KUPG04 - Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete for all Foundation works. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticizers laid in finished layers, well compacted using needle vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials, quality confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications

KUPG05 - Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete for all Super structures of building , Road works, Water works, Irrigation works & super structure works of bridges upto 3.50 m height. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers laid in layers, well compacted using needle vibrators. The cost includes all lead & lifts, cost of all materials, quality confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes , labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. KUPG06 - Supplying, fitting and placing TMT FE 550 / 550D Steel Reinforcement including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cleaning, straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, laping/welding joints, tying with binding wire / soft annealed steel wire and other ancilary operations complete as per drawing and technical specification. Buildings.

KUPG07 - Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete for levelling course forall works in foundation. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarseaggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid inlayers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators,including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges ofmachinery, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications.Mix 1:3:6 Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates

KUPG08 - Providing and constructing laterite size stone masonry including costand conveyance of all materials curing etc complete as per specificationI.S. 3620/1979 having compressive strength not less than 3.5 N/mm2 for saturated dry samples - For Basement in CM 1:6.

KUPG09 - Providing Flush / Ruled/ Struck or weathered pointing Pointing on brickwork or brick flooring with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand)after raking joints to depth nicely lining, including cost of materials, labour,curing as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge

KUPG10 - Providing 20 mm cement plaster of mix :1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) tobrick/stone masonry including rounding off corners wherever requiredsmooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost ofmaterials, labour, curing complete as per specifications and as per directionsof Engineer-in-charge.

KUPG11 - Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles with thickness 9-10 mm in different sizes with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thickcement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cementslurry @ 3.3 kg/ m2 including grouting the joints with white cement andmatching pigments etc., complete.

KUPG12 - Providing and fixing factory made pre fabricated non-monolithic PremiumR.C.C. Door Frames factory manufactured in separate parts and assembledat bolts nuts system with mechanical table vibrating as per IS 6523-1983with using M25 concrete as per IS 456 and reinforced with 1.70 kg of TMTsteel reinforced with 3 No. of 6 mm dia Main TMT bars and 6 mm Dia TMTstirrups welded at 40 cm c/c in triangle shape per meter length of doorframes, including cost of steel and fabrication charges having 4 No. of 304Grade Stainless Steel hinges plate attachment made of 165 mm x 25 mm x2.5 mm Stainless Steel Flat welded with required iron rods and flats withdrilling for fixing flat CSK Head Machine screws made out of 304 gradestainless steel screws and MS square nuts of size 8 x 8 square and length10 mm and making necessary provision in concrete for fixing aldrops,tower bolts and hold fasts etc., complete including two coats of oil based enamel primer providing without cill for shutter thickness upto 32 mm,21 days tank immersed curing including cost of labour, materials, usage charge of machinery complete excluding the cost of door fixtures as per the direction of Engineer.Cross section of 60mmx100mm.

KUPG13 - Providing and fixing flush door shutter made out of solid core block boardtype, well seasoned , chemicaly treated hard wood battens and internalframe with minimum 45 mm wide wooden frame alround door shutterscovered with cross bonded wooden sheets (core veneer) hot pressed andfastened on both sides of the door useing liquid phenol formaldehyderesin as per IS specifications 2202 (part-I) 1991. from manufacturercomplete as per spcification.

KUPG14 - Providing & fixing 30mm thick factory made rigid foam Prelam PanelledDoor Shutters made from M.S. tube of 19x19mm, 19 gauge for stiles and15x15mm for top & bottom rails, covered with heat moulded PrelaminatedPVC C Channel of 5mm thick sheet & 30x50mm wide to form stiles & 5mmthick & 75mm wide Prelaminated PVC Sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottomrail on either side & 5mm thick, 20mm wide cross PVC sheet as gap insertfor top rail & bottom rail, Panelling of 5mm thick PVC sheet Prelaminated on either side fitted in the M.S. frame, Sealed to the stiles & rails with PVCDesigner beading on either side & joined together with solvent cementadhesive etc., Complete as per manufacturers specification & direction ofEngineer -in -charge fixed to frames with 3 nos of 75mm Aluminium hinges.

KUPG15 - Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 g/m2 as per IS: 277,in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheetand polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guardfilm of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation andshould be supplied in single length upto 12 m or as desired by Engineerin-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws ofsize (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required..

KUPG16 - Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windowsetc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete. Fixed to steel windows by welding

KUPG17 - Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessaryincluding racking out the old putty Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10 kilogram per square metre)

KUPG18 - Taking out existing wooden door shutter, repair by cutting, painting etc.and refixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, includingreplacement of hinges with screws, etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

KUPG19 - Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylenewater storage tank, IS : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable lockingarrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflowpipes but without fittings and the base support for tank.

KUPG20 - Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand andmanufacture to give an even shade :Two coats on new work afterthoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand papersmooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as perdirections of Engineer-in-charge.

KUPG21 - Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand andmanufacture to give an even shade :Two coats on new work afterthoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar dropsand foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand papersmooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as perdirections of Engineer-in-charge.
