Providing 3 Nos of suitable HP non-clog Submersible Sewage Pumping machineries for pumping sewage from proposed Wet Well at Zone-1 to to proposed STP at Zone-5 Masake Village. a) Non-clog sewage pumpsets of 20 HP - 3 Nos. b) Supplying and fixing DI Resilient seated soft sealing Sluice Valve of various dia 200 mm dia PN 16 - 3 Nos. c) Providing and fixing of ductile iron double flanged swing check valves -200 mm dia PN 16 - 2 Nos. d) Transformer: Supplying, erecting, testing and commissioning of 63 KVA capacity 5 star rating copper wound Distribution Transformer. e) DG Set: Supplying, erecting, testing and commissioning of 62.5 KVA capacity 5 star rating copper wound Distribution DG Set. f) Construction of Transformer yard. g) Construction of DG Room for suitable KVA DG Set of soze 6m x 3.5m at the poposed Wet well site. h) Any other appurtenance/Allied works applicable as per the site conditions and design requirement. i) Other allied works to complete the work. Providing and Laying of 150 mm dia DI K-9 Class Pipe Sewage Raising Main Line from Proposed Wetwell at Zone-1, Masake Village to Proposed 1.2 MLD STP at Zone-5 at Masake Village 1.325 Kms. a) Site cleaning , Earth Excavation in all kinds of strata, including cutting and excavation & Restoration of Asphalt Road,Concrete Road, etc. b) Providing and laying of DI K9 Pipes conforming to IS 5382-1985 - 150 mm dia, including specials and all other appurtenances - 1.325 Kms. c) Supply and fixing of Single / Double chamber triple function tamper proof Air valves (200 mm dia.) & Air Cushion valves (200 mm dia.) - 2 Nos. & 1 No. respectively. d)Supplying and fixing DI Resilient seated soft sealing Sluice Valve of variouis dia. upto 200 mm dia - 3 Nos. e) Construction of anchor block and valve chamber. f) Any other appurtenance/Allied works applicable as per the site conditions and design requirement. g) Other allied works to complete the work. Providing 2186 nos. 110 mm dia pvc-u individual UGD house service connections (which shall be laid inside the customer property) in Zone-1 of Robertsonpet, which includes the following. a) Providing and laying 110 mm dia PVC-U pipe dia SN 8 grade conforming to IS 16098: 2013. b) Providing and fixing 315 mm dia PE inspection chamber with lid and inlet and outlet arrangments. c) Necessary Civil works, concrete works and pipe fittings. d) Any other appurtenance/Allied works applicable as per the site conditions and design requirement. e) Other allied works to complete the work. code07 - PART B - Construction of Sewage Treatment Plant (STP). Construction of 1.2 MLD Capacity SBR Technology STP at Masake Village in Zone-5 and Provision of Open channel & Electromagnetic Open channel flow meters at 5 MLD Ex. MBBR STP site at Parandalli which includes the following. a) Construction of Equalization Tank. b) Construction of Distribution Chambers. c) Construction of SBR basins. d) Construction of Chlorine Contact Tank, CHlorine contact building. e) Construction of Polyelectrolyte dosing tank. f) Construction of raw water sludge sump. g) Construction of centrate sump. h) Construction of treated water tank. i) Construction of admin room, blower room, laboratory, PMCC, PLC-SCADA room. j) Construction of Sludge sump with pump house, drain sump, plant water sump. k) Construction of chlorination room, DG room and Guard room. l) Construction of centrifuge feed pump house, Centrifuge building. m) Providing green belt all around the STP as per KSPCB norms. n) Providing fencing and yard lighting. o) Provision for bye-pass arrangement, pumps, express feeder main and electrical infrastructure including DG set and transformer. p) Providing Electro-Mechanical items for SBR type STP. q) Supplying & Installation of OCEMS & open channel & Electromagnetic open channel flow meters at Existing 5 MLD STP Site at Parandali. r) Any other appurtenance/Allied works applicable as per the site conditions and design requirement. s) Other allied works to complete the work. code08 - PART C - Operation & Maintenance works. O & M of STP & Wet well for 5 Years. Operation and maintenance of the STP & Wet Well, which includes providing technical staff, operators, and others who are required to run the system in a complete manner and providing all materials & chemicals required, for the operation of Sewage Treatment Plant works and Wet Well: 1. Regular maintenance of all civil structures inside the Sewage Treatment Plant and Wet Well premises. The maintenance consists of all kinds of repairs to damaged structures, cleaning and washing, and painting for civil structures once in two years. 2. Operation and maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plant including dosing of required quantity of chlorine and other chemicals including replacement of any component as required as per standard of established norms from time to time. Maintaining the quality of treated sewage as per the guidelines set forth by the NGT, KSPCB and CPHEEO manual including cost of testing of treated sewage at a regular interval. 3. Operation and maintenance of all kinds of pumping machinery, and other mechanical components including electrical maintenance covering all repairs/replacement of transformers / electrical cable / switchboards / replacement of burnt parts of machinery all the above repairs & maintenance will be carried out as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge for the satisfactory functioning of the STP and Wet Well.
