001 - Providing Sewer Pipeline and Machineholes in left out areas including restoration of roads includes the following works a) Site cleaning , Earth Excavation in all kind of soils,including cutting and excavation of Asphalt Road,Concrete Road , etc b)Providing and laying of pipeline ,with 160,250 mm dia U-PVC SN-8 pipes confirming to IS 16098:2013, length-7884 m c))Providing and laying of pipeline ,with 150,200.250mm dia DI K-7 pipes confirming to IS 168329:2000, Length - 790 m d)Providing and construction of Table moulded Brick Mechine holes chambers of 1.2 mtr dia with Heavy duty SFRC covers, depth varies from 1 to 2.3 m - 246 Nos e)Providing and construction of Table moulded Brick Mechine holes chambers of 1.5 mtr dia with Heavy duty SFRC covers, depth varies from 2.4 to 4.1m - 36 Nos f)Providing and construction of Table moulded Brick Mechine holes chambers of 1.8 mtrs dia with Heavy duty SFRC covers, depth varies from 4.1 to 5.2 m - 9 Nos g) Construction of RCC machinehole chambers of dia 1.2 mtrs, depth varies from 0.6 to 2.3 m- 5 Nos. h) Construction of RCC machinehole chamber of dia 1.5 mtrs., depth 2.5 m- 1 Nos. i) Dismantelling of extisting structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structures, comparising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffodling where ever necessary, including sorting and disposal of unserviceable material-57 Cum. j) Providing coursed rubble stone mansonry - 27 Cum. k) Provding and laying M20 design mix RCC - 30 Cum. l) Providing gravel/murrum bedding for 5 pipe line trenches, including watering consolidation - 360 Cum. m) Providing M sand bedding below pipeline trenches and machineholes - 532 mtrs. n) Restoration of concrete road 3000mx1.2mx0.2 m - 720 Cum with WMM - 20 cms thick, unrainforced design mix PCC M 20 grade concrete - 15 cms thick as per clause 1501.2.2. o) Providing and laying of asphalt road (4800 mx1.2 m) with WMM 20 cms, primer coat with SS1 grade bitumen emulsion - 0.9 kgs per Sqm, SDBC 0.03 thick with bitumious binder VG - 30 at 5% by weight of mix, tack coat with grade bitumenious emulsion - 0.2 kgs per Sqm, Bituminous Macadam with - 0.05 mm thick with bitumious binder VG 40 @ 3.3%. Compaction to be done as per MoRTH V revision. 002 - Providing 1000 nos. 110mm dia pvc-u individual UGD house service connections (which shall be laid inside the customer property) which includes the following : a) Providing and laying of 110 mm dia PVC-U pipe dia SN 8 grade confirming to IS 16098:2013 b) Providing and fixing 315 mm dia PE inspection chamber with lid and inlet and outlet arrangments. c) Necessary Civil works, concrete works and pipe fittings. Note: 1) All works and items shall be executed as per the IS, MoRTH specifications, CPHEEO guidelines and specifications mentioned in the contract. 2) Work shall be carried out as per the instructions of the engineer incharge. 3) Drawings are enclosed only for tender purpose.

003 - Construction of (3 m dia, depth up to 6 m) RCC wet well, screen chambers pump house, Electrification& illumination ,Chainlink fencing around the wetwell, etc at 4 locations (Paschimavahini, wellesly bridge, RT Nagar and ancient temple). Note: 1) All works and items shall be executed as per the IS, MoRTH specifications, CPHEEO guidelines and specifications mentioned in the contract. 2) Work shall be carried out as per the instructions of the engineer incharge. 3) Drawings are enclosed only for tender purpose. Supplying, errection and commissioning of required capacity pumping machinery at 4 existing wet wells and 4 proposed wet wells along with necessary panel board, cable, GI pipe, earthing, inspection chambers with MS/DI frame covers, firefighting kit and tool kit etc. Note: 1) All works and items shall be executed as per the IS, MoRTH specifications, CPHEEO guidelines and specifications mentioned in the contract. 2) Work shall be carried out as per the instructions of the engineer incharge. 3) Drawings are enclosed only for tender purpose. Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of 15 KVA, 3 nos. DG sets and 63 KVA 1 no. as per BS 5514/ISO 3046/ ISO 8528 and IS 1002/ISO 3046 and generator specifications including cable, earthing, anti virbration mounts and all necessary items. Note: 1) All works and items shall be executed as per the IS, MoRTH specifications, CPHEEO guidelines and specifications mentioned in the contract. 2) Work shall be carried out as per the instructions of the engineer incharge. 3) Drawings are enclosed only for tender purpose. Repair to existing wet wells, DG rooms and electrical installations. Note: 1) This is a Lump sum provisional item made in the estimate for 50 lakhs . Same shall be executed as per the site condition & directions of the employer / Engineer incharge. 2) payment for the same will be made as per the actual quantity executed. 3)All works and items shall be executed as per the IS, MoRTH specifications, CPHEEO guidelines and specifications mentioned in the contract. 4) Work shall be carried out as per the instructions of the engineer incharge. Running LT cable and construction of transformer yard which includes: a) Supply and running of 3 Phase 4 Wire Power Line on 8 m Supports Using RABBIT ACSR Conductor with an Average Span of 40 Mtr at 4 loctions total quantity 1000 m, providing and erection of RCC Pole - 8 m Long, 115 Kg WL-1 no., PSCC Pole - 8 m Long, 200 Kg WL-24 nos. with all necessary fittings to run the cable. b) Construction of transformer yard at Maruthi Nagar with necessary size stone masonry, concreting, GI chain link fencing, painting, spreading of size stone aggregrate inside the yard etc. Note: 1) All works and items shall be executed as per the IS, MoRTH specifications, CPHEEO guidelines and specifications mentioned in the contract. 2) Work shall be carried out as per the instructions of the engineer incharge. 3) Drawings are enclosed only for tender purpose.
