MNDY 001 - Part A Providing and laying of missing link sewer pipelines of 160 mm diameter and constuction of machineholes for Chamundeshwari Nagar 10th cross road towards Shankar Nagar, Mandya (0.432 km) including restoration of roads. It includes the following works a) Site cleaning, excavation in all kind of soils and rocks, including cutting and excavation of asphalt road, concrete road, etc. b) Providing and laying pipeline with 160 mm dia u-PVC SN-8 pipes conforming to IS 16098 2013, length - 432 m. c) Providing and construction of cast-in-situ or pre-cast RCC Machineholes of 1.2 mtr dia with Heavy duty SFRC covers, depth varies from 1 m to 2.2 m - 6 Nos. d) Providing and construction of cast-in situ or pre-cast RCC Machineholes of 1.5 mtr dia with Heavy duty SFRC covers, depth varies from 2.7 m to 4.1 m - 10 Nos. e) Refilling available earth around trenches, pipelines or machineholes AND any other appurtanances/allied works as per the site and design requirement. Note, 1) All works and items shall be executed as per the IS, MoRTH specifications, CPHEEO guidelines and specifications mentioned in the contract. 2) Work shall be carried out as per the instructions of the engineer incharge. 3) Drawings are enclosed only for tender purpose.

MNDY 002 - Part A Providing and laying of linking outfall sewer pipelines of various diameters and constuction of machineholes from Gurumata Road to Guthalu STP (2.722 km) including restoration of roads. It includes the following works. a) Site cleaning, excavation in all kind of soils and rocks, including cutting and excavation of Asphalt Road, Concrete Road, etc. b) Providing and laying pipeline with 350, 450, 600, 700 and 800 mm dia RCC NP3 pipes conforming to IS 458 -1988 and IS 5382, Length - 2722 m. c) Providing and construction of cast-in-situ or pre-cast RCC Machineholes of 1.2 mtr dia with Heavy duty SFRC covers, depth varies from 1.7 m to 2.3 m - 43 Nos. d) Providing and construction of cast-in-situ or pre-cast RCC Machineholes of 1.5 mtr dia with Heavy duty SFRC covers, depth varies from 2.3 m to 4.9 m - 47 Nos. e) Refilling available earth around trenches, pipelines or machineholes. f) dismantling of existing structures, laying of PCC and RCC including reinforcment steel, holes for drainage of water etc AND any other appurtanances/allied works as per the site and design requirement. Note, 1) All works and items shall be executed as per the IS, MoRTH specifications, CPHEEO guidelines and specifications mentioned in the contract. 2) Work shall be carried out as per the instructions of the engineer in charge. 3) Drawings are enclosed only for tender purpose.

MNDY 003 - Part A Providing 3 Nos of 83 HP Nonclog Submersible Sewage Pumping machineries for pumping sewage from Wetwell to Yathagadahalli STP. a) Duty conditions of the pumpsets, discharge of 169.27 LPS against a total head of 20 Mtrs - 83 HP or suitable HP Pumpset during Peak flow. b) Supplying and fixing DI Resilient seated soft sealing Sluice Valve of various dia 100, 150 and 500 mm dia PN 16 - 5 Nos. c) Providing and fixing of ductile iron double flanged swing check valves -100, 150 and 500 mm dia PN 10 - 5 Nos. d) Control Panel with 1 Nos. digital soft starter, 83 HP and Capacitors. e) Providing and laying MS specials such as bends, tail pieces, reduces etc. conforming to IS-7322:1985 - 800 kg. h) Erection of pumpsets. i) Erection of control panel board & starters j) Servicing and commissioning. k) Supply, Installation, Testing of Electrically operated Hoist - Min 3 ton capcity electric hoist. l) Supply, Installation,Testing of Manually operated Sluice Gate confirming to IS 13349 Part-I for isolation purpose -500mm Wide X 500mm Depth - 2Nos. m) Supply, fabrication, Installation, testing of mechanical Fine bar screen of SS 316 at inlet of STP -500mm Wide Screen X 200mm SWD + 300mm FB, min 2000mm Long or as per design, 6mm bar spacing and min 3mm bar thickness flat conveyor 500 mm wide x 2000 mm long portable trolley capacity 0.5 cum -1Nos n) Refubishment of Pumphouse Civil Structure AND any other appurtanances/allied works as per the site and design requirement.
