NBLAB_07 - Sinks: The sinks should be injection molded from stainless steel is choosen to have very high resistance to attack from a wide range of chemicals and the ability to withstand temperatures upto 100 deg C. The impact resistance should be high which will minimize damage during and after installation. The sinks should be with self draining base and should be suitable for mounting on top or underside of the work benches. The sinks should be compatible to a vast no of acids, alkalis and reagents. This sinks shall have bottle trap with reducing coupler of size of one foot length. the bottle trap shall be of laboratory grade steel unless otherwise specified, Overflows shall not be furnished for sink outlets unless specifically mentioned Size 530x370x220.

NBLAB_08 - Water Taps - 3-way brass goose necked type: All faucets and valves for water service shall have a renewable unit containing all working components subject to wear, including a stainless steel replaceable seat and an integral adjustable volume control (designated by the suffix "AC") . The renewable unit shall be interchangeable among all faucets and valves for water service. The unit shall be capable of being readily converted from compression to self closing and vice versa without disturbing the faucet body. The unit shall be chemical resistant and built as per DIN 12918 having maximum working pressure of 10 bar. Goosenecks shall have a seperate outlet coupling with a 3/8" IPS female thread securely brazed to the goose neck for attachment of seperated hose ends, aspirators and other outlets.

NBLAB_09 - Peg boards on sink: Acrylic transparent (10mm thick) or Stainless steel peg board with black colored pegs having a drip tray and flexible tube of at least 600 mm Length to drain the excess liquid from glass wares to sink. Pegboards shall be fixed on wall or on furniture at accessible height as per drawings and prevalent site situation. Size of peg board as per manufacturer's specs or SS pegboard with SS pegs. The work should be executed as per detailed Technical Specification.

NBLAB_10 - Providing and fixing Granite Worktops shall be 18+/- 1mm Jet black Granite of a even surface and the level of tolerance less than 1mm. The front edge of the granite shall be chamfered at an angle of 28 deg and smoothened. The back splash for the wall bench shall be granite 18/19mm thick material for an height of 4" from the finished table top level.

NBLAB_30 - Providing and Fixing 15 mm thick densified tegular edged eco friendly light weight calcium silicate false ceiling tiles of approved texture of size 595 x 595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanised steel sections (galvanising @ 120 grams per m2 including both side) consisting of main ‘T’ runner suitably spaced at joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.33 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced 1200 mm centre to centre, and cross “T” of size 24x28 mm made out of 0.33 mm (Minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main’T’ at 600 mm centre to centre to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross ‘T’ of length 600 mm and size 24 x28 mm made of 0.33 mm thick (Minimum) sheet to be inter locked at middle of the 1200x 600 mm panel to from grid of size 600x600 mm, resting on periphery walls /partitions on a Perimeter wall angle pre-coated steel of size (24x24X3000 mm made of 0.40 mm thick (minimum) sheet with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre to centre with 25 mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval and laying 15 mm thick densified edges calicum silicate ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid, including, cutting/ making opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc., wherever required. Main ‘T’ runners to be suspended from ceiling using G.I. slotted cleats of size 25x35x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm G.I. adjustable rods with galvanised steel level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm, spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre along main ‘T’, bottom exposed with 24 mm of all T sections shall be pre-painted with polyster baked paint, for all heights, as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

NBLAB_31 - Providing and fixing of 3 - track x 2 - panel sliding windows made out of multi chambered UPVC ( Maching to RAL - 9016 ) section and with minimum Ti02 ( Titanium Dioxide ) at 6PHR with TPE ( Thermo plastic Elastomer ) and lead free, gasket - grey colour having isolated drainge and rein forced with Galvanized iron profile through - out the Window frame. The outer frame having an overall size of 108mm width x 450mm height with reinforcement of 1mm thickness and sash with overall size of 39mm x 75mm with GI reinforceement of 2mm and mesh sash of size 37mm x 58mm. Coextruded Glazing bed for fixing of glass shall be of size 20mm x 24 mm, Windows shall be provided with 6mm plain float glass, standard hardware & Multi point locking system witrh touch lock. Wall thickness of frame & sash shall be of 2mm - 2.5mm maximum possible Size - 2419 mm x 2200 mm. ( The cost is incluive of all fixtures and separate charge for minor T&P's shall not be made) complete as per specifications.

NBLAB_32 - Removing white wash or colour wash by steel brushing and / or scraping, sand papering and preparing wall surface smooth including repairs to scraches including cost of labour, material complete as per specifications.
