HUBA1 - A1. Construction of UGD-Hubballi City Providing Sewer Pipeline and Machineholes in Upgradation of sewerage network of main trunk line from Karwar road to old Gabbur STP by connecting submains lines of Mantur road, Kundagol road Bidnal road, Mehkar Nagar road with all allied works in Hubballi city including restoration of roads. The following works are included. a)Excavation in all kind of strata at varying depths b)Providing, laying and jointing Sewer Pipeline for Construction of Main Trunk Line, RCC NP3, with pipe dia varying from 1200 mm to 1800 mm for minimum length 5.10km, confirming to IS:458-1988 and jointing of pipes with rubber rings along confirming to IS:5382 along with Hydraulic tests, including restoration works in flexible and rigid pavements. c)Providing, laying, jointing Sewer line with dia varying from 250 mm to 1000 for sub trunk main works with RCC NP3, for a minimum length 2.50 km confirming to IS:458-1988 and jointing of pipes with rubber rings along confirming to IS:5382 along with Hydraulic test, including restoration works in flexible and rigid pavements. d)Providing and Construction of RCC machine hole chambers, of 1.5m, 1.8m and 2.4mdia cast-insitu/Pre-cast with heavy duty SFRC cover and frame, for varying depths (the depth may vary as per the site condition)e)Diversion of water course if required, and Road restoration as per site requirement f)Other allied works to complete the work.

HUBA2 - A2.Construction of RCC Wet Well at Old Gabbur village.- Hubballi City a)Construction of RCC Wet well cum Pump house to house pumps of required capacity & Pre-treatment Units, bar screen of manual type, with provision of inspection chamber, grit chamber, with silt trap arrangement and stair case arrangement for the maintenance in screen chamber for the wet well of capacity 80 MLD at Gabbur Village. b)Providing, Laying, Jointing, testing & commissioning of required diameter of DI K-9 Class Rising main from Wet well to STP minimum of Length: 1.1 km including necessary pipe ancillary works, including restoration works in flexible and rigid pavements.c)Supply, Erection, Electrification, testing & Commissioning of Non-clog Sewage Pump sets of required capacity including panel bords etc along with all accessories at Wet well including allied works such as DG room, Chain link fencing etc d)Providing 11 KV - 3 Phase power supply Line from Sub-station to wet well from sub-station at Hubballi road with necessary transformers including approvals from ESCOMS. e)Providing DG room, Green belt/ land scaping in buffer zone of proposed Wetwell, Construction of internal developments such as roads, street light etc.,

DHAA1 - A1. Construction of UGD-Dharward City Providing Sewer Pipeline and Machineholes in Kolikeri, Saudatti Road, Navalgund Road areas in Dharwad city a)Excavation in all kind of strata at varying depths b)Providing, laying and jointing Sewer Pipeline by using 250 mm to 500 mm dia RCC , NP3 class confirming to IS:458-1988 and jointing of pipes with rubber rings along confirming to IS:5382 along with Hydraulic test for wards 4,5,6,7,8,9,21,22,23 minimum length of 6.35 km including restoration works in flexible and rigid pavements. c)Providing, laying and jointing HDPE Sewer Pipeline by using 150 mm to 200 mm dia HDPE SN8 pipes IS:16098 and jointing of pipes , cutting of pipes etc along with Hydraulic test for wards 4,5,6,7,8,9,21,22,23 minimum length of 10 km including restoration works in flexible and rigid pavements. d)Providing, laying and jointing uPVC Sewer Pipeline by using 200 mm dia as per IS:16098 and jointing of pipes, cutting of pipes etc along with Hydraulic test for wards 4,5,6,7,8,9,21,22,23 minimum length of 3.7 km including restoration works in flexible and rigid pavements. e)Providing and Construction of RCC machine hole chambers, of 1.2 and 1.5 dia cast-insitu/Pre-cast with heavy duty SFRC cover and frame , for varying depths ( the depth may vary as per the site condition) f)Diversion of water course if required, and Road restoration as per site requirement g)Providing House Service Connections (HSC) :3641 Nos. (which shall be laid from inside the customer property to Machine hole as per site condition) h)other allied works to complete the work.
