CTMN005 - Part A - New HSC Connections. Providing new House Service Connections. Providing 2950 nos. 110 mm dia pvc-u individual UGD house service connections (which shall be laid inside the customer property), which includes the following. a) Providing and laying 110 mm dia PVC-U pipe dia SN 8 grade conforming to IS 16098-2013. b) Providing and fixing 315 mm dia PE inspection chamber with lid and inlet and outlet arrangments. c) Necessary Civil works, concrete works and pipe fittings. Note: 1) All works and items shall be executed as per the IS, MoRTH specifications, CPHEEO guidelines and specifications mentioned in the contract. 2) Work shall be carried out as per the instructions of the engineer in charge. 3) Drawings are enclosed only for tender purpose.

CTMN002 - Part A - Replacement of existing UGD network. Providing, laying, jointing, testing & commissioning of Sewer lines and Construction of BBM & RCC machinehole chambers including road restoration at Zone 1 and 2 (due to the inadequacy of the existing network diameter to meet the required flow capacity). It includes the following works. a) Site cleaning, excavation in all kind of soils, including cutting and excavation of Asphalt Road, Concrete Road, etc. b) Providing and laying pipeline with 200 and 250 mm dia U-PVC SN-8 pipes conforming to IS 16098 2013, length - 5776 m. c) Providing and laying pipeline with 300, 350, 400 and 500 mm dia RCC NP3 pipes conforming to IS 458-1988 and IS 5382, Length - 1681 m. d) Providing and construction of BBM Machineholes of 1.2 mtr dia with Heavy duty SFRC covers, depth varies from 1 m to 2.0 m - 152 Nos. e) Providing and construction of cast-in-situ or pre-cast RCC Machineholes of 1.2 mtr dia with Heavy duty SFRC covers, depth varies from 2.1 m to 2.3 m - 24 Nos. f) Providing and construction of cast-in situ or pre-cast RCC Machineholes of 1.5 mtr dia with Heavy duty SFRC covers, depth varies from 2.4 m to 4.3 m - 24 Nos. g) Providing and construction of cast-in-situ or pre-cast RCC Machineholes of 1.8 mtr dia with Heavy duty SFRC covers, depth varies from 4.8 m to 6.0 m - 9 Nos. CTMN010 - Part B - Construction of 7 MLD NEBR STP. Construction of 7 MLD capacity NEBR type STP at Amanikilukentekere village which includes O&M at no cost basis but with the permission the contractor to monitize the sludge or other incidental by products to meet O&M cost which also includes the following. a) Construction of Annamox tank, Biofiltration tank, Hydroxidiser and Phytoremediation tank. b) Providing of NEBR Bio Media, Floating rafts for vetiver grass and Hydroxidiser diffusing unit and necessary electromechanical components. c) Providing OCEMS as per CPCB/SPCB guidelines. d) Supplying and fixing of sludge transfer pumps. e) Layout piping. f) Providing of approach road to wetwell and STP. g) Construction of sludge drying beds. h) Construction of Hydroxidiser, Office and Gaurd room. i) Providing and laying of leadoff line and flow meters for inlet and outlet. j) Providing borewell for fresh water source. k) Providing layout lighting arrangements. l) Fencing around STP premises. m) Landscaping and electrification works. It includes the following works. a) Site cleaning, excavation in all kind of soils, including cutting and excavation of Asphalt Road, Concrete Road, etc. b) Providing and laying pipeline with 160, 200 and 250 mm dia U-PVC SN-8 pipes conforming to IS 16098 2013, length - 30132 m. c) Providing and laying pipeline with 300, 350, 600 and 700 mm dia RCC NP3 pipes conforming to IS 458-1988 and IS 5382, Length - 3328 m. d) Providing and construction of BBM Machineholes of 1.2 mtr dia with Heavy duty SFRC covers, depth varies from 1 m to 2.0 m - 1098 Nos. e) Providing and construction of cast-in-situ or pre-cast RCC Machineholes of 1.2 mtr dia with Heavy duty SFRC covers, depth varies from 2.1 m to 2.3 m - 76 Nos. f) Providing and construction of cast-in situ or pre-cast RCC Machineholes of 1.5 mtr dia with Heavy duty SFRC covers, depth varies from 2.4 m to 3.7 m - 134 Nos. g) Providing and construction of cast-in-situ or pre-cast RCC Machineholes of 1.8 mtr dia with Heavy duty SFRC covers, depth varies from 4.5 m to 5.6 m - 5 Nos. CTMN004 - Part A - Trenchless Crossing. Crossing of National Highway / Railway by trenchless technology. It includes the following works. a) Trenchless technology method total 107 m depth upto 5 m at two locations 900 mm dia and 12 mm thick M S casing pipe. Note: 1) All works and items shall be executed as per the IS, MoRTH specifications, CPHEEO guidelines and specifications mentioned in the contract. 2) Work shall be carried out as per the instructions of the engineer in charge. 3) Drawings are enclosed only for tender purpose.

