CTPUR02 - PART B: STP & Rehabilitation work: B-1: Sewage Treatment Plant - Upgradation of existing 5.10 MLD WSP type STP with NEBR technology 5.50 MLD : a) Supply, Erecting, testing and commissioning with all necessary components viz., (1) NEBR Filter media units of minimum 260 units/MLD, (2) Wetland rafts of minimum 220 units/MLD and (3) Hydroxidiser of minimum 18 units/MLD with necessary civil, electrical items to make the Natural Endogenous Bio Reactor (NEBR) type STP to bring the treated water to satisfy NGT norms. b) Providing the following appurtenance/Allied works applicable as per the site conditions and design requirement 1.Sinking of minimum 150 dia bore well of minimum depth of 200 mtr and providing suitable Submersible Pump of minimum 5.0 HP 3 phase (with Bronze / Stainless steel (CF8M) Impeller) up to 12 stages confirming to IS:8034-2000. 2.Providing HDPE pipe grade PE100-PN 8, 63mm of minimum length 100 mtr to install the pump set. 3.OCEMS unit - supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 5.5 MLD NEBR Type STP along with other connected accessories to monitor inlet and Outlet Sewage parameters namely Ph, BOD, COD, TSS, Total phophrous, Total Nitrigen, communication interface enable with RS-485/RS-232/RJ45 ethernet port protocal should be modbus. vendor shoud provide modbus register for SCADA integration etc, with IOT based SCADA INTEGRATION SYSTEM for OCEMS and Flow meters along with Civil work complete 4.Construction of rectangular receiving chamber (1.2*1.2*1.5mtr.) with RCC minimum 4 Nos. 5.Construction of RCC Sludge drying bed minimum 2 Nos of 25X2 Mtr and construction of Disinfection unit of minimum size 15X2.40 mtr. 6.Providing and placing polyethylene water storage tanks of minimum 7 Nos as per requirement for Bio Culture dosage c)Construction of Lab cum store room of size 6M X 4 M. d) Providing water diversion pipe line of RCC NP3 of dia 350mm for minimum length of 0.50 km. e) Providing manual bar screen to existing PTU of existing wet well. f) Providing required DI Air valves, Bulk flow meters wherever necessary B-2: Construction of Lab cum store room of size 6M X 4 M : B-3:Desilting of sewer lines and repairs to existing Machine holes, repairs to existing wetwell and STP: a) Desilting of sewer lines by mechanical (Jetting, Sucking, Grabber, Scrapper etc.,) means for minimum length of 15.00 km and Repairs to 1050 existing Machine holes for different depths. b) Desilting of anerobic and facultative ponds of existing STP c) Providing repairs to existing wet well and Anerobic pond. Note: i) Diversion of water course, if required, and Road restoration as per site requirement. ii) Road crossing works by Trenchless Technology with MS pipes of required dia and thickness mm (Fe 410 grade) as per IS 3589-2001 with latest amendments, for crossing of Highway iii) Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding. Rubble stone masonry in cement mortar and Cement Concrete Grade M-15 & M-20 and restoring to original condition. iv) Other allied works to complete the work. v) Any other appurtenance / allied works applicable as per the site conditions and design requirements

CTPUR01 - PART A: Network and House Service Connections: A-1: New Net works: a) Excavation in all kind of strata at varying depths for pipelines, road restoration and Machine holes. b) Providing, laying and jointing of Sewer Pipeline by using 160 mm to 250mm dia 'U'PVC SN-8 class as per IS16098; 213 with latest amendments along with Hydraulic test for minimum length of 12.10km including diversion of water course if required and restoration works in flexible and rigid pavements. c) Providing, laying and jointing of Sewer Pipeline by using 200 mm & 250mm dia DI K-7 and 350mm dia of K-9 class as per IS 8329:2000 with latest amendments along with Hydraulic test for minimum length of 0.11km including necessary concrete anchoring & pipe protection, diversion of water course if required and restoration works in flexible and rigid pavements d) Restoration of dismantled Asphalt and Concrete Roads e) Providing and Construction of minimum number of 427 Nos RCC machine hole chambers, of 1.2 m & 1.5m, dia cast-insitu / Pre-cast with heavy duty SFRC cover and frame, for varying depths (the depth may vary as per the site condition). A-2: Missing Links: a) Excavation in all kind of strata at varying depths for pipelines, and road restoration. b) Providing, laying and jointing of Sewer Pipeline for missing links by using 160 mm to 250mm dia 'U'PVC SN-8 class as per IS16098; 213 with latest amendments along with Hydraulic test for minimum length of 2.47km including diversion of water course if required and restoration works in flexible and rigid pavements. c) Providing, laying and jointing of Sewer Pipeline for missing links by using 200 mm & 250mm dia DI K-7 as per IS 8329:2000 with latest amendments along with Hydraulic test for minimum length of 0.14km including necessary concrete anchoring & pipe protection, diversion of water course if required and restoration works in flexible and rigid pavements d) Restoration of dismantled Asphalt and Concrete Roads. A-3: Replacement of Blocked sewer network: a) Excavation in all kind of strata at varying depths for pipelines, b) Providing, laying and jointing of Sewer Pipeline for missing links by using 160 mm to 250mm dia 'U'PVC SN-8 class as per IS16098; 213 with latest amendments along with Hydraulic test for minimum length of 0.845 km including diversion of water course if required and restoration works in flexible and rigid pavements c) Providing, laying and jointing of Sewer Pipeline for missing links by using 200 mm & 250mm dia DI K-7 as per IS 8329:2000 with latest amendments along with Hydraulic test for minimum length of 0.061 km including necessary concrete anchoring & pipe protection, diversion of water course if required and restoration works in flexible and rigid pavements d) Restoration of dismantled Asphalt and Concrete Roads A-4: Providing House Service Connections: a) Excavation in all kind of strata for House Service Connections. b) Providing minimum of 6846 Nos House service connection which shall be laid from inside the customer property to Machine hole as per site condition. Note: i) Diversion of water course, if required, and Road restoration as per site requirement. ii) Road crossing works by Trenchless Technology with MS pipes of required dia and thickness mm (Fe 410 grade) as per IS 3589-2001 with latest amendments, for crossing of Highway iii) Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding.
