Code01 - Part A -Laying of sewer network, construction of wet wells & other allied works. Providing sewer pipeline and machineholes in the left out areas, including restoration of roads and highway crossing. It includes the following works. a) Site cleaning, excavation in all kind of strata, including cutting and excavation & Restoration of Asphalt Road,Concrete Road, etc. b) Providing and laying pipeline with 160 mm dia U-PVC SN-8 pipes conforming to IS 16098:2013, including specials and all other appurtenances, length - 9935 m. c) Providing and laying pipeline with 300 mm to 700 mm dia RCC NP3 pipes conforming to IS 458:1988 and IS 5382, including specials and all other appurtenances, Length - 4511 m. d) Providing and construction of cast-in-situ / pre-cast RCC machineholes of 1.2 m dia with heavy duty SFRC covers, depth varies from 1 m to 2.3 m - 270 Nos. e) Providing and construction of cast-in-situ / pre-cast RCC machineholes of 1.5 mtr dia with heavy duty SFRC covers, depth varies from 2.4 m to 6.0 m - 93 Nos. f) Crossing of pipeline through State Highway / National Highway by Trenchless technology (manual jacking method) near Kolar Chintamani road, total 25 m length, depth up to 5 m, Jacking of 900 mm dia & 10 mm thick M.S. Casing Pipe along with 700mm dia DI K9 carrier pipe. g) Any other appurtenance/Allied works applicable as per the site conditions and design requirement. h) Other allied works to complete the work. Note: 1) All works and items shall be executed as per the IS, MoRTH specifications, CPHEEO guidelines and specifications mentioned in the contract. 2) Work shall be carried out as per the instructions of the engineer in charge. 3) Drawings are enclosed only for tender purpose.

code02 - Part A - Laying of sewer network, construction of wet wells & other allied works. Construction of 10 mtr dia & 10.5 mtr depth Wet Well near Chinnapura Tank on Manigatta Road with PTU, including DG Room, Compound works and Electrification works. a) Site cleaning, excavation in all kind of strata, etc. b) Construction of Primary Treatment Unit (PTU) including receiving chamber, fine screen chamber, grit chamber and parshall flume at Proposed Wet Well. c) Construction of 6.00 m x 3.5 m size Generator Room near Wet Well. d) Supply of Geared Cross Trolley of 2 MT capacity with accessory, etc. e) Supply & fixing of 2 MT capacity Spur Geared 5 MT capacity ISI make chain pulley block with lifting chain of suitable length. f) Construction of Transformer yard. g) Electrification of Wet Well and yard lighting. h) Any other appurtenance/Allied works applicable as per the site conditions and design requirement. i) Other allied works to complete the work. Note: 1) All works and items shall be executed as per the IS, MoRTH specifications, CPHEEO guidelines and specifications mentioned in the contract. 2) Work shall be carried out as per the instructions of the engineer in charge. 3) Drawings are enclosed only for tender purpose.