CTMN014 - Part C - O&M for 5 years. O & M of wet well for 4th Year. Operation and maintenance of wet well, which includes, providing technical staff, operators, and others who are required to run the system in a complete manner and providing all materials for the operation of Wet well works. 1. Regular maintenance of all civil structures inside the Wet well premises. The maintenance consists of all kinds of repairs to damaged structures, cleaning and washing, and painting for civil structures once in two years 2. Operation and maintenance of all kinds of pumping machinery, and other mechanical components including electrical maintenance covering all repairs/replacement of transformers / electrical cable/switchboards/replacement of burnt parts of machinery all the above repairs & maintenance will be carried out as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge for the satisfactory functioning of the Wet Well. Note: Operation and Maintenance costs for the upgraded treatment facility by using NEBR technology shall not be paid under this contract. If Contractor intends to adopt any other nature-based technology other than NEBR, O&M Cost shall be borne by the Contractor. ULB shall bear the electricity charges.

CTMN007 - Part A - Construction of Wet Well. Construction of 10 mtr dia and 9.7 mtr depth Wet Well in STP Premises with PTU and Electrification works. It includes the following works. a) Site cleaning, excavation in all kind of soil, etc. b) Construction of Primary Treatment Unit (PTU) at Proposed Wet Well. c) Supply of E.O.T of 3.5 MT capacity with accessory, etc. d) Electrification of Wet Well. e) Providing and laying of Double Chambered Restrained Joint DI K9 Pipes Sewage Pumping Main from proposed Wet Well to proposed STP in Zone 2 conforming to IS 5382-1985 - 400 mm dia - 50 m. f) Supplying and fixing of DI specials with ISI mark confoming to IS 9523 or 2000 suitable for jointing 100 mm to 600 mm dia DI pipes coated with rust prevention. CTMN003 - Part A - Rehabilitation of existing outfall sewer line. Rehabilitation of existing outfall sewer line from Railway crossing to Outfall in Zone 2. It includes the following works. a)Detailed study of existing Sewer network. b) Site cleaning, excavation in all kind of soils, including cutting and excavation of Asphalt Road, Concrete Road, etc. c) Providing and laying pipeline with 500 and 600 mm dia RCC NP3 pipes conforming to IS 458-1988 and IS 5382, Length - 370 m. d) Desilting of sewer lines (wherever required subject to approval by the Engineer-in-Charge). Length - 1200 m. e) Repair of machine holes for different depths (wherever required subject to approval by the Engineer-in-Charge). - 14 Nos. f) Providing and fixing of SFRC frame and covers (wherever required subject to approval by the Engineer-in-Charge). - 20 Nos. g) Conducting sewage flow test as per standard specification. h) Providing and construction of cast-in situ or pre-cast RCC Machineholes of 1.5 mtr dia with Heavy duty SFRC covers, depth varies from 2.4 m to 3.8 m - 3 Nos. i) Providing and construction of cast-in-situ or pre-cast RCC Machineholes of 1.8 mtr dia with Heavy duty SFRC covers, depth varies from 4.8 m to 5.1 m - 5 Nos. CTMN008 - Part A - Pumping Machinery at Wet Well. Providing 3 Nos of 45 HP Nonclog Submersible Sewage Pumping machineries for pumping sewage from proposed Wet Well to proposed STP at Zone 2. a) Duty conditions of pumpsets. i) Discharge of 87.5 LPS against a total head of 19 m - 45 HP or suitable HP Pumpset during Peak flow. (2W+1S). b) Supplying and fixing DI Resilient seated soft sealing Sluice Valve of various dia 200 and 400 mm dia PN 16 - 4 Nos. c) Providing and fixing of ductile iron double flanged swing check valves - 200 and 400 mm dia PN 16 - 4 Nos. d) Control panel with 3 Nos. of Digital Soft Starter 45 HP (2W+1S) and Capacitors. e) Supplying and fixing of level sensors.
