SIDL-004 - Part A - Providing individual UGD House Service Connections (HSC). Providing 2560 nos. 110 mm dia pvc-u individual UGD house service connections (which shall be laid inside the customer property), which includes the following. a) Providing and laying 110 mm dia PVC-U pipe dia SN 8 grade conforming to IS 16098: 2013. b) Providing and fixing 315 mm dia PE inspection chamber with lid and inlet and outlet arrangments. c) Necessary Civil works, concrete works and pipe fittings. Note. 1) All works and items shall be executed as per the IS, MoRTH specifications, CPHEEO guidelines and specifications mentioned in the contract. 2) Work shall be carried out as per the instructions of the engineer in charge. 3) Drawings are enclosed only for tender purpose.

SIDL-002 - Part A - Providing and laying of additional sewer lines in existing wards and newly developed wards. Providing and laying of sewer pipelines of various diameters and constuction of machineholes (22.905 km) including restoration of roads. It includes the following works. a) Site cleaning, excavation in all kind of soils and rocks, including cutting and excavation of Asphalt Road, Concrete Road, etc. b) Providing and laying pipeline with 300, 400, 500, 600, 700 and 800 mm dia RCC NP3 pipes conforming to IS 458 -1988 and IS 5382, Length - 8973 m. c) Providing and laying pipeline with 160, 200 and 250 mm dia u-PVC SN-8 pipes conforming to IS 16098 2013, length - 13931 m. d) Providing and construction of cast-in-situ or pre-cast RCC Machineholes of 1.2 mtr dia with Heavy duty SFRC covers, depth varies from 1.0 m to 2.3 m - 666 Nos. e) Providing and construction of cast-in-situ or pre-cast RCC Machineholes of 1.5 mtr dia with Heavy duty SFRC covers, depth varies from 2.4 m to 4.4 m - 124 Nos. f) Providing and construction of cast-in-situ or pre-cast RCC Machineholes of 1.8 mtr dia with Heavy duty SFRC covers, depth varies from 4.5 m to 6.0 m - 37 Nos. g) Refilling available earth around trenches, pipelines or machineholes. h) Dismantling of existing structures, laying of PCC and RCC including reinforcment steel, holes for drainage of water etc. i) Restoration of roads to the original condition. SIDL-013 - Part C - O&M for 5 years. O & M of wet well for 5th Year. Operation and maintenance of wet well, which includes, providing technical staff, operators, and others who are required to run the system in a complete manner and providing all materials for the operation of Wet well works. 1. Regular maintenance of all civil structures inside the Wet well premises. The maintenance consists of all kinds of repairs to damaged structures, cleaning and washing, and painting for civil structures once in two years 2. Operation and maintenance of all kinds of pumping machinery, and other mechanical components including electrical maintenance covering all repairs/replacement of transformers / electrical cable/switchboards/replacement of burnt parts of machinery all the above repairs & maintenance will be carried out as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge for the satisfactory functioning of the Wet Well. Note: Operation and Maintenance costs for the upgraded treatment facility by using NEBR technology shall not be paid under this contract. If Contractor intends to adopt any other nature-based technology other than NEBR, O&M Cost for 10 years shall be borne by the Contractor. ULB shall bear the electricity charges.

Operation and maintenance of wet well, which includes, providing technical staff, operators, and others who are required to run the system in a complete manner and providing all materials for the operation of Wet well works. 1. SIDL-008 - Part B - Upgradation to 6 MLD NEBR STP. Constructing, providing, installing and commisioning NEBR units or any other nature based technology from 3.10 MLD WSP STP to 6.0 MLD NEBR STP which includes ten (10) years O&M at no cost basis but with the permission the contractor to monitize the sludge or other incidental by products to meet O&M cost. which also includes the following. a) Additional anaerobic pond. b) Storage tank platform. c) Office cum laboratory. d) Guard room. e) Chlorine Contact Tank and Sludge drying bed. f) Hydroxidiser disinfection room. g) Outfall sewer line. h) Borewell including pumpset. i) STP yard lighting. j) Landscaping. Note. 1) All works and items shall be executed as per the IS, MoRTH specifications, CPHEEO guidelines and specifications mentioned in the contract. 2) Work shall be carried out as per the instructions of the engineer in charge. 3) Drawings are enclosed only for tender purpose.

SIDL-005 - Part A - Construction of Wet well. Construction of 8 mtr dia & 8.50 mtr depth Wet Well near STP with PTU, including Electrification works. a) Site cleaning, excavation in all kind of soil, etc. b) Construction of Primary Treatment Unit (PTU) at Proposed Wet Well. c) Electrification of Wet Well. d) Site cleaning, excavation in all kind of soils and rocks, including cutting and excavation of Asphalt Road, Concrete Road, etc. e) Providing and laying pipeline with 400 mm dia DI K9 pipes conforming to IS 8329-2000, Length - 50 m. f) Refilling available earth around trenches, pipelines.g) Providing and installation of valves. Note. 1) All works and items shall be executed as per the IS, MoRTH specifications, CPHEEO guidelines and specifications mentioned in the contract. 2) Work shall be carried out as per the instructions of the engineer in charge. 3) Drawings are enclosed only for tender purpose.

SIDL-001 - Part A - Repair & Replacement of existing Sewerline. Detailed study of existing Sewer network, Repairing of siltup/ blocked existing Sewerlines in Ward - 01, 04, 05, 06 & 09 (3.4 km) and Replacement of existing Sewerlines (2.0 Kms) including restoration of roads (subject to change at site as per the length approved by the Engineer-in-Charge). It includes the following works a) Site cleaning, excavation in all kind of soils and rocks, including cutting and excavation of asphalt road, concrete road, etc. b) Desilting of existing sewerlines, length - 3400 m. c) Repair of machineholes - 60 Nos. d) Dismantling & reconstruction of damaged machineholes - 15 Nos. e) Replacement of damaged machinehole cover with new SFRC machinehole cover by using M30 grade concrete as per the standard specifications (wherever required subject to approval by the Engineer-in-Charge). f) Providing and laying pipeline with 160 mm dia u-PVC SN-8 pipes conforming to IS 16098 2013, length - 1000 m. g) Providing and laying pipeline with 150 mm dia GSW pipes conforming to IS 651:1992 (with 5th revision), length - 1000 m. h) Conducting sewage flow test as per standard specification. i) Refilling available earth around trenches, pipelines or machineholes. j) Restoration of roads to the original condition. Note, 1) All works and items shall be executed as per the IS, MoRTH specifications, CPHEEO guidelines and specifications mentioned in the contract. 2) Work shall be carried out as per the instructions of the engineer incharge. 3) Drawings are enclosed only for tender purpose.
