CODE 7 - PART-B: Construction of Sewage Treatment Plant (STP). 11 KV express feeder line to STP. a) Drawing, stinging, testing and commissioning of 11 KV express feeder line from 66/11 KV MUSS at Yaragunta to STP (5 km) with 500 KVA Transformer. b) Any other appurtenance/Allied works applicable as per the site conditions and design requirement. c) any Other allied works to complete the work. Note: 1) All works and items shall be executed as per the IS, MoRTH specifications, CPHEEO guidelines and specifications mentioned in the contract. 2) Work shall be carried out as per the instructions of the engineer in charge. 3) Drawings are enclosed only for tender purpose.

CODE 1 - Part A - Laying of sewer network & other allied works. Providing sewer pipeline and machineholes in Distrcit 2 and Distrcit 3 areas, including restoration of roads & highway crossing. It includes the following works. a) Site cleaning, excavation in all kind of strata, including cutting and excavation & Restoration of Asphalt Road,Concrete Road, etc. b) Providing, laying, jointing of 350 mm dia, 450 mm dia RCC pipline, 250 mm dia UPVC pipeline, Total Length: 1770 m, including road restoration at Shivaparvathi layout to Shamanuru Bridge in district 2. c) Providing and construction of cast-in-situ / pre-cast RCC machineholes of 1.2 mtr dia with heavy duty SFRC covers, depth varies from 1m to 2.3 m - 16 Nos in district 2. d) Providing and construction of cast-in-situ / pre-cast RCC machineholes of 1.5 mtr dia with heavy duty SFRC covers, depth varies from 2.4 m to 4.2 m - 48 Nos in district 2. e) Replacement of damaged existing trunk sewer line, 900 mm dia RCC NP3 near existing STP in district 2 Length: 60 m. f) Providing, laying, jointing of 300 mm dia RCC pipeline Length: 1174 m at S S hospital. g) Providing and construction of cast-in-situ / pre-cast RCC machineholes of 1.2 mtr dia with heavy duty SFRC covers, depth varies from 2.4 m to 4.2 m - 15 Nos in district 3. h) Providing and construction of cast-in-situ / pre-cast RCC machineholes of 1.5 mtr dia with heavy duty SFRC covers, depth varies from 2.4 m to 4.2 m - 21 Nos in district 3. i) Providing and construction of cast-in-situ / pre-cast RCC machineholes of 1.8 mtr dia with heavy duty SFRC covers, depth varies from 4.4 m to 5.8 m - 7 Nos in district 3. j) Crossing of National Highway & Railway by Trenchless technology (manual jacking method) a) NH-48 near Avaragere under pass b) Railway crossing near Avaragere under pass - total 110 m length, including M.S. Casing Pipe and MS pipe carrier pipe. k) Rehabilitation of existing sewerline 800 mm dia RCC NP3 in Udayshivakumar Layout in district 2 - 60 m. l) Any other appurtenance/Allied works applicable as per the site conditions and design requirement. m) Other allied works to complete the work. CODE 3 - Part A - Laying of sewer network & other allied works. Providing sewer lead off line from outlet of STP unit to drain areas, including restoration of roads & highway crossing. It includes the following works. a) Site cleaning, excavation in all kind of strata, including cutting and excavation & Restoration of Asphalt Road,Concrete Road, etc. b) Providing, laying, jointing of 900 mm dia RCC NP3 pipeline. Length : 1022 m c) Any other appurtenance/Allied works applicable as per the site conditions and design requirement. d) Other allied works to complete the work. Note: 1) All works and items shall be executed as per the IS, MoRTH specifications, CPHEEO guidelines and specifications mentioned in the contract. 2) Work shall be carried out as per the instructions of the engineer in charge. 3) Drawings are enclosed only for tender purpose.

CODE 5 - Part A - Laying of sewer network & other allied works. Providing 175 nos. 110 mm dia pvc-u individual UGD house service connections (which shall be laid inside the customer property). a) Providing and laying 110 mm dia PVC-U pipe dia SN 8 grade conforming to IS 16098: 2013. b) Providing and fixing 315 mm dia PE inspection chamber with lid and inlet and outlet arrangments. c) Necessary Civil works, concrete works and pipe fittings. d) Any other appurtenance/Allied works applicable as per the site conditions and design requirement. e) Other allied works to complete the work. CODE 2 - Part A- Laying of sewer network & other allied works. Providing sewer laterals and machineholes at Shivaparvathi layout and at Tirumala Restaurant Road Stretchareas, including restoration of roads, it includes the following works. a) Site cleaning, excavation in all kind of strata, including cutting and excavation & Restoration of Asphalt Road,Concrete Road, etc. b) Providing, laying, jointing of 200 mm dia UPVC pipeline of 0.73 km sewer line. c) Providing, laying, jointing of 300 mm dia RCC NP3 for 0.35 Km Sewer line. d) Providing and construction of cast-in-situ / pre-cast RCC machineholes of 1.2 mtr dia with heavy duty SFRC covers, depth varies from 1.0 m to 2.2 m - 34 Nos at Shivaparvathi layout and Tirumala Restaurant Road Stretch. e) Providing and construction of cast-in-situ / pre-cast RCC machineholes of 1.5 mtr dia with heavy duty SFRC covers, depth varies from 2.4 m to 2.5 m - 2 Nos at Tirumala Restaurant Road Stretch. f) Any other appurtenance/Allied works applicable as per the site conditions and design requirement. g) Other allied works to complete the work.
