NSR - Providing and fixing 98mm thick GypWall Robust partition which includes single layer of tapered edge 13mm thick Gyproc Duraline (conforming to BS 5234, Part 2) is screw fixed with drywall screws of 25mm at 300mm centres to either side of CRP surface ribbed 70mm Gypsteel ULTRA AcouStuds placed at 600mm centre to centre in CRP surface ribbed 72mm Gypsteel ULTRA floor and ceiling channel with joints staggered to avoid leakage through joints. A Gypsteel ULTRA fixing channel of 72mm width has to be provided at the horizontal joints of the two boards. Finally square and tapered edges of the boards are to be jointed and finished so as to have a flush look which includes filling and finishing with Jointing compound, Joint Paper tape and three coats of Drywall Top Coat (as per recommended practices of Saint- Gobain Gyproc). 50mm glass wool of density 32 Kg/m3 shall be placed in the cavity.Special arrangement shall be made to fix Doors to this partition and let services pass through the framework. with all lead and lift, loading and unloading and transportation etc complete as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.
