum 5.0 HP 3 phase (with Bronze / Stainless steel (CF8M) Impeller) up to 12 stages confirming to IS:8034-2000. 2.Providing HDPE pipe grade PE100-PN 8, 63mm of minimum length 100 mtr to install the pump set. 3.Construction of rectangular receiving chamber (1.2*1.2*1.5mtr.) with RCC minimum 4 Nos. 4.Construction of RCC Sludge drying bed minimum 2 Nos of 25X2 Mtr and construction of Disinfection unit of minimum size 15X2.40 mtr. 5.Providing and placing polyethylene water storage tanks of minimum 7 Nos as per requirement for Bio Culture dosage 6.Power Generator (100 KVA/ 80 kw) (RA 276) c) Providing water diversion pipe line of RCC NP3 of dia 350mm for minimum length of 0.150 km. d) Providing manual bar screen to existing PTU of existing wet well. e) Providing required DI Air valves, electromagnetic flow meters wherever necessary Operation and Maintenance cost of NEBR Type STP of 8 MLD capacity to be borne by the agency for 10 years including one-year DLP with free of cost (power charges to be borne by ULB). Agency should submit MOU with the technology provider for providing 10Years O&M at free of cost Note: i) Diversion of water course, if required, and Road restoration as per site requirement. ii) Road crossing works by Trenchless Technology with MS pipes of required dia and thickness mm (Fe 410 grade) as per IS 3589-2001 with latest amendments, for crossing of Highway iii) Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding. Rubble stone masonry in cement mortar and Cement Concrete Grade M-15 & M-20 and restoring to original condition. iv) Other allied works to complete the work. v) Any other appurtenance / allied works applicable as per the site conditions and design requirements.

HMD06 - Part-F: Operation & Maintenance of 1 new and 3 existing Wet wells: a) 1st Year Operation & Maintenance of 1 new & 3 existing Wet wells for 5 years excluding power charges including Deflect Liability Period. Note: 1) All works and items shall be executed as per the IS, MoRTH specifications, CPHEEO guidelines and specifications mentioned in the contract. 2) Work shall be carried out as per the instructions of the engineer incharge.

HMD07 - Part-F: Operation & Maintenance of 1 new and 3 existing Wet wells: b) 2nd Year Operation & Maintenance of 1 new & 3 existing Wet wells for 5 years excluding power charges.Note: 1) All works and items shall be executed as per the IS, MoRTH specifications, CPHEEO guidelines and specifications mentioned in the contract. 2) Work shall be carried out as per the instructions of the engineer incharge.
