HMD02 - PART B: Construction of wet well, Rising main and Electromechanical works: a) Excavation in all kind of strata at varying depths for wet well and pipe lines b) Construction new RCC wet well of dia 6.00 mtr and liquid depth 4.00 mtr and pump house over wet well. c) Providing, laying and jointing of Sewer Pipeline from proposed wet well to Ridge MH-840 by using 200mm dia DI K-9 class as per IS 8329:2000 with latest amendments along with Hydraulic test for minimum length of 1.22km including necessary concrete anchoring & pipe protection, diversion of water course if required and restoration works in flexible and rigid pavements. d) Supply, Erection, Electrification and Commissioning of 2 Nos of 95 HP (1W +1S) at existing wet well of Zone-1, 2 Nos of 70 HP (1W +1S) at existing Shivpurgalli wet well of Zone-1A, 2 Nos of 30 HP (1W +1S) at existing Dhummanasuru wet well of Zone-1B and 2 Nos of 30HP (Lps-200 to 300m3/hrs , Head -30m) (1W +1S) at proposed wet well of Zone-2 with LT Control Panel, LT cable, solar street lighting with allied accessories etc., e) Other allied works to complete the work. f) Any other appurtenance / allied works applicable as per the site conditions and design requirements. Note: i) Diversion of water course, if required, and Road restoration as per site requirement. ii) Road crossing works by Trenchless Technology with MS pipes of required dia and thickness mm (Fe 410 grade) as per IS 3589-2001 with latest amendments, for crossing of Highway iii) Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding. Rubble stone masonry in cement mortar and Cement Concrete Grade M-15 & M-20 and restoring to original condition. iv) Other allied works to complete the work. v) Any other appurtenance / allied works applicable as per the site conditions and design requirements

HMD04 - PART D: Rehabilitation of existing 6 MLD WSP type STP: a) Rehabilitation of Anerobic Ponds, Polishing Pond and other allied works for existing 6 MLD WSP type STP b) Supply, installation and commissioning of Electromagnetic Flow Meter (EMF) As Per ISO 4064-400mm, Motorized Knife gate valve -400mm dia with Bypass arrangements (Influent and Effluent EM flow Transmitters) c) OCEMS unit - supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 8 MLD NEBR Type STP along with other connected accessories to monitor inlet and Outlet Sewage parameters namely Ph, BOD, COD, TSS, Total phophrous, Total Nitrigen, communication interface enable with RS-485/RS-232/RJ45 ethernet port protocal should be modbus. vendor shoud provide modbus register for SCADA integration etc, with IOT based SCADA INTEGRATION SYSTEM for OCEMS and Flow meters along with Civil work complete d) Other allied works to complete the work. e) Any other appurtenance / allied works applicable as per the site conditions and design requirements. HMD06 - Part-F: Operation & Maintenance of 1 new and 3 existing Wet wells: a) 1st Year Operation & Maintenance of 1 new & 3 existing Wet wells for 5 years excluding power charges including Deflect Liability Period. Note: 1) All works and items shall be executed as per the IS, MoRTH specifications, CPHEEO guidelines and specifications mentioned in the contract. 2) Work shall be carried out as per the instructions of the engineer incharge.
