SGR 001 - Providing Sewer Pipeline and Machineholes in left out areas including restoration of roads includes the following works a) Site cleaning , Earth Excavation in all kind of soils,including cutting and excavation of Asphalt Road,Concrete Road , etc. b)Providing and laying of pipeline ,with 160, 200 mm dia U-PVC SN-8 pipes confirming to IS 16098:2013, length-5544 m c) Providing and laying of pipeline ,with 300, 400 dia RCC NP3 pipes confirming to IS 458:1988 & IS 5382, Length - 1759 m d) Providing and laying of pipeline ,with 150, 200, 250, 350, 400 and 500 mm dia DI K-7 pipes confirming to IS 8329:2000, Length - 3382 m e) Providing and laying of pipeline ,with 350 and 600 mm dia ERW pipes confirming to IS 3589:2001, Length - 60 m f) Providing and construction of Cast-insitu/ Pre-cast RCC Machine holes of 1.2 mtr dia with Heavy duty SFRC covers, depth varies from 1 to 2.3 m - 222 Nos g) Providing and construction of Cast-insitu/ Pre-cast RCC Machine holes of 1.5 mtr dia with Heavy duty SFRC covers, depth varies from 2.4 to 5.5 m - 116 Nos h) Providing and laying CC for Anchor blocks with M25 design mix using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregates - 200 cum. Note: 1) All works and items shall be executed as per the IS, MoRTH specifications, CPHEEO guidelines and specifications mentioned in the contract. 2) Work shall be carried out as per the instructions of the engineer incharge. 3) Drawings are enclosed only for tender purpose.i) Crossing of pipeline through state highway / National highway by Trenchless technology (manual jacking method) at 5 locations, total 250 m length, depth upto 6 m at 5 locations, Jacking of 600 mm dia & 10 mm thick M.S. Casing Pipe. Note: 1) All works and items shall be executed as per the IS, MoRTH specifications, CPHEEO guidelines and specifications mentioned in the contract. 2) Work shall be carried out as per the instructions of the engineer incharge. j) Providing and Constructing 450 mm thick hand packed rough stone revetment consisting of 300 mm thick rough stones with 400 to 450 mm long through stones at 1.5mtr C/c - 3000m

SGR 002 - Construction of cement concrete road of 500 m approach road to existing 9 MLD STP which includes the following a) Scarifying of existing granular surface b) Providing and Construction of dry lean concrete c) Providing and construction of cc pavement with M30 grade. Note 1) All works and items shall be executed as per the IS, MoRTH specifications, CPHEEO guidelines and specifications mentioned in the contract.2) Work shall be carried out as per the instructions of the engineer incharge.3) Drawings are enclosed only for tender purpose.

SGR 003 - Construction of 0.62 MLD capacity SBR technology STP at L B Nagar of Zone 5 which includes the following a) Construction of PTU b) Construction of 5 m dia wetwell cum pump house c) Construction of SBR basins d) Construction of Chlorine contact tank e) Construction of Sludge sump with pump house, centrate and Administration building f) Bypass arrangements g) Supply, erection and commissioning of 63 KVA DG set h) Providing 11 KV express feeder main from MUSS to STP including outdoor switch gear i) Land scaping / furnitures / safety equipments and training for ULBs j) Internal roads k) Fencing and yard lighting l) Instrumentation & Control, Automation.
